I think BNB and XRP are the blue chips for crypto but seeing the news about the conflict between SEC and Binance I think it's going to be a bit of a stretch. Bounties are not affected by bull season or bear market season. But it's just about momentum. If the market is currently in the bull market phase then usually new bounties get the chance to get lots of new investors in their projects.
