I put in about $100 into ETH yesterday and plan on putting another $100 in today. Last I checked, it was around $3 per ETH and now it's at $19 which is absolutely great.

There are two name for fluctuating of price, Price going up is bullish and price going down is bearish. And name for traders are pigs because there are many traders lost their money on trading. That is why we need system trading or trading plan as weapon and Shield for counter bears and bulls.  Bulls make money. Bears make money. Pigs? Actually the thing is, i've bought ethereum from the pre-sale. I've then written down the password on a sheet of paper. Though i know its for technical people who have enough knowledge about its programming, i bought about 2,000 ethereum, due to its volatile nature, so i can earn some profit with its trading. I've also downloaded its .json file. I got to know that i cannot trade the ethereum then, so i kept it aside. I found that there is some 'Genesis Block' (which i don't know), and i can trade ether only when it launches.
I've lost the sheet of paper since then. Yesterday, suddenly i've found that. Now, i've its password and wallet file.
But what i don't have is technical knowledge. I've searched on google and everywhere on how to set up ethereum wallet on pc and how to import the .json file to wallet. But failed to understand its technical terms.
I got to know that i need to download either geth client or eth client, while eth client requires C++ knowledge which i don't understand.
Can anyone tell me how to setup ethereum wallet and how can i import the .json file to the wallet? And what is this genesis block, what is its use?
Please provide me with the official and latest link to download the wallet.

i sold ETH and ZEC for USDT. But i dont want to keep them on an exchange or in https://wallet.tether.to. buying BTC is not an option right now.... so what to do? buy LTC? and more them to my wallet. why? because LTC-USDT-prise is more stable than BTC. I agree, pigs is non existing term in trading and you have probably meant sheep. People are often sheep in their everyday living, not just in trading. Some unexperienced traders often act like sheep and lose their money exclusively with their own fault. Wow take in easy dude, a pigs is just name there are not not pigs actually on trading even there are not bulls and bears on trading all of them are name, also as you said there are not sheep, I don't see bulls, bears, pigs, sheep trading coins and you are free for give name to traders who losing money in trading activity.  |

Are there good desktop wallets for ETH and Monero, that don't impose the download of the whole blockchain? What is your experience?
In my experience I use https://jaxx.io for ETH wallet, it can be used on desktop version also can be used on smartphone, it is simple easy be used and doesn't impose the downloads of the whole blockchain, unfortunately I don't use monero wallet desktop version, I use exchangers wallet for monero because I just trade monero and not save for long time. |

Yeah quite a nice and elegant design aided with a cool and active team management. I was fascinated with this project since its start and I am quite hay that it went nicely as expected. Yes I agree with you, the fact ethereum's price is around $18, we can see the data on the markets and exchangers about the altcoins price so do with ethereum, it is not about worth or not ethereum's price more than $5-$10, it is about the fact like or dislike ethereum's price more than $10. The fact of like or dislike is subjective and therefore an opinion not a fact at all. Maybe OP should reword title. Do you mean ethereum's price more than $10 is opinions? How do you explain about the ethereum's price on exchangers (poloniex, kraken, bittrex and other exchangers) more than $10? If it is opinions in your mind, It is real because I can not buy ETH with bitcoin worth less than $10 and getting 1 ETH, It is mean fact because I don't get one ETH with bitcoin worth less than $10 |
