If BTER will return all the coins it will be good for Crypti cause of distribution (no more 65 mil wallet).
And I hope when people will set up their own delegates this will create some more action and more active community.
The only reason why there is more movements in Nodecoin thread - cause they give some coins for free during the fist stages of destribution.

How is 0.2.0 testing going? As planned? I hope there will be no more pivots/critical fails in technology.
Boris told me yesterday, that the testing is going very good. I can't give a specific timeframe through. I don't think there will be critical fails in the technology anymore, as we are using a proven system in 0.2.0 (DPOS). Of course it is still possible that there are bugs, which might even occur after our rigorous testing stages. But these will be fixed quickly by our dev team.  Great job all my xcr is in bter wish I can get them back. Mine as well. I (personally) am pretty optimistic. 95% of mine is in cold wallet. To store all your coins at an exchange is not intelligent  |

A few new updates. Bter will make the withdraw of USD and CNY available after the spring festival. Then NXT, XCP and XTC. Then the others, we should all contact them that XCR should be amongst the first.

IPO Price
The IPO price will be 10 cents per Skycoin. At whatever the Bitcoin price is. Adjusted daily or hourly.
2 million (of 100 million Skycoin) will be sold in the IPO.
- if the coins sells out too quickly, then up to a total of 10 million coins will be released (so that everyone can get a chance)
- we want to keep the coins scarce
A pool of coins will be set aside for developers and people helping project. They will be able to buy in at the IPO price later, regardless of what the price is. This should encourage work on fixing bugs, build scripts and cleaning up codebase.
Hmm. 10 cents per 1 Skycoin it's ~ 45 000 BTC marketcap for project, will be #10 at coinmarketcap. Bitshairs marketcap is ~ 100 000 BTC and Litecoin's is 300 000. That means that the maximum Return on Investment is ~ 2x, may be 3x. Risky. To expansive. |

Status Update
The exchanges have the new client and are working on implementation. The web wallet has been updated and re-started on main net. We have the client's ready to post for download as soon as we know the exchanges are up and running and everything looks good.
Please keep in mind. Any activity on main net that you conduct from a private node at this time will most likely be rolled back into your wallet when you update. We are working to get everything up and synced asap so that we can post the clients.
Also, the block explorer will be down until the migration is complete as well. It was tied to the web wallet node (which has been updated) and the old code and requires an update and re-load as well. I am waiting for an answer back on when it will be ready.
I will keep you updated on where we are at and post the download links as soon as we are ready.

Not until v0.1.9 is on the main net. Probably we will start very slowly with the marketing and progress over time. "Marketing" and "promotion" are too general words. In essense it means sending some messages (deals) to clients. Who is the client? 1) Forgers. They need DPOS stuff done before any communications. 2) Merchants. They need BitseedsCoinbox stuff done before any communications. And I still think that KILLER APP, app on the custom blockchain - is the thing which will create flow of interest into XCR and cool market cap. For example, torrents! Image torrents datebase app, p2p app, like thepiratebay, integrated (plugged) in wallet as a module, build on one of the custom blockchains. The market of torrent users is much wider than the whole crypto market! Image that people, never heard of bitcoin, will use crypti wallet + torrent app first, and only then discover cryptocurrencies, forging, that forging takes only 1000 XCR and that they can use those XCR to buy products from mechants who runs Bitseed's Coinboxes. Cool ? Cool!  |
