I don't understand what the red lights are? Its pretty normal for coins to get dumped by miners after proof of work is over. Big miners don't hold alts they just move onto something else to mine. If you weren't expecting that dump then you clearly haven't been around very long.
With only 2.8 million coins at 1800 satoshi there is still a ton of room to grow when miners are done exiting.
*** my original reply deleted ***  edit : i had to remove that reply i did yesterday because i received a pm quoting it from a shill account that told me that i "did an excellent fud job" and if i would be interested to enter an "organized fud group" and be paid 0.25btc for the job, per target (coin,member) ...  i don't know what is going on here on bitcointalk, but i don't want to be part of that. I still think there is some red lights about investing in mysterycoin but i trust the dev that told below they weren't enough prepared for that launch. They tried to rent hash to mine their own coin and get some %(control) over it, but the hashrate was so high they couldn't do it. still, it was a good and fair PoW phase. so : 1. innovative coin concept never seen before with great potential 2. huge hashrate during PoW. 3. organized fud (?) and coin dumped. 4. many many buy walls at low price getting the coins that is dumped. 5. still only 2.2millions coins (at the moment) for an insane low price of 1k satoshis ... no wonder why we see nasty behavior, since it's BCT so, i am willing to give solacedev the benefit of the doubt and will watch the next development in a week. good luck |

Development Update:
Sorry about the lack of updates in the two week that passed, I had a couple of issues to resolve with ISP, and another work related problem...
However, that is all behind us now, I need to clarify a couple of things with the app we are working on, it's not a game in the full sense of
the word, it's basically a scratch card you will get for free if you are staking GAIA coins, the rewards for winners will be paid from a jackpot
set aside by the devs from various sources, some will come from app store fees, and some will be a straight donation from developers or
community members. The reason this was delayed a bit is because we wanted to insure it is safe and not easily hacked.
This is by no means a milestone with our GAIA development, it's just meant to show apps can be developed that integrate GAIA coin.
We have already shown that e-Commerce can be easily conducted using the platform.
This week I will speak with a marketing expert from another coin community who offered to help.
We also have our very active community members who are helping by making things happen.
I know some lose faith and patience too quickly, but success rewards only those who are patient enough.
I will get back to you tomorrow on a release time, and maybe some good news about marketing.

Boomcoin Update:
Hope everyone had a great week in Crypto. As we all know Boom development is at a standstill while we seek funding for Cleverhash that will enable us to continue development on the X-series mining hardware and Decentralized pool. Once secured, the funding will also help to develop the b2b decentralized platform for business CRM management. In the meantime we have been revising our boomtown plans as outlined in the white paper to better suit Boom's appreciation.
What we feel is important to Boom is a design that will create positive buy pressure and volume as well as profit that can be rolled back into boom. One of these ideas brought forth over the past week is a accumulation with the profits from Boomtown while destroying the excess coins to make remaining coins more valuable. There has been several constructive strategies brought forth and we are very excited to get moving with Boom. Even thought our company has been in business for a little over a year most banks in the usa require 2 years in business before getting large loans. This is why we are turning to outside investors. After 11 months we will not have these type of restrictions. In the mean time new partnerships with investors will take our cryptocurrencies, products and services to the next level. you mean for each ppl that subscribe to their courses? i think every teacher(course creator) will set their own fee for taking that course. but the fee will be to subscribe/follow that course. by "following" someone it shouldn't cost anything, like on twitter. and i think not every courses will have a price tag, some will be free too. But the "create your own course" have that little extra interest when you can earn something |

i already posted few pages back a reply from Michael Terpin where he said that Transform.pr would continue without extra fee the contract with Munne. Last time, Mchrono told us that they would have 4 reporters that will review Munne University, so i guess we have to expect some news/articles published this week. @ Vlad2Vlad : welcome here man. all questions and concerns you asked so far were all answered few pages back, i.e. the legitimacy of the marketing contract with Terpin's Transform.pr company. About the undervalue of this coin you are totally right, not a lot of total coinage and a very low price, maybe the lowest i've see so far in crypto when talking about a legit/non-scam coin. the slow, but constant, drop in price for munne happened mostly because there was big delays in development and not a lot of communication from the dev, although if you look at it, always made professionally. I personally think that the devs want to build something worthy for crypto, not just things to help the trading side. That's why they said multiple times that they don't control the market price and that all movements are valid, either it's up or down. it's not their job to manipulate their own market, even if we see that from many other coins devs. @Mchrono : great job with that alpha release for MunneU! the experience is flawless and fun. I didn't found any bugs or stuff i don't like so far, although i will scrutinize it deeper later today like i already told you, i would really liked that you could release it will more content, but it's okay. Tell me/us : is the submit course feature working now? can we create and submit new courses? I think that learning platform - with crypto-implementation - could be really hot for trading tips and tricks (as well as some basic crypto courses, like what is PoS, how to create your own coin, etc, etc.. for totally novice/newb in crypto).... like you make a trading course, you charge it for a fair price, and then you explain some basic or more technical trading stuff and what to check on a market, how to read it, how to spot the presence of bots and how to understand the goal they want to achieve, how to find the "botom" price, etc... well, you see all the possibilities. and the course makers would get payments for each subscriptions and course followers. |

hey minerjones, i thought about not answering you in the thread because as you see, the fuders are starting to aim boomcoin and are proving me right about the time to buy and that this is going up in value. rasp never posted in the boomcoin thread, but still he say that he was staking and "lost" his coins. this is most probably pure lie or an end-user mistake (for example, deleting his wallet.dat). i always staked coins on many many different PoS alts since over a year or more and that kind of thing (loosing your coins) is not possible, nor i ever seen someone that this happened. the only thing that could make that is that if you downloaded an infected wallet for another coin and the virus in it was targeting altcoins and/or specifically boomcoins, or that you did a mistake and deleted important files, like wallet.dat, or that you were on another chain(forked) and sent your coins away in the -void-. about the max age, it wasn't mentionned in the OP so i would say that there is no max age. but to be sure, i could have a look at the source in github and confirm you that later when i'll be back home. or if other that know would chime in? cheers. EDIT : on the source github it say no max age there is currently 12,504,205 boomcoins and no, there is no limitations on the PoS, it will keep staking. |
