841  Economy / Speculation / Re: Breakout Bitcoin Price on: November 21, 2015, 12:41:07 AM
The analytics don't apply for this market. Yes we have candlesticks and charts but the price is influenced by a third party whom posses so much money they can pump, or dump it.

I think they predicted a longer 400 USD price, but perhaps ran out of money.

When the bitcoin market is adult, we will can the candlestick and fibonacci again.

845  Other / Off-topic / Re: 2016, The Year of Bitcoin? on: November 20, 2015, 03:24:47 PM
2016 will be the most exciting year for BTC, since 2013.

-We will have the blocksize debate finally resolved.
    -Halving in summer
-Federal reserve pretending to raise rates
-More 0% interest rates in Europe
    -More capital controls for fiat.[/li][/list]

All ways pointing towards bitcoin, so we shall see.

Yes we should see. I don't spect that the price will increase.

But that people will talk more about Bitcoin.
846  Other / Off-topic / Re: Do you actively spend your bitcoins? on: November 20, 2015, 11:03:44 AM
Some times I spend it for some games.

But no I am just holding for increase.
847  Economy / Economics / Re: Will btc be the largest online currency used in future? on: November 06, 2015, 09:42:36 AM
what do u think my friends as btc is a digital currency will it replace real currency and become the largest used currency.

It's already being used as a digital currency

I don't believe it will be able to replace real currency, it may become the largest; which is possible and I can see that happen

But it will take a lot of adjustment for this to happen
848  Other / Off-topic / Re: How much time you are stay before pc? on: November 06, 2015, 09:32:50 AM
A lot, I use my PC for work and for fun

If I work 8 hours a day plus whatever free time I have after that

    It will around 8 - 15+ hours
849  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Doesn't Look Good for Litecoin on: November 06, 2015, 09:25:09 AM
I strongly advise you to get out of Litecoin, everything points to an even stronger decline; LTC should consider itself blessed if it's worth $1 by the end of this year.

lol OP October 29, 2015, "Chart looks good. This looks like 2013 all over again. Hoard LTC while you still can; $3 is incredibly cheap."

on October 28, 2015, "I expect at least $10 LTC by year's end."

     Shocked

lol well it is hard to predict what will go up and go down

You gotta take a chance, it's pretty much all a gamble what you invest in

I like to stick with the original bitcoin rather than all the shitcoins out there
    850  Economy / Economics / Re: Flash crash? on: November 06, 2015, 09:12:22 AM
This just proves how unpredictable bitcoin can be

Sometimes you win some and you lose some

It went up a little bit just now, it's at 364 as I'm posting this
851  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Poll : Dash presence on the Bitcointalk forum on: November 05, 2015, 02:37:39 PM
If I could vote, I'd vote yes

Don't see why so many people are hating on Dash

For the coin and attention not to die, it needs to be talked about
    852  Economy / Economics / Re: bitcoin investing on: November 05, 2015, 02:33:15 PM
    Invest into bitcoin?

It's better to buy BTC and hold on to it, or mine it
853  Economy / Economics / Re: POP QUIZ: Do you believe that BTC is the world's future money system? on: November 05, 2015, 02:29:57 PM
Yes. I believe so but in the FUTURE

I think some people would love to see that happen rapidly but it's not going fast enough for them

You can't just change currency's when you're used the currency of your country.

It will be hard for some people to adjust to this, especially the elderly

But yes, in the end I do believe that BTC will become the world's future money system even though I can't vote for the poll yet, hence my post.
854  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What altcoin is a good buy right now? on: November 05, 2015, 02:26:07 PM
Well as the bitcoin has been doing good these past couple of weeks, I wouldn't invest into an altcoin

I'd rather buy bitcoin for now and hold on to it

Who knows what will happen to it in the future .
855  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Is laptop mining will kill my HDD? on: November 05, 2015, 02:23:18 PM
I myself have tried to mine with a laptop and didn't end up well

Yes it will kill your laptop, I advise against using a laptop to mine
856  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Why did you come to Bitcointalk? on: November 05, 2015, 02:19:17 PM
I came to bitcointalk for the community, info altcoins and discussions

It seemed like a good place to find people with the same interests as me

There's a lot of good advices and info's on this forums but of course, beware for scammers
857  Economy / Economics / Re: Why people dump their Bitcoins ? on: November 05, 2015, 02:17:07 PM
I can think of a bunch of reasons why people would dumb their bitcoins.

For one I think people tend to panic real quick when they see the bitcoin decreasing in value.

Second, they could be dumping it 'cause they can't use it whereever they live

Third they don't know what to do with it and it's just sitting there

As of now bitcoins aren't accepted everywhere yet like shops and stores, unless you buy stuff online, I would like to see this happen in the near future and can't wait for that day to come  Wink
858  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Australia testing Cloud Passport on: November 05, 2015, 01:51:24 PM
    No thank you.

I read the article but nobody in this world can say that they can keep the info 100% safe and secure

That's why hackers exsist in this world.

I would rather this not develop further and just use my regular passport as I always have
859  Economy / Economics / Re: How to save money. on: November 05, 2015, 01:35:50 PM
Ahh, a lot of great advices in here from you guys

    This was very useful.

I always pay my bills first and then set a side around around 200 each month. I try not to spend money on stuff I don't actually need.

It's always good to have some backup money, just incase something happens

860  Other / Meta / Re: What is a bitcoin potential account? on: October 30, 2015, 10:34:06 PM
I want to know in detail about potential account and how it gets mature with less effort?

When you make a post within 2 weeks then you have a maximum of potential of 14
If you post only 1 post every two weeks period for let's say 10 weeks you have a potential of 70
There are some websites when you can check the potential activity by putting the UID satoshiquiz.com/bitcointalk/getactivity.php

Wow thanks, i only found this page, but it was not clear:
    https://yobit.net/en/signature/

    A few questions arise though.

How can i find out when my activity is update (start vs end of the 2 weeks cycle)
Holiday, suppose I post 16 posts in 1 day, and 1 got deleted, will i get 0 or 14?

I heard from other members that even after the member phase you still need to wait 2 minutes. Why is that? It is very annoying?
