I had tonnes of similar entries in my campaign, you can say this is normal behaviors of bounty hunters these days, only a good real BM can detect them really fast and give them Zero stakes/ tokens. Just give them negative feedback and go ahead, man.
In my last campaign, I got more than 8k entries and half of them tried posting someone else's work.

A significant percentage of the funds coming in from the ICO will be used to provide liquidity on uniswap. This is the same project as this one. To avoid confusion and gave the project more focused discussion, wouldn't it be better to lock the other one (this one looks nicer and tidier) and make this one as the official ann?
