Chinese Holiday for their Monday & Tuesday to start off the week so banks are closed, no new money pumping into Bitfinex until after the holiday.

Tuesday, Apple releases iPhone and their new payment system.

Possible uncertainty until Tuesday.

I have never been phished in 2 years in the darknet then today I buy . 8 (my paycheck this week) I,ride home from the bank and the money is gone.. I log out then back in and it says only my ip was last login(so no one else) ... Something is up I don't have a,keylogger,on my computer but something is up this person (maybe lbc employee) is stealing like crazy. I just don't get it.

  SCAMMER ADDY :1DzPa5AdWk1yukdTbCnVMA76tHsDDdb2oe

Anyone wanna tell me how this could happen I'm in total devastation and asked for money in another forum and got laughed at..  Don't think is a laughing matter I'm broke Sad but I'm not gonna drop a addy just hope for some good karma see if I can get some peanut butter and jelly from the food bank for this week lol..was gonna turn that 400 into,1,000 you, know how it works Wink

Painful to hear.  However, it's somewhat of low price tuition for higher learning. I recommend enabled in the security settings:

(1) 2FA + (2) Login guard which requires additional authentication for new browser detection.

If the above two are enabled, it would be very very very difficult to steal coins from your wallet.

Supernet?  Is this some last ditch effort to save another Alt that seems to have been abandoned.

When I first saw her video Bitocin Bitch, I figured she was probably some nerd's girlfriend that didn't know anything about crypto.

But I saw more of her videos and she is so awesome and well spoken, plus she's Russian.   Grin

Funny thread title on Reddit:

Apple can't protect our pictures, so lets have them protect our money instead!

August 31, Apple news of possibly supporting NFC in next iPhone release seemed to affect BTC on the price charts (490's to 470's).

Re: http://www.cnet.com/news/apple-amex-teaming-on-iphone-6-payments-system-report-says/

Is the price built in already?  Or will we take another dive going into the official Tuesday announcement of the iPhone 6?
868  Economy / Economics / Re: How profitable is BTC daytrading? on: September 04, 2014, 09:08:41 PM
Google Technical Analysis (TA).

Don't listen to anyone that says it doesn't apply to Crytpo, because it follows TA more than even stocks.

Gotta play with money you can afford to lose, otherwise, if you're playing with next month's rent you'll be too nervous and twitchy at every little swing.

Note:  Most traders will not buy when the price is low (like today at 470's) and will not sell at a high (in the 600's this June).
Thanks,I would go through the TA.Well if not buy when low and sell at high what the traders do then?

Most traders lose money, that's what.  Then leap out of their parent's basement window in despair.   Grin

LOL Here we go again.

A minor price correction up after being artificially low and it's moon time again.

Sometimes bulls can be almost as ridiculous as bears.

Yea, we're still lower than we were last Saturday.

Google Analyst: Bitcoin Could Be ‘The Internet of Money’

http://www.coindesk.com/google-analyst-bitcoin-regulation/

Phrase coined by Andreas Antonopoulos in lots of his YouTube videos.  Andreas says Bitcoin isn't really a currency, more of a protocol and the "Internet of Money."

Just giving credit where credit is due.

No hardware is profitable now in mining, unless you can get it for FREE.  Not even Gen 3 hardware can ROI 35-40% back of hardware cost when they come out.   Or you have no cost for electricity and can get hardware at big discount because the capital investment for the equipment will never mine it back.
You actually can make ROI if you have solar panels or some other free source of eletricity so you can run your miners 24/7 for free. And with selling mining contract you could make even more if you would count the cost of electricity and make the customer pay for it.

Is Crypto done??   Huh

NFC, androids had it for years so finally Apple is ready to compete.

Has nothing to do with Crypto adoption.

Looks like NXT is getting some love here......good stuff !

To anyone who hasn't been keeping up: 43 million of the stolen NXT has been recovered, there has been no rollback.
BTER is back up and running, so we're all good.....

Proud of NXT for no rollback.

BTC-E volume dried up 20 minutes ago. Guessing the Bot owner lives in the United States, West Coast.

Perhaps Silicon Valley?

Watch out for suicide attempts, some kid threatening to jump out the window from his mother's basement.

Spoke too soon, BTC-E volume spikes again!
