arslord, as I requested several hours ago, please sign the address which holds your 24 BTC and I'll remove my negative Trust rating for you. Thanks.

While I appreciate Nellyx's attempt to help me............ Like I said, I don't plan on lying to paypal. I'm very upset about the money but if I don't get it back from Entz or Heimscheisser or whoever is to blame........I'll just get over it and learn a lesson.
Unfortunately I have a feeling that rdbase is a scammer as well. I'd be wary about doing business with him in the future, if for no other reason than his proven carelessness and gullibility.

Asked for Escrow and got the following response -
"Sir, I can do this
I can give you the wallet with identifier and password details you check and you pay me then via WU or wire transfer as soon as i get the payment i give you the Private key to transfer funds
Thank you"
What stops him not sending the private key after getting payment?
Smells like a scam.
I did 2 mistakes in that message 1) gave you respect 2) asked for a fair deal What you expect me to do ? Give you 8btc and wait for a payment ?? Tell me And guys no one forcing you to deal i mention in there i can do cash too So come delhi meet me and do a deal brother Please learn to read. He said he asked for escrow, not for you to send him BTC directly.

"Can collateralize with bitcoin" if you have bitcoins why you cant buy that altcoins?
He's anticipating certain alt coins breaking out and doubling or tripling in value vs BTC. When that happens he walks, never to be heard from again. If that doesn't happen, he simply returns the borrowed alt coins. Either way the lender assumes all the risk and benefits from none of the advantages.

Display of Trust scores vary from subforum to subforum (ie. it's displayed for China, but not for Indonesia). IMHO it's sorely missing from the Newbies/Beginners section where the most susceptible members are likely to be taken advantage of. Can we just display Trust scores across the board?

I would be cautious about downloading anything that the OP posts.

Dude abandoned his account a half a year ago when it became evident that he was using stolen CC info in an attempt to buy BTC.

does not anyone want to help me?
Maybe if you place this in the correct forum it would get a better targeted audience. I suspect you're asking more for a donation than a loan. Thus a completely lack of interest from this section.

At least his name is accurately descriptive.

Why is it that whenever someone is selling Amazon gift cards, it's always a brand new account?
|
|
|
So basically you're asking for free BTC under the guise of intending to pay for it when you actually do not. Am I wrong here?

Thanks for the donation

UpDown.BT, for the record you still haven't fully paid out one of your weekly payment for sig campaign. Those were the times where you got your negative ratings. I'm too lazy to backtrack to figure out how much you still owe.
Devthedev gave you that rating based on how you handled the situation.
I wish Dev would have stated this in his trust rating details for UpDown.BT. That would clear up a lot of confusion.

I'll reevaluate your rating after you have paid back your current loan.

You're asking to get scammed here, or if you insist on being sent the PP first you're probably trying to scam. Use escrow guys if you use this.
OP is not going to get scammed here, I can almost guarantee you that.

Also, cryptomj... before you send the OP any coin, consider this. If you were in a situation where you were desperate enough to have to borrow money because there was no other avenue to pursue, and assuming you got that money and were given two options:
1. Pay the money back with what meager income source you had (which would cannibalize your budget for food, rent, gas, and other living expenses) 2. Abandon an account on some internet message board that cost you nothing but 3 mouse clicks to create, which you have absolutely no ties to, and which has a whopping 4 message post history, with negative trust. But you could erase the debt you owed and walk away with a clean slate at absolutely no cost to yourself.
Which one would you pick, given the situation?

Fair enough, it's your money. Some people just have to learn the hard way
