those are rather low specs for 6990, I get 500+ from each gpu on my 6990s,
use msi after burner to undervolt them to 1110, (just change the voltage nothing else) set custom fan speeds of about 85%
try my cgminer settings

I concur, still getting solo blocks here, could get 1 in 20 mins, or 1 in 2 hours, this is with a 500k/hash 6950 which I have dedicated to continue to mine lot,
cant beleive cryptsy did not add LOT in there recent new coin additions, I mean they added "UNO" which is about 2% as popular as LOT.

+1, you need to cap the new users, pool hash rate is getting too big and we refunded people as I said.
I can confirm he did take care of my lost coins. The server crash lost accounting for about 1.5% of all the coins that were mined through his pool, and he did compensate me. It's really a rather small amount. I think people are just mad because the pool is doing so well. TBH, I was getting a lot of orphans on the other pools. I lost more coin at lot.no-ip.biz through the orphans that I was getting than the extra 1.5% fee I was saving by mining there. Sure my "coins are safer", but I was just getting less of them too. Not to mention they were down just as much as any other pool. Deviant, I think you should consider disabling registration temporarily to help spread the incoming hashrate around to different pools. One pool carrying 50-60% of the network is never a good idea.  |

i think solo is still the way to go atm, although the amount of blocks im getting now is far less than earlier, im getting still on averge 1 per hour with 2000 hash, the last block reward was 45, highest i have got is 131k that was about 2 hours ago.
Yeah but my 5770 can only throw out about 200khs. I wouldnt get much IDT if you let it mine solo overnight, you will most likely get a couple, you need to see how many coins you would get at a pool and see if its worth the risk, for example you might mine for 12 hours at a pool and only get 10k coins, if you get a block solo the average payout is 60k, its double coins reward still Guess I was super lucky then...just got the client working FINALLy after a couple days of having errors...just had to open the client with CUDAMINER open... Found 78k block after 10 minutes ... welldone dude! congrats thats some luck |
