841  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: 🌟⚡⛏️💰[ANN] Giga Watt: Best Home for your Mining. Starts today! on: June 16, 2017, 03:49:28 AM
Just 1 day until WTT token price goes up! The new price will be $1.05 per token. Make sure to purchase before 12:00PM Pacific on Friday, June 16.

1. Register at Cryptonomos https://cryptonomos.com/signup
2. Add funds to your account in BTC, ETH, or USD
3. Purchase tokens

Step by step instructions:
https://medium.com/@Cryptonomos/navigating-the-cryptonomos-website-to-create-an-account-and-purchase-giga-watt-wtt-tokens-113d875d26c2

1. THERE ARE NO TOKEN REFUNDS!  Once you buy the tokens, you cannot get a refund.  You CANNOT change your mind.  Do not buy tokens, unless you're sure abt investing in this operation.  I am unable to find this info in the FAQ.
2. They actively sell miners they don't actually have.  That is fishy to me, and I wouldn't do it.
3. "Sinden Harum Executive Manager Day to day operational responsibility for staff, office administration, payroll, human resources, bookkeeping, accounting, core programs, special programs."  Their executive manager is also a full-time realtor.  I expresed my concern that ONE person simply cannot do TWO full-time jobs to her on the phone the other day, and she had the right answers "with enough help, etc" and she seemed genuine.
4.  I PM'S Dave Carlson, and his response was genuine.  My internet research of him and of other members of the team show that they are real people, with families, kids, cute little dogs, etc.

I'm not calling this a scam, but rather a company that anticipated demand, hired aggresive sales people which sell miners that don't yet exist, and may prove to be a good bet once they get going.  ETH and BTC tanking before they get going may be a blessing in disguise.  After all-it's crypto.

Best,
pop

I felt like #1 was pretty much said for all ico's.
#2 it does say when the delivery date will be though, but they will host miners you own.
#3 sounds like an accounting job in California where they manage way too much stuff lol
#4 it was kind of a hedge to me, I bought before btc and eths bubbled popped like woo got a minor discount sort of (well a free stop loss)
842  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [EON] EXSCUDO - ICO successfully finished! on: June 16, 2017, 03:26:05 AM
im not afraid of how much people involve but i am very scared of coin price, because investor get x6.7 coin, if you buy 1000 eons you got 6700 eons.thats will decrease the price

Price will hit exchanges at the fixed .0002 BTC or whatever it is.

Where it goes from there who knows, but the price is fixed regardless of how many tokens we received. It makes sense following the rules of crypto-economics haha

/Shrug

I got negative trust for attempting to find out what people would be willing to pay; figured 100k eon for 15 btc was a good starting price to test the waters for offers lol.

Question to Pro stakers, does my stacks merge into one in time if i have sent multiple portions of coins at different time?

Not a pro, but I will say I did see stakes from a few different sizes which I attributed to having sent to a few addresses. I think one address one stack(independent of the number of deposits).

I was paying more attention, basically in my instance because I'm not receiving my full daily apr in 1 block -> I get multiple blocks to equal around my daily apr, it removes the amount of coins left as staking when each small block is found.

Good afternoon all,

My current wallet is version 0.8.0.5 and it looks like a new version is out.
Can someone please instruct me how to upgrade without losing my coin age if
that will benefit me on activating staking with the new wallet please?

Thank you,

Brett

I want to know that as well! And what's in the new wallet worth upgrading?

Hi guys!
You should be running 0.8.6.6 patch 0 Alpha. 0.8.0.5 too old. Think about stability and having the node ready for the network. New features about to be introduced.
Concerning install, as always, back up your wallet.dat, download the new qt, run it and wait for it to connect. You should be good in a few minutes if nothing is wrong. If problems arise, you may need to delete everything in your old wallet directory except for your wallet.dat file and run again. It is always good policy too having a wallet.dat backed up elsewhere like in another drive or USB flash mem.

So just to clarify my thinking, my ESP holdings are now worthless?

That's just bad business and terrible for marketing a coin when original supporters of any coin are eliminated by a swap.

I hold 80+ active altcoin wallets at any given time which is not unusual for those of us who invest in cryptocurrencies and infrastructure as I do.

Most of my crypto collegues hold even more active wallets, some as many as 150.

1) How can one be expected to monitor all of their holding's platforms to protect against these situations?

2) What would investors Not Do if altcoins started pulling these swap and burns like has been done in this instance?

Suggestion: If you're going to burn original investors best to walk away from the ESP name and dev. completely and start over from scratch in my humble opinion.

On and on it's just another brick in the wall

ESP looks like unstable token. If dev are publishing more than two tokens under the name of ESP, I do not think Polo or such exchange will not list ESP.

I thought buying ESP from now would be a chance but I wonder.

They aren't doing anything with esp1 its a forked chain.

Besides they took etc/eth

i have to pay a guy, i had him on my computer for 2 hours trying to fix espers qt. We saw 1 active peer, at best. We went around and around, input the nodes someone suggested, he knows where to find other nodes other than that list I got from here.
But he couldnt get it.
He said to ask if there was a problem or if anybody was stuck on a particular block as it the whole time it didn't move.

Are the web based wallets that can stake client side? I don't think I'd be interested in a web wallet unless it was. Anyway having issues with the wallet and hired a very competent computer engineer and he couldnt figure it out.

Did you download the full version, also the bootstrap is helpful.  Mines connected with 22 peers currently.

How come none of my addresses work on the Airdrop claim?

No btc in them at the block snapshot, or unsure.

So how much was raised? Interesting project.

A little over 5m

I have sending Slowly IFLT coins out of POSWallet and 4 days ago i sent test ammount 1.4M IFLT and it took 24 H to mature coins, then 2,5 days to get first stake reward, first stake reward for my stack was 104k, now i wait to next stack To mature and start stakeing and next few days i hope i can take out rest of my coins from POSWallet.

Question to Pro stakers, does my stacks merge into one in time if i have sent multiple portions of coins at different time?

I can't personally verify but I believe it does merge into one stack; although if they stayed separate; it would explain why I get multiple blocks.

If that makes sense

Im still waiting for my first staking rewards. I finally got the green arrow showing that I am staking and my weight, however it says it will be days before my estimated staking rewards, and the number of days keeps changing (ranging from 4days to 19days) yet I still have not seen the first rewards. Can someone clear up this question, (why do the days waiting for staking rewards go up and down without ever seeing a reward?) What factors change the waiting period, why arent rewards sent daily, and why do we not see rewards daily if the staking rewards are calculated and posted in a daily return time frame?
Depending on how many coins you have determines how quickly your staking weight will raise, until you've reached the point that the block is yours

For example after my stake reward was earned it said 43,455 days until the next one; I have alot of coins so within a few hours it was saying 20 days and kept decreasing exponentially -> currently averaging 1-2 blocks per day.

So in the case you have lets say 1 coin staking it will take a very long time to earn weight, but you will eventually find a block over the course of a long period of time.

So, as an example, how many coins are in your wallet and how many times a day are you getting rewards?
Unsure of the exact amount currently, but around 300m coins and depending on the block I find, 1-2 times a day for 3-7m coins

price going down again? Sad

it will go down more whent he block time of 2.5 will kick in, because there will be more coin mined by miners, and they will dump 4x the amount they are dumping now, stupid decision imho
Its the same amount of coins, half a quarter of the coins per block.

FTFY

Oh yeah 1/4, I'm used to doing halvings. Lol
853  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: 🌟⚡⛏️💰[ANN] Giga Watt: Best Home for your Mining. Starts today! on: June 15, 2017, 03:28:03 AM
I will use your referral link if you help me to get an answer on this questions:

To make max profit i need to buy WTT tokens + miners right?
-- Maximum profit you do need WTT tokens + the miner, and you do get first dibs on the mining space; as opposed to those without the tokens (who only have a miner) but you do not necessarily need the tokens to be able to mine with giga-watt.
I will start mining only when miners will be delivered or it is like immediate cloud mining?
-- I believe the miners that are sold out are miners they already had in stock, and ready to use such as the btc miner and the panda miner for eth.  They sold out because they were ready to go right at that moment, essentially immediate cloud mining.   In the case of the ltc miner with it arriving on September 30th, you would have to wait unfortunately before mining.
How much WTT i need to buy for 1 L3+ miner?
-- 880 WTT tokens, calculation is done as follows for other mining units they offer:
Power consumption + % listed underneath power consumption = how many WTT tokens you will need per miner
By buying WTT tokens i make profit only when price will go up (If i sell it) or i will also have some other income from it?
-- If you choose to trade them immediately, you would only make profit when they go up in value.
If you choose to mine with the tokens/miner combination their value is a cost savings benefit to your mining efforts.
If you choose to rent your tokens, you will earn money at your specified rental rate; only when the tokens are rented by another miner.
In my mind the best way to utilize the tokens is as a semi long term investment, mining coins until the miner efficiency is no longer profitable and then either renting the tokens out to other miners or selling them.  At that point it will be quite a challenge deciding because in theory if 2 years is the end of a miner, I still have 48 years of rental capability and passive income.

How i understand it will be more profitable to order miner from shop.bitmain and send it to their address (Giga Watt) to be able mining other coins then LTC?
-- In some cases it may be more profitable ordering the miners yourself and shipping it to them however you have to pay an additional $20 hosting fee which may or may not diminish returns, and would also require shipping costs.
(I've personally only contacted them about personally ordering pandaminers from pandaminer to ship to them)
My email with their customer support said they are working to offer the ability to mine XMR, ZEC and ETC; but for the time being only offer BTC, LTC and ETH mining.

Hopefully this helps you, let me know if any clarification needs to happen on any of the answers -- and of course always invest responsibly

Thnx bro! ur explanations was very clear for me and helpful, i will invest with ur ref link tomorrow, i need to decide how much to invest in this.

No problem, I did several emails with the support asking questions over the course of a few days before investing myself.  Just here to help now  Smiley

So selling an exscudo account with 100k eon for 15 btc or 100 eth; less than ico price.   Smiley

Escrow can be arranged, non escrow usage requires 1 block confirmation for btc or like 50 for eth (I think thats when it shows up as confirmed, at least to where it would be going).
who the fucking idiot, they will buy your coins that worth less than 3 BTC (ico price 0.0002, 7x multiplier) the real price is 20 BTC/7=~2.85 BTC
so close this scam Topic or you will get a red trust bitch.
Multiplier was less than 7 actually.

Also people can choose to buy or sell items for whatever price they see fit its up to the purchaser to do their due diligence before purchasing and decide whether they could make a profit off of the item.

Also if you were actually following the exscudo thread many pages back I posted why this thread was here.
so u can just tell us how many btc u invest to get 100k !! i know 100% that u invest less than 3.1 BTC :p

You are correct.
857  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] TenX [ICO] end of June: making Blockchain assets spendable on: June 14, 2017, 11:19:01 PM
You claim you raised 100,000 ethereum in your pre-sale ico. Are you sure abut it?

I just don't believe in this seriously.

I'd been thinking it was 100,000 USD in eth; sleepy at the moment.
858  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [EON] EXSCUDO - ICO successfully finished! on: June 14, 2017, 11:15:56 PM

And how the steps for withdrawal our EON? Is use ethereum wallet? I see myetherwallet but not seen EON code. Give me.more information, tks
It uses its own block chain...
Did you not read the whitepaper?

Ugh no...you didn't even HAVE to read the white paper to know this....

/sigh

Shhh.. I wanted to make it seem like it took some effort, bounty hunters do a ton of effort.
859  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: Selling 105k eon - 15 btc on: June 14, 2017, 11:12:06 PM
Lol selling eon no only escrow, exscudo no distribution and pliss wait sell eon in exchange,

I never said there wouldn't be escrow, but I added that note in the topic; and also edited it to the proper amount and included eth as a potential purchase option.

However I accept most alt coins providing they have some liquidity.
Yeah sory i do'now escrow only  Grin price ico 0.002 btc open start exchange big. Pump eon managemen no basis eth and wave, potensi suport big and dev big money to pum eon coin  Huh
I wish I knew entirely what this said.
But it should be very volatile once its listed on exchanges.
