I doubt if this is any form of strategy because even the management will definitely frown at such a strategy that will keep the team at a point of weakness in their domestic league just to be able to really be optimal at the champions league of which actually isn't what it actually should be because in as much as they have not been able to really get the bundesliga right, winning a bundesliga game will actually mean a lot to them.

In as much as tuchel would want to make sure he's players are able to still maintain their best form so they will be optimal in the champions league, he wouldn't let go of an opportunity to win the bundesliga game too but they will also make sure to rotate players if need be so that they will still have a very healthy form for the champions league fixtures and be able to put up their beat performance. Teams who are not actually sure of been able to win the Ligue 1 this season are others who are most definitely not close to the top of the table and are not even anywhere close by virtue of their points so far on the league table. Barcelona will definitely pose a serious challenge to PSG especially playing without their key player mbappe but then if they managed to get through this, maybe they will be able to make up for it in their second leg of the game so I'm very certain it's not really going to be a big issues with PSG getting to be able to tackle Barcelona because even the Spanish teams isn't in a very perfect form too this season.

Napoli had one of their best performance they have actually had in a long time today, they were able to get to dominate the game from the first half up to the second half and at same time were aswell keeping their opponent on their toes although Monza isn't a very tough team to cause Napoli much of a stress but then they were a team not to joke with as they can actually utilize opportunities well enough when it avails itself to them so Napoli actually did as expected of them a s moreover they have been inconsistent so i wouldn't want to see this as much of an improvement on their side because they yet to attain consistency this season.

Victor osimhen actually was very  effective and productive at his position today and i think that in a way also helped them with their form and performance such that they were able to handle their opponent to a victory by the end of the game today and I'm really glad Napoli were able to win this game, they can actually capitalize on This for a winning streak for them in the Italian league for the rest of the season.

Bayer Leverkusen has this season been in their very best form and just like you did rightly mentioned, they are not a team that will be actually scared to contend any team both in the Europa or their domestic league because so far they have been able to already face so many teams in both leagues a d were still able to maintain that good form which actually means they are at their best this season.

Xavi has got a fair rotational strategy that will most definitely help them be able to get to scale through the period of time when their key players has gotten injuries but then it isn't such that can actually be really maintained long enough as they will most likely get to the point where they will exhaust their rotation and they will have to get their key players to be able to maintain productivity and a good position on the table too aswell.

Liverpool can use the advantage of the fact that Manchester united is usually not able to keep up with their victory till the end of the game except they are lucky then they will be able to try to win the game but except that they will just literally end up loosing even if they were winning earlier and this is basically because of their weak defense and any teams that can take advantage of Manchester united defense, they can be sure to win them comfortably.
