861  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will stablecoins replace Fiat currencies in the future? on: April 03, 2021, 07:23:45 AM
IMHO, I think it won't replace fiat even in the future, but what I believe is fiat and Stablecoin can co-exist together in the future because fiat was the government own and introduce currency thats why it's not that easy to replace while Stablecoins are cryptocurrencies that working on different blockchains it's completely different in terms of technological application but both fiat and crypto Stablecoin are meant for financial services and usage.
862  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: A fake app in apple app stole his life savings in bitcoin on: April 03, 2021, 07:05:52 AM
Thats was a very unfortunate incident imagine that was his life savings and then in seconds it disappears. IMO, it was partly an Appstore fault because it was considered negligence on their side and why they let that fake app listed in their Appstore in the first place, this incident was also happening on Google Playstore thats why for precautionary measures check any app thoroughly for both Appstore and Playstore before using it just to make sure it was safe.
863  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What are your Top Crypto Picks for April? on: March 31, 2021, 09:32:57 AM
What are your Top Crypto Picks for April that you think have massive potentials? Or maybe your top 5 coins that you heavily invested in.

My picks were Monero, ALGO, THETA, PUNDIX, and DIVI coin... This is my potential coins. Might add some NFT tokens sooon!

Dont forget Bitcoin too, by the way, my top five picks were BNB, DOT, LINK, XLM, and ADA, I believe in April these coins will be more explosive in terms of price growth so stay tune. But Ethereum to me is uncertain in my opinion due to unsolved issues like the expensive gas fees, and clogging of the transaction, etc while Bitcoin price is continuing to rise.
864  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum Becoming a Store of Value on: March 30, 2021, 03:01:09 PM
I found a video of Mark Cuban explaining this: https://youtu.be/QEoBeIdwuRg

Do you think Ethereum has potential to become store of value? Why or why not?

I think only time can tell if that prediction will come true, But for now that Ethereum has many problems that need to be fixed I believe that topic is not appropriate to discuss. By the way, let Ethereum development take place to solve those problems like expensive gas fee network congestion, etc. after all those problems will be settled let's discuss again all of the (sov) potential. just my opinion.
865  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Anonymous a red flag? on: March 30, 2021, 02:35:03 PM
I'm doing a research on a new project right now and I see that the team decide to go anonymous, is staying anonymous a red flag for newbies?

IMHO, I believe that if you are doing any fundraising campaign like ICO, IEO, IDO, etc. and you are hiding your identity for me that was a huge red flag because you are not sincere in what you are doing by not showing transparency to your possible investors. And a modus like this is very common during the 2017-2018 ICO crazed, resulting in massive losses of investors money due to exit scam projects. But if you are not doing any fundraising campaign by selling any coin/token to the investors maybe that was a slight consideration to stay anonymous.
866  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: What is safest: Binance/exchanges or online software wallets? on: March 29, 2021, 12:29:53 PM
Yes, I know hardware wallets are the safest options, "not your keys not your coins" etc...
But if I'll leave some coins in a "software", what is the safest option? Leave it in an exchange like Binance or trust a hot wallet like Samourai?
The reason I'm skeptical about about other software wallets like Exodus/Samourai etc is because I'll have to trust that their software wont be hacked, nor my mobile phone. While in Binance/other exchanges, they have a whole team dedicated to that.
Why is it harder to hack/attack a software/hot wallet than it is to hack Binance/exchanges?

IMHO, I think it depends on the level of trust that you give to the platform/product, let say an exchange because based on my experience I've been using Binance wallet to stored cryptocurrency for trading and some for holding, and since 2017 until now I never encountered any problem doing this and because I trust Binance thats why I have no problem, But if you are uncertain about the things like the saying "Not your keys Not your crypto" it is better to use another product or services that you think can give you peace of mind.
867  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which NFTs are worth the investment? on: March 29, 2021, 07:26:40 AM
Honestly speaking until now it's not clear to me why or how those NFT's has gained too much value which already reaches millions of dollars, My interesting question is where the NFT's or Non-fungible tokens demand came from? It's not clear to me thats why I'm afraid that it was another hype or a bubble that waiting to be burst in no time, just like Defi's in its early stage that resulting in huge losses to many users and investors. But still, I'm open and interested to learn more about NFT's to gain a better understanding of them.
868  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Efforts of holding wasted on: March 29, 2021, 07:09:19 AM
People be like
Don't always sell all the coins and tokens you own because they can rise in future but I've hold so many coins since 2018 and only very few gives me 50$ to 70$  Grin today, isn't this laughable??

I be like
It's always wise to hold only very popular coins for future sake like the period we are in presently, not all altcoins will pump and give you a thousand dollar gain or more, if I've spent my time to gather top altcoins I would be in happy mood right now

I have also experienced that kind of unfortunate results mate, from holding with useless coins and tokens mostly from ICO's way back in 2018. But that was a wake-up call for me because everyone can learn from his mistakes thats why I act accordingly to make it right and my first move is to avoid those useless coins and tokens and I make sure that I was holding only the top-ranking cryptocurrencies. but still, I was willing to gamble and participate in some Launchpad activity, particularly in Binance.
869  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] GOLD - First 100% Liquid Stablecoin Backed by Gold on: March 28, 2021, 09:54:46 PM
Can you explain the massive price dump here? Never saw this one coming in a sudden way!!!

This is the first time I've seen this coin getting dumped this big instantly. Probably a whale dumper or something?

Dear cheezcarls,
On bitforex exchange, somebody sold a big amount of gold tokens. There were not enough buy orders to buy that amount that's why the price fall. Right now you can see that price on Coinmarketcap and Etherscan.

This can happen on any exchange with any cryptocurrency. Just wait for the working days (now is the weekend) and then you can exchange tokens on our marketplace at a price of 1 token equals 1 gram of gold

Hello! Admin can you check your smart contract there is an unusual activity that was happening it seems that the Gold Token supply was increasing by millions look at this address " 0xedffb62e23b9b7933f1684441007cda232d3bd8f " they are selling it by thousands, not just in Bitforex But also in UniSwap I suspected that the smart-contract was compromised.
870  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you get mad when the price of your cryptos go higher after you have sold on: March 28, 2021, 03:07:21 PM
I have been investing in cryptos for some years now and i always have to fight a battle with myself whenever i sell some of my cryptos or close my positions in a trade and the price continues to go higher.

Sometimes i regret selling, while sometimes i just try not to look at the particular crypto anymore to avoid having regrets.

Do you also encounter this? And how do you deal with it?

I think it was a natural reaction or just a regret feeling triggered by selling your crypto holdings early and not trying to wait a little more time. I believe many people in this industry usually felt that way especially when you are involved in cryptocurrency trading in which I think a very common due to the volatility of the crypto prices so it was natural and can be avoided if you learned in your previous experiences.
871  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it smart to invest in Bitcoin? or in Ethereum? on: March 27, 2021, 12:49:55 PM
Is it smart to invest in Bitcoin? or in Ethereum? because NFT already in market.

IMHO, I believe if you have enough money or capital to invest in bitcoin well thats the best thing to do because Bitcoin is the most popular and most attractive cryptocurrency to invest in right now, Just think and considered that Bitcoin is already a trillion-dollar market cap plus more and more mainstream businesses are joining into the Bitcoin bandwagon, and the most popular one is the Elon Musk company called Tesla so for me it is a good decision to invest in Bitcoin while picked Ethereum as a backup investment but just focus on Bitcoin.
872  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: how to find coins to be listed on famous exchangers? on: March 27, 2021, 11:56:21 AM
recently we can see projects listed on famous exchangers like Binance marked huge hike before list on the exchange. I think it's a good strategy to invest. is there any way to identify projects, which going to be listed on famous exchangers soon as possible?

IMHO, I think some projects are already announced in advance that they will list in a popular exchange like Binance on their website, But the problem is it's not easy to be listed in a popular exchange like Binance even you pay higher because there will be an arrangement to make and followed before it was going to list your coin or token and consider all those applications on Binance, they said that it's always full so in that case, it is very hard to know when it will be listed on a popular crypto exchange like Binance thats why there's no way to know it in advance. My advice is to watch and wait till there is a project that will launched on the Binance Launchpad like what I'm doing recently.
873  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Problems with high fees on: March 27, 2021, 11:29:26 AM
All coins Transactions have high fees.
What to use its best Now?
What is the lowest fees Transactions stable coins?
Xrp are cheap and Fast but its not stablecoin.
I feel safe only if I use stable coins When the money is in btc I Can't sleep.
Anyways so what coins are cheap to use?

I dont see point of coins When You pay huge Transaction fees!

Mate, I feel you because same as you I'm also avoiding using those coins that have huge transaction fees but if you do a little research about which are the best coin to send a transaction with just a minimal amount one of the best candidates is the Stellar lumens or XLM usually the fee is ranging from  0.01-0.06 XLM per transaction, other than XLM, the XRP, Tron, and Litecoin are also in the list as the cheaper transaction fees among those top ranking cryptocurrencies in the market.
874  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: USDT are safeheaven on: March 26, 2021, 11:14:34 AM
USDT are safe heaven.
Its stable and Main Reason are its not a dollar.
So anything happens with USA dollar You got USDT You safe.
Usdc works too.
So I guess first cbdc approved currency Will be USDT.

I think thats not going to happen because the reason why governments want to create CBDC's is to counter, compete, or directly impose a replacement of cryptocurrency usages like Bitcoin, Ethereum, and many others, and because USDT and other so-called Stablecoin are all cryptocurrencies thats why in my opinion it will never be approved as a CBDC coin even in the near future.
875  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: If most of Bitcoin is owned by few it cannot be a store of wealth for all on: March 26, 2021, 10:59:50 AM
I don't know the exact percentage, but most of BTC is owned by a few.
So logically, BTC can never become a store of wealth for the masses.
BUT if BTC cannot serve as storage of wealth for all and neither as day to day currency due to very slow and increasingly expensive transfers, what role will BTC play in the future?
I honestly think that it will become a billionaire's toy in the future and coins like XLM which offer incredibly fast and inexpensive transfers, will play the major role in the financial day to day transactions.
So I believe that the people who have just started to invest in crypto should consider these other coins and forget about bitcoin.
If the world will accept crypto as currency, it won't be BTC.

That was a good question with a strong point, IMHO, I believe that there are many coins in the crypto industry that were already surpassed Bitcoin in terms of efficiency like transaction speed and transaction fees, But in terms of popularity and Title Bitcoin has never conquered yet that's why it remains the King of all cryptocurrencies in terms Market Capitalization and because Bitcoin is just limited in terms of supply that's why it gives more chances for price increases and same time act as a store of value SOV.
876  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Top altcoins by their marketcap, gainers and losers on: March 25, 2021, 01:40:38 PM
The Binance Coin or BNB price has performed well after the release of the Binance Smart Chain or (BSC) the dramatic increase of BNB price is the result of increasing demand for BSC services as an Ethereum Network alternative triggered by the expensive transaction fees on Ethereum Network. While ADA and DOT are also showing competitive results in terms of price gain and stability so we can expect more changes in the CMC ranking in the following days or months if the trend remains solid. About XRP it's I've been surprised despite it has ongoing challenges with SEC but the XRP price remains competitive like other coins of the same caliber.
877  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why do we need Litecoin when we have Bitcoin Cash? on: March 25, 2021, 01:16:35 PM
Real question, Bitcoin cash does it all and better with a stronger backing. Why Litecoin?

I think people already know the answer, But IMHO, Litecoin exists first before BCH creation through a Bitcoin hard fork thats why you are asking the wrong question?  So let us reverse the question Why we need BCH when Litecoin is already here? I believe LTC is far better than BCH because Litecoin has a strong community of users including investors as well.
878  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum to 100k? on: March 24, 2021, 04:18:31 PM
I see some crazy numbers being thrown around, one is an Ethereum coin going to 100k in 2030. How can you tell if a price prediction is too high in relation to market cap? Some people say some coins cannot hit a certain market cap. How can you tell if a market cap value is too much for a certain coin? I understand that there are coins where there are great number of circulating supply, but why can't they reach trillions in market cap?

That was too good to be true Mate, remember that even the low supply coin like Bitcoin was struggling to reach that particular price level, How much more for Ethereum which has a huge total supply in circulation thats why its better to leave that impossible prediction in limbo and we must face the reality it won't happen even in the 2030s.
879  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The best crypto projects on: March 24, 2021, 04:06:57 PM
Hello , I'm a bitcoin, eth, polkadot, binance holder but I would like to invest in other cryptocurrencies.
What's your favourite altcoin gems? Please try to explain your opinion.
Let's find the next 10X project  Cool
No crypto scam please.

Thank you

I think those coins that you are holding is already good, And because I've already learned with my 2018 experience when I was bought and hold too many coins and tokens that were resulted in huge losses thats why I'm not recommended to hold a lot of coins, for me just 5 coins would be good enough but in your term, you only mentioned Btc, Eth, PolkaDot, BNB, just make it five add with LINk which is I think another candidate for X10 if the market trend will continue to be bullish.
880  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: "Gold is government assest,Bitcoin is all yours." A Comparison between them. on: March 23, 2021, 03:41:42 PM
Thanks for the summation mate and brings up this informative thread, IMHO, I believe that Gold has become a tool for manipulation of wealth to control any economy or possibly a nation that's why there is no freedom in it while Bitcoin is a decentralized digital asset own by people and it cannot be controlled by anyone so for me Bitcoin and Gold is not comparable but only serves in their respective functions and purposes which is a centralized and decentralized form of assets.
