Over 900 Million pesos worth of bitcoins been scammed.
Filipino couple amasses at least P900M in alleged Bitcoin scam.
MANILA, Philippines (UPDATED) – Police have nabbed a couple promising easy wealth through popular cryptocurrency Bitcoin, Philippine National Police (PNP) chief Director General Ronald dela Rosa announced on Tuesday, April 10.
Arnel and Leonady Ordonio were nabbed by PNP Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) operatives – the police division in charge of high-stakes and high-profile crimes – in Vigan City last April 4 through an entrapment operation.
The scam, Obusan said, is structured like a pyramid scheme but with electronic money.
The Ordonios apparently had middlemen who lured people to invest. They promised to pay victims with their earnings every 15 days.
Fueled by the worldwide Bitcoin hype, more and more people were baited by the Ordonio couple's promises.
The complaints started piling in when investors lost contact with the Ordonios.
Whats happened next?
Around 50 angry victims stormed to Camp Crame on Tuesday, asking the couple if they could still get back the money they had hoped would grow.

I think that nobody should ever start a family, for example, have kids without proper preparation.
I would have never made my wife/girlfriend pregnant if I could not find decent, stable job with salary that is able to feed my whole family.
I cant understand people that engage themself into family life, but they are not really ready for that, your source of income needs to cover up all your and your family bills.
That's practicality and I totally agreed on this,preparation and security is the best thing a marrying couple must have before settling down..i know that somes are wanted to take the challenges of being parents thats why they getting into this easily,but babies aren't for experiment this is reality.. |

The legalization of marijuana has brought in millions (maybe billions?) in tax revenue to those states that have allowed it. Just imagine what each state and even the federal government could do with such extra money. Rather than wasting millions in tax money on a fight that can't be won ,right??

I will solve it by installment. For example, suppose i have a debt of $1000 to four people and my monthly salary of $500 then i will repay my debt of $70 to each person and the rest of the money is in use for everyday purposes, it is done every time i get a salary until the debt is paid off .
Yeah i think the importsnt thing anyways is that you're doih something to pay that debt off. Of course it will be better not to borrow money and just live within your means, but there will be situations where we'll be left with not much of a choice. In those cases, make it a priority to pay off. What if those debt are growing with interest monthly?do you think your installment payments will cover all of the value?i though this idea is the most frequent for paying debt than everything that has been said here. That's hard to handle but you can at least pay them to the amount you are able to pay accordingly. They can't force you to pay something and then you don't have anything to pay with in the first place. Or maybe you should extend more the years you need to pay your debt so they can adjust the amount needed to be paid monthly.

This is my opinion.Banks won't make you rich.saving in bank can never do that,because of interest rate that bank gives you is too tiny.You saving will be simply be eaten up by the sleepy monster called inflation. As a example I will take ,When I'm in grade school,each day I received 10Rs (my country currency) from my mother.It was enough to by me 2 meals,but in now 10Rs enough to buy 2 candies.  Banks are just for keep your money safe!  I agree on that, banks today has a very low amount of increase on their scale if you place on their company and that is the reason why people is choose cryptocurrency over setting their fiat on a time deposit. Its not just today,banks always have a small interest given to their customers,they only uses our money to invest in so many investments company to gain lots of income while WE,THE OWNER OF THEIR CAPITAL gains the most smaller part,thats why more and more are turning theyre money on us,here in cryptocurrency |

What happens to the company shares if crypto happens to eventually fail? 😁😂 Will those who bought the tokens continue to have their shares transformed to others forms or what? I think they will just end up losing everything lol. Those countries with the high cost of living actually have the higher standards so someone from a different country cannot consider his/her move to that country if he doesn't have the steady work there. Happiness is connected with the financial situation and no one cannot deny that. There are few cases where the rich people are not happy with all their wealth but that are only a few cases where the certain people have low morale and will. Cost of living is depend on how people use their income,it was case to case basis in which i believe that handling and controlling our money to provide only whats our capable to buy..many people are spending more than they earn,and dont care if they go credits for more instances..for me its us who's responsible for our cost of living |
