I think most users are involved in Bitcoin not because they belief in the technology, but because they hope the price will go thru the roof. So let us say the price would be at $900 for the next 50 years.

I agree with you almost the people whom buy bitcoins because of they hope the price becomes more expensive but if It is stable on $900/ BTC for the next 50 years, it is good because still there are other choice for making high profits with making investment on altcoins (trading altcoins) and i will still use bitcoins although bitcoin's price is stable. |

I think i can increase the value of bitcoins with put my money in it,

ICONOMI seems like an interesting project, a trust fund of sorts where you trust investors to do a good job and mainain the token value up, so in a way, you are investing on a lot of projects by investing on ICONOMI.
The problem is: ETH is a mess. ETH always end up hard forked etc. It will happen again. Once this happens, all the ETH related tokens like ICONOMI, will suffer.
So how can I trust it long term? Why they didn't run it under Bitcoin blockchain instead of ETH?

How much the capital for bought 100 eth? $200, $300, $400 or other amount, so in my opinions you must sell eth with amount early of capital and congratulation you have done return of investment, it can be used for making investment on other altcoins. yes, bitcoin can replace such function of banks as keeping/saving money. but itis not the one function of the bank. Kredits/loans are also on the big demand today. I doubt that bitcoin will be able to replace this side of banks activity. so banks will not dissappear.

Yes there are basic key before start trading, dont forget to read news before you buy or sell trade It's not the basic, the basic is to learn how to trade and the rest will follow. Since we are in the crypto world, news is very important as it's news driven and people react on what they read that's why sometimes people panic while they do not know that it's just a FUD created by the whales to take advantage on the situation. I agree with all of you, especially reading news about bitcoin and related with digital coins, it is mean we use analysis fundamental for making prediction of price, unfortunately i don't use analysis fundamental because my strategy of trading was short term it is more suitable use analysis tecnical than fundamental. The area resistent is above $820/BTC if the price break up until $900/BTC i will buy new bitcoins or i will sell my altcoins, because bitcoin's price will be increase and looking for new area resistent, but if bitcoin's price break out until $650/BTC i will not buy new bitcoins and stay on altcoins, because bitcoin's price will going down and looking for support area, so right now i will wait and see stay on trading altcoins.

I don't think that banking to be the new home of crypto currency and i am more comfort call crypto currency with bitcoins because bitcoins can be trusted than other altcoins, the banking adopt blockchains technology and not bitcoins become currency on their business, there are many blockchains technology can be adopted by banking for example blockchains of ethereum and it is mean banking system continues to control currency (fiat currencies and not digital currencies are like bitcoins, ethereum, litecoin and more). |

As far as I know, bitcoin payments take a little time to approve. Will these approval times make it difficult to use bitcoin in our daily lives?
For example, I would get a coffee from Starbucks. Do I have to wait for approval to pay for what I have done for hours?
Time confirmation transaction it is one of many problem on bitcoins right now and it is fixing although still there are no solution about this problem, that is why bitcoins still not be used for transaction daily on global payment at least for right now, but many developers and corporations are making bitcoins usage more easy. The point is bitcoins still not suitable be used for daily transaction because of long time confirmation transaction and a little high fees at least for today. |
