8481  Other / Politics & Society / Re: RELIGION AND TRUTH on: March 26, 2017, 06:05:27 PM
What is truth?
We have absolute, unchanging truth from our creator god, and relative, changing truth human created.
What is religion?
It's guidance how to find God and absolute truth and find out about purpose of our life.
Unfortunately, people lead religion and sometimes use religion for wrong purpose.
We are weak and often we are influenced by society, in the wrong way.
It's not easy to keep good moral standard and be connected with absolute moral authority, God.
Still, religion is the best way how to reach God and find guidance in life.

8482  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Erdogan has called the Netherlands "a relic of Nazism and the Nazis" on: March 26, 2017, 06:01:23 PM
It's to much really, it looks like that Erdogan is ''out of mind'' recently.
He is acting like second ''Putin'' and it seems Putin is example he wants to follow.
Personally, I think that Erdogan is playing game here and wants to mobilize his voters for the next referendum in Turkey.
He don't have any real facts here but making hiss ''own reality'' like Trump.
With good media you can convince people in anything.
I think that after referendum situation will change and become more peaceful and relax.

8483  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: there don't seem to be great Bitcoin alternatives on: March 26, 2017, 05:51:13 PM
Many altcoins have tried to get close to bitcoin and become so popular and addopted but so far none of them hasn't achieved that value. This will be hard because I don't think there is much space for two or more very strong cryptocurrencies on the market. Maybe in the future but at the moment bitcoin will stay without serious competition.

I agree with you.
Bitcoin was first and most people learned about virtual currencies through bitcoin example.
Habit is also very important thing.
If you start with something, it's unlikely that you will to quickly change your mind and try something else.
Bitcoin also have very strong network and already a lot merchants accept it.
In my opinion, bitcoin have a lot advantages over other crypto currencies.
Of course, over time, it can change but right now bitcoin is no., 1.
8484  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Yeah, Obama tapped his phone. Nobody thought he'd win. Now the country is fukt. on: March 25, 2017, 01:15:20 PM
It's just another claim without any evidence.
Trump said so many things until now, so called ''alternative facts'' without real evidence, that is meaningless to comment anymore his funny statements.
It's obviously his strategy to manipulate people and to show himself like ''victim'' of negative media and bad people.
What a joke!
It's time that he start to lead this country and to do real job, not to entertain the whole country and the world with his stupid and unfounded statements.
If Trump does not change soon, it could lead to serious problems in the leading of country.
The first cracks we already can see as plan to change Obamacare didn't pass and Trump losing the support of his party.
8485  Other / Politics & Society / Re: The level of unpopularity Trump grows. on: March 25, 2017, 01:06:15 PM
That's true if you belive media.
The same media run by the richest who prefer to have a president taking orders than Trump having his own mind.

They will attack him over and over untill they fail completly.

It's true that media made serious mistake with opinion pools and also they was negative toward him.
But, in fact, Trump gave really a lot of reasons to be negative towards him during campaign.
Many of his statements was shocking like that he will not accept election loss or about wall between America and Mexico.
It's very difficult to find out how much unpopular is Trump now.
It seems that opinion pools are not reliable any more, as it does not include all the trump supporters.
I guess, only real test for Trump will be next presidential election.

8486  Other / Archival / Re: Earning "free" bitcoins on: March 25, 2017, 12:33:02 PM
Did you hear ''old saying''- There is no such thing as free launch?
So, please be careful before you claim free ways of earning bitcoin.
For example, signature campaigns are not free ways to earn bitcoin.
You have to write constructive, good quality posts and reach certain number of posts in a month.
Faucets?
It's to little money and such way of collecting bitcoin only helps site owner.
In my opinion, it's the best to forget ''free ways'' of earning bitcoin and start to work.
8487  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Why people care less about iraq and syria? on: March 24, 2017, 05:18:52 PM
It's natural that people are usually more concerned about events happened in their countries and cities.
It's hard to empathize with people who live in distant lands and about which we don't know much.
In fact, we heard so much tragic news and reports from Iraq and Syria that it's difficult to be more shocked or worried about it.
Journalists also have a great role in it.
They should share personal stories and testimonies from Iraq and Syria, in order to help average people to understand situation there.
8488  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Your Money or Your Wife on: March 24, 2017, 05:03:13 PM
Life is about being happy, loved, doing what you like in life etc.
Money helps to some degree but it never should ba a priority.
Also don't trust women.
And without money with a woman it will be very hard to live. Even if love is huge, money is always needed for spouses, otherwise quarrels will be permanent.

I agree that money is important but love is even more important in our lives.
In fact, it's important to have good balance in our life.
Without money is very difficult to live but without love is even more difficult, believe me?
After all, if love exist, and two people are united, they will be happy even with less money.
If people have money but no love, they will not be happy even if they have millions $$$ on bank account.
8489  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What can i do with Bitcoin? on: March 24, 2017, 04:30:59 PM
It depends really.
First, we don't know about your experience, life goals, what you want to achieve in your life etc.
Second, please be aware that some ways of using bitcoin, like trading, gambling etc. can be very risky and costly.
Lastly, it depends where you live really.
In some countries you already have a lot merchants which accepts bitcoin, a lot bitcoin ATM's...
In other countries you don't have really choice but to either spend bitcoin online or keep funds in the wallet.
8490  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: If Satoshi reveals himself, what would be of Bitcoin? on: March 24, 2017, 04:23:32 PM
First, I don't think that Satoshi will ever reveal himself.
Finance and money is very sensitive issue today and bitcoin is in ''grey' zone, without clear regulation.
If any government, specially US government, find out who is behind bitcoin, I'm sure that Satoshi will have serious legal problem.
Also, media pressure will be to high, for him and his family, I'm sure.
He have very good reasons to stay behind.
After all, at this stage, bitcoin doing just fine even without creator.
Even if Satoshi show up, nothing special will change with bitcoin.

8491  Other / Politics & Society / Re: How to survive in dictatorship? on: March 21, 2017, 05:06:39 PM
It's simple really.
Just follow rule and orders, be loyal citizen and do not ever criticize the government.
Specially you need to run away from politics, If you want to stay unnoticed.
Just do your everyday job, go home, don't talk to much and you will be fine Smiley
I lived in communist dictatorship and with such rules I never had any problem.
If you want to change something in your country, or criticize government, be ready for the consequences.
8492  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Conservatives/Republicans should be banned from America on: March 21, 2017, 04:57:40 PM
In democracy or free world you can't ban political or any other organization just because you don't agree with them.
If you want to do this, first you will have to change political system from democracy to dictatorship.
We know that our politicians are fare from perfect but I don't see any alternative to current political system.
If we destroy everything, and don't bring something new and superior, we create only anarchy.
In my opinion, if we ant to change our countries, we have to start from the bottom not from the top.
We have to educate our kids to be better people, and to live for the others, not for themselves.
In such society, we will have better families, communities, and ultimately better government.
We can say that all politicians are bad but can we say that average people are better?
Obviously not.
8493  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Satoshi Nakamoto an A.I.? on: March 21, 2017, 04:45:50 PM
I think that Satoshi is visionary man, genius!
He really started revolution because, for the first time in history, average or small man have chance to get rid from banks and financial institution and become free.
Such vision only man can create, not A.I.
After all, A.I. also someone have to create, isn't it?
Computers can just follow our orders but only we, human beings, are capable to create something new, out of box Smiley

8494  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Would you use a Bitcoin ATM? on: March 21, 2017, 04:37:33 PM
Yes, I will use a Bitcoin ATM, why not?
For example, I'm in a new city (or country) and quickly need some cash.
What options do I have?
If I have funds in my btc wallet, and some bitcoin ATM is near, I'm sure that I will visit this ATM and withdraw my bitcoin funds.
It's simplest way to get funds, really.
Can you do something like this with Paypal?
Other online payment processors like Payza, Stripe, Neteller etc.
No way.

8495  Other / Off-topic / Re: Poll: Which religion is the best religion? on: March 20, 2017, 04:07:19 PM
Such question have no meaning really.
Why?
It's obvious that each Christian will answer that Christianity is the best religion, Muslim will say the same for Islam, Buddhists for Buddhism etc.
Who can answer such question?
Only God.
We need some absolute moral authority, values, guidance, eternal truth we can follow.
People are changeable and their moral values are changeable to.
So, we can't trust our judgment.
Only from eternal, absolute source, our origin, can come absolute moral guidance and absolute truth, not from man.

8496  Other / Politics & Society / Re: The level of unpopularity Trump grows. on: March 20, 2017, 04:00:34 PM
58% of the population does not support its activities. So, rating the unpopularity of the head of government reached the highest point since he became President in January. I wonder when it will reach 100%. Your forecasts. http://www.gallup.com/home.aspx

Honestly, I don't trust such public opinion polls.
They predicted that most people in UK will vote against Brexit.
we know very well what happened.
They also predicted that Hillary will win US presidential election but Trump won.
It's obvious that such public opinion polls are outdated and unreliable.
We can't trust their results any more.
Only election results are credible and reliable indicators of public opinion.
8497  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin as primary currency in Norway on: March 20, 2017, 03:53:53 PM
City Liberstad in norway has decided to use bitcoin as primary currency. They have said they would accept bitcoin for land sold in presale. They have even planned to give discounts to customers who pay in bitcoins for their services. It seems bitcoin moving towards its golden era of recognition.

It's very good news but I would like to hear more details about it.
For example, we know that each city in Norway have to follow laws in Norway.
We know that bitcoin is not official currency in Norway.
So, they can only use bitcoin as alternative way of payment, not official money, and on the end of day they will have to convert all bitcoin funds to local currency, and deposit to bank account.
I don't think that without new law any bank can legally accept bitcoin as official money.
Can you share more about this, please?
How they will solve all this legal issues?

8498  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BITCOIN IS BETTER THAN WESTERN UNION ? on: March 20, 2017, 03:29:44 PM
From my point of view, compared to western union, bitcoin has several advantage,
compared to traditional money remittance, western union charges more,
mathematical errors have been made at many instances,
people also experienced having wrong currency exchange,
identification card and a custom transaction number is all that necessary to claim money, so more possible use by scammers.

so bitcoin is always better than western union.

I can't agree completely with you.
If you want to move your bitcoin funds to paypal, for example, or cashout in your local currency through different echangers, you will also have very high fees.
For bitcoins you need Internet and in some parts of the world people don't have Internet but have WU offices.
Recently, waiting time for bitcoin became very long, sometimes even more than 24 hours.
Through WU you can receive money in a few minutes.
So, in some cases bitcoin will be better choice but in some cases people will choose WU.

8499  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Why do people believe in religion? on: March 19, 2017, 04:07:52 PM
I don't know why people believe in religion (especially in today's world with the all information available few mouse clicks away) but I think it's their right to believe in whatever they want. For example I was raised in a family where my mother has been christian and my father has been atheist. Until I was 17 I believed in God and Jesus but after reading many books and documentaries I stopped believing. And it was on my own. Nobody forced me to believe or not to believe.

The most important thing is that whatever you believe in does not harm anyone. As long as you keep it for yourself and for your own spiritual good I don't see any problem. I know my mother finds strength in her belief so why would I try to convince her to stop believing.

I think that many people search for purpose in their life.
I believe also in the spiritual reality, not just physical.
Yes, scientists can create many ''nice'' things and our life is better now than before, but still many people feel''empty'' and without purpose of life.
Do you think that technology or science can give us purpose of life?
Or help us find ''inner'' peace in our mind?
I don't think so.
When we talk about God, we are talking about spiritual reality, and science can't help us in this area.

All our sense is controlled by neuron and scientists are looking to understand our cell from its basic cell such as stem cell until differentiated cell such as nerve cell. Hence, if scientists can truely understand how the system/feeling happen around our body, the spiritual need shouldn't become a problem.
Another way to deal with these problems can be looked from sociology.
Sociology is a science that state the problems, define the conclusion and suggest the solutions.

I agree that science can research our body, neuron, cells and understand how everything works but I still don't think that science can prove or understand spiritual reality around us, God, or give us internal guidance or purpose of life.
Many people understand science, but still don't feel happy or content with their life.
It's obvious that something is ''missing''.
Money, wealth, job, knowledge, education are important for our lives but we, human beings, need much more to be happy and fulfilled.
I think that religion can give some answers which science can't give.

8500  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Trumps Travel Ban? (Round 2) on: March 19, 2017, 03:56:07 PM
The travel ban will not work at all, The best option is to stop the inflow of these immigrants from coming is at the Embassies, Its a waste of time trying to ban them with executives orders.

The travel ban will not work simple because it's connected with nationality and religion of people, and don't deal with the real problem, how to prevent real terrorist to enter America.
Basically Trump clams that all people from this 6 countries are dangerous for America and possibly terrorists, but he can't prove such claims or share any evidence or facts. Only fact is that they are all Muslims and it seems it's enough for Trump and his government.
It's obvious that court will not allow such orders, based on prejudice and discrimination, not facts.
Trump needs to focus on how to find and stop the true terrorists, and they are mostly coming from America and europe, not Muslim countries.
