861  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The Gambler's way on: January 13, 2018, 08:44:49 AM
I think gambling would mostly be on the luck side and luck will always win against any statistics that we have. Those probabilities are endless but luck will just be arpund the corner. So if you are having that YOLO thing when you're gambling then it might lead you to failure on your finances for luck might not always be by your side
The gambler's way are always remain as a typical one from rest of people's preferences and choices. A hard working man will see his money in greater different view compared to how a gambler do see his money. The life style and how they earn and spend money decides everything in my opinion.

But, the same behaviors alone the root cause for aggressiveness of gamblers to spend all his money like a mad and finally ending up his life too. I like to suggest all the gamblers not to have any unique gambling style or life style due to gambling. Because, leading a normal life itself must be a God's blessing and gift.
862  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Your Lucky moments during gambling? on: January 13, 2018, 07:56:37 AM
I remember that time i won on T.V promo was 2010 i think that is my lucky moment i didn't forgot in my life its not so big but i'm very thankful. Then here in online gambling i am not so lucky because i never win once i try dice game.
That is good if your name was called in that TV show and you were there to celebrate this win but don’t you think there must be some better source of income where you can earn without any fear of losing money so much. Trading and investing has losing possibility too but that is much lower than this gambling. This is not the source of money rather a source of wasting it.
Being called on those TV shows doesnt mean that it would easily happen again. Those are really rare chances which even you do play gambling specially dice doesnt really make any difference because risk or chances is always there. If your luck is there then expect you would really win no matter what. There are really instances in life that we wont really able to forget no matter what. Those moments will really put up on our minds.
It would be a blunder from one’s side if he would give a statement like this that cooing on television show will help you to win the game in gambling. In my opinion it could be just a coincident and no one can be sure it will keep repeating all the times we may need deliberately.

I think even mad people also wouldn’t be having such an odd thinking. But, as you said in your reply to a comment that this won’t happen again, I want to ask you something that how can one say this with surety ?

What if he wins again by coming on the same television show as it is a matter of luck. There will be no guarantee that it will exactly happen again and again.
863  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Where to advertise gambling site on: January 13, 2018, 07:23:15 AM
Advertise here on Bitcointalk.

Do you see my avatar? Also checkout the writing below my post. This is an advertisement that I put on my profile because a company is paying to advertise on my profile for each post that I do.

You should open a signautre campaign with your own site and links and avatar (and Personal Message) and pay users here to promote you.
Yes, signature campaign are an amazing way but I feel like for new websites and rather not so big gambling portals they would seek something that is cheap and more effective. Signature campaigns are no doubt the best and biggest advertising means in bitcointalk but I feel like advertising on other sites and giving some more bonus/offers attracts more users and the cost is less too.

A lot gamblers use this place as their source of information regarding cryptos and casinos.
Not just gamblers. There are almost all types of people do form this community hence when a casino is attractive enough then it will definitely reach a huge success as some 10% of this community decide to give a test.
864  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin and not Paying Taxes on: January 13, 2018, 04:58:50 AM
In some countries you can not pay tax on BTC even if you want, there are no rules and regulations regarding BTC.In some countries like Germany you do not need to pay tax if you sold BTC one year + after purchase, also Denmark is completely free from paying taxes regarding cryptocurrency.

There is always way to avoid paying tax when convert BTC to fiat, but if you want to sleep peacefully and your government is pretty strict on this issue then it is better to give them their share.
Actually in my region the government is strict enough and on finding huge amount of bitcoins. The income tax departments files a raid on the particular person so it is safe to first pay taxes and than sleep peacefully. I guess some tax will be applied by the government and we do hence indirectly pay taxes for the government for cashing out bitcoins. That might be hence not be risky and also their are a number of chartered accountants who can help you to properly audit your transactions and pay taxes legally.

Bitcoins have the potential to be legal and it than depends on us about how we use bitcoins. If we are willingly paying taxes for bitcoins the probably government will not have much issue in legalizing bitcoins.
865  Economy / Economics / Re: Effect of Bitcoin on Bank Deposits and the Economy on: January 13, 2018, 04:11:19 AM
Say cryptocurrencies take off and people hold more of their savings in crypto instead of bank deposits. Currently everyone's savings is in bank accounts which is being lent out to businesses and hence stimulating the economy. What is going to happen if bank deposits drastically decrease?

On the one hand, maybe it will not have much effect on the economy because since lending will become tighter, businesses will need to justify the loans more (vs. if there is easy access to money) and will create stronger proposals. On the other hand, could it have a detrimental effect on the economy?

Logically bank deposits can increase if you assume bitcoin investments and savings are substitutes. I think that the relationship isn't nearly as strong as you feel. Mostly people invest a much smaller amount than they save. But less deposits in turn could lead to banks needing to put up interest rates to encourage saving.
I do strongly believe with whatever you say. Bank deposits do not affect much due to bitcoin transactions. Almost each bitcoin transaction is made with respect to the bank account and also it helps the bank to maintain a good interest rate on the amount of money the account has. I think, it is much profitable for both banks as well as the individual selling bitcoins.

I don’t think bitcoins have much impact on the bank deposits. Yes bitcoins can surely help the nation to grow its economy as the more number of people's will earn bitcoins to more economic rate will go high. If there is a nation which has each individual in the country related to bitcoins than each individual there will earn a good number of profits each day and the nation will then become the richest nation soon.
866  Economy / Economics / Re: What will happen to the banks if people uses cryptocurrencies more than fiat? on: January 13, 2018, 03:45:14 AM
Banks will still exist even though in the future cryptocurrencies will be use more than fiat. First, when that happens bitcoin was surely adapted by most countries and banks were already accepting bitcoin just like international currencies. Second, it will take decade before that happens.
Yes, there is absolutely nothing that is going to happen to the banks and they are still going to be there one way or the other. We are talking about people using cryptocurrency and not everyone on earth using cryptocurrency which we all know it is impossible for that to happen, most especially in some places and just like you said seeing a very high level of adaptation will take some number of years.

In a decade or two, this will be definitely happening and what happened to traditional mailing system when email was introduced, same will happen to fiats. Yes, fiats will vanish themselves.
867  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to overcome the fear of holding? on: January 12, 2018, 08:23:30 PM
How do you traders do it, hold and hold and hold. Waiting around for more and more money?

Whenever I receive some altcoin or a token, I sell 50% of it (for either Bitcoin or fiat cash) and keep the remainder for long-term storage. So far, this strategy has worked for me. It has helped me to maintain a healthy balance in BTC, and at the same time, I have profited out whenever an altcoin or token was pumped.
This is something I have always done as well for a while and at least with that you will have less worries with what you are holding, knowing that you have been able to make enough from it. Most times though for some coins with prospect, once I sell, I buy back at a low value and watch out for when it picks up again and that keeps making my holding even more in size until I am sure I am good to take out certain percentage of them into BTC or ETH.
868  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to trade without losses on: January 12, 2018, 08:13:15 PM
It is so impossible to trade without any single loss.  But the thing is we can compensate every loss thru average down. So do not trade the whole money 100%. Always trade in portion. One more thing do not trade using margin if you dont know how to manage it.

Yeah, its impossible but having a technic with trading will less your profit loss. Some of succesful traders base on the news of the coin. When good news comes from a coin the traders are raising their buy orders then just wait for a more than 5% profit in that coin. Some traders lose because they expect too much because the movement of cryptomarket is so volatile it will burn your profit in every second.
Stop loss is part of the technique. Sometimes, even when you put up all the techniques together, some factors can just change the market immediately.

For example, bitcoin starting a bull run is something that can cause your technique to fail you and if you do not make use of your stop loss in cases like this, you may just end up accruing huge losses to the point that you just have to use the patient method which could take months before you get your profit from the trade.
869  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Why did I lose on trade ?? on: January 12, 2018, 07:59:58 PM
You lose on your trade because you because you are a newbie with limited cryptocurrency trading experience. You should get ALGORY.IO token. ALGORY.IO is a trading tool that help trader to trade well and help them prevent avoidable mistakes!

lack of patience and research if have that attitude would not loss again try to be patience and researchful fundamental about cryptocurrency would you like to get in to thats my mentor said always do research and have patience.
I'm also curious why there's always loses whenever doing trading. I am also one of those readers in his forum looking for an answer on how to win in trading. Because I am still new to this kind of business also called the world of digital currency that's why I'm still doing a massive research and study on how to trade.

Guys, you sometimes make wrong things such that you have a promising coin and then you sell it to get in a pump train. This damages your investments and psychology. Don't do this.

Be patient in the market, and the rest will come automatically.
Sometimes, some people do not know that holding sometimes when you do not have the knowledge of trading is even far better as long as you are holding a promising coin. Patience is what is required in every market and that is what anyone gets when they panic or end up holding a shitty coin.

When it comes to trying to trade however, it is better to learn first because you can do nothing without learning in trading and anything apart from that is going to be plain gamble.
870  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Number One Reason NOT to invest in Crypto on: January 12, 2018, 07:19:14 PM
People come up with different reasons why one should not invest into cryptocurrency. But the one who have the trust keep on investing without giving consideration to those issues that prevail around. Most could term the decentralization as the reason, but in reality it is the beauty of cryptocurrency and in particular with bitcoin.
There can be many different reasons but I am not seeing them valid as crypto already started dominating world financial systems. If we miss out these opportunities then cannot regain cheaper crypto forever. In my opinion, to stay financial stronger then this is the right time to invest and we cannot ignore cruptos for someone else's some reasons.

Even we are not focusing on all cryptos. Just keep investing with bitcoins will definitely help anyone to flourish in short period of time itself. Cryptos may not be the future but bitcoin must be a future. I am always believing into that.
871  Economy / Marketplace / Re: I Earned 0.5 In 2 days. See How To Do It Here on: January 12, 2018, 06:36:39 PM
its hard to believe that you earned 0.5 btc in just 2 days. i think it is possible only if you invest big money. But it is always risky even if you used that bot trading. i think this is only a kind of promoting that bot trading.
Possible and impossible based on luck finally I do believe. because I had situations like big capital but lack of accurate predictions gave me less to no profits and in other case I had very small capital and I made some decent profits with some good calls. If I had some big money at those times then I would have become a millionaire by this time.

Making 0.5 BTC in 2 days is too hard for me to believe. Because in just 2 days, if we make some blind trades only then we can make such huge profits. Trading blindly is not at all recommended hence I will never prefer to hear such type of stories.
872  Economy / Marketplace / Re: I've made 600k in Crypto - When to call it quits on: January 12, 2018, 05:30:33 PM
OP must be a teen ager or I assume he is still underestimating the potentials of crypto currencies. Yes, we may leave off all other coins but we can still keep believing into bitcoins for another decade or even for another half century too.

I like to suggest OP to quit his altcoins and can have all of them into bitcoins to hold for years. Just 600k dollars will be nothing in my opinion when considering the upcoming boom in bitcoin price levels. I need to agree some altcoins also will boom still bitcoin will continue its dream running to another extend.
873  Economy / Marketplace / Re: "Bitcoin mining is a Big no!" on: January 12, 2018, 05:08:53 PM
Ive met some group of financial adviser, they told me that the best way to aquire bitcoin is through cloud mining, they gave me names of trusted cloud mining providers and as of my research, they are well known and trusted.
Then ive met some people, whos already earning big bucks on bitcoin, they dont recommend cloud mining. They told me that its expensive and risky, but as for my understanding its good way of gaining passive income.
What are the possible reason on thier contradiction?
Whos recommendation should i try and why?
The majority of those Bitcoin cloud mining are scams, even those legit ones that have been operating for a long time and really pays their investors are not profitable and it will take years before you will get your return of investment and yes it is very risky, it is much better if you do your own mining than investing there, it will just take months before you get your ROI (depending on how efficient your mining hardware is). What is the recommendation of second one? if that is trading then yes it more profitable than investing in cloud mining sites but still risky.
Obviously, trading cannot even be compared to cloud mining because with trading you are not just going to be tying down your capital but you are increasing it gradually and as long as you are good, you are going to be making a lot of money in the process.

On the other hand, cloud mining is going to tie down your capital and like you said, before you can even smell your return on investment and start accruing profit, that would be some years.
874  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What if Bitcoin was centralized? on: January 12, 2018, 04:02:03 PM
if bitcoin is controlled by a person or group then bitcoin will be used for their benefit, what if the bitcoin control is a criminal? so bitcoin will be destroyed and criminals are getting harder to deal with.
Even though most investors claim that one of the reasons why they invest into bitcoins is because it is decentralized, I think that even when it’s centralized and controlled by someone, people are still going to invest because they are going to get some really good profits out of it.
Centralization will not affect bitcoin investors as long as the prices keep increasing the way they do now.

Bitcoin if is not going to lose volatility after becoming centralized, I don’t think so anyone will be having any kind of objection. Well, I am personally not in favor of centralization of bitcoin because then we will have to pay taxes. Bitcoin’s decentralized nature has very big impact on the mentalities of the investors.
875  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Too late to invest in cryptos if you're old? on: January 12, 2018, 03:14:25 PM
I agree, it is not too late to invest in cryptocurrencies and the age of the person should not matter. Even though they might take longer to understand cryptocurrencies, this is still an opportunity as the crypto world changes very fast. However, they should only invest money, which they can afford to lose.
That's true, its not too late to invest in bitcoin even if you too old enough. Age is doesn't matter in terms of investment, the important is that you can understand well how to invest in bitcoin. Its not too late to invest, because if you have an ability and you can afford to invest. As long as you have some knowledge and more ideas about bitcoin its easier for you to start invest in crypto.
I am also unable to understand the relationship between age and investing into bitcoin. There is no age limit or any kind of other restrictions for using bitcoin. This is why people around the globe are highly attracted towards this coin. It has provided people with true equality and freedom. Indeed, as you have stated that if you are having capital and good knowledge of investing into bitcoin, nothing can stop you not even your age.

Probably some people would have been mistakenly taught that bitcoin will take more time like 50 or 100 years to shape as a fully functional currency or for what it was created. That could be one reason why some people are concern about age for adopting bitcoins.
876  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: how improve trading on: January 12, 2018, 01:27:58 PM
Of course learn and keep learning. How the price market a day or a week before you must keep on compare and pay attention to the chart and volume. But right now there are so many signal group that could help you to do trading.
Even the pro traders keep learning something new to apply to their trade each and every day. That is one thing about life, it is a gradual process, while learning and experience is all that will get you there before you even know it, you will start trading like a pro as well. Most people who are trading today do not have two heads; all they did was to go the right way to get better.

Youtube channels are full of unnecessary things. They just podcast their content to get more views, this is their motto. You better look at medium articles and deposit to exchanges to start trading on your own.
No, there are many useful youtube channels and there are many time wasting medium articles. All we need to do is, must take some time to choose right content for "updating" ourselves.
877  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What's happening to Bitcoin? on: January 11, 2018, 08:38:21 PM
What is happening to bitcoin is normal even in real life, Stocks value fluctuates. When the price of bitcoin is down that gives an opportunity to buy not sell except if you know you are selling for profit.
People just tend to complain a lot and that is why they keep panicking unnecessarily for a reason that is not worth it. Those who saw an opportunity and ended up buying bitcoin more at dip are the ones who are going to be reaping a huge benefit in the long run, when some were busy complaining. It is normal in every day of life like you said what goes up comes down and vice versa and you should rather look for opportunities in these scenarios instead.
878  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why people keep trying new casinos? on: January 11, 2018, 07:57:55 PM
A lot of threads in gambling section are basically dedicated to scam accusations. They can be seen every day on the first page. The casinos about which people complain are usually new or known to be scamming people (one can easily check out the trust of members leading the respective ann threads to be assured in that). I don't understand why people deposit money onto new casinos and then complain that they scammed these people. I mean, there are lots of very trusted casinos offering a wide range of games, so why not to keep playing at them rather than some unknown risky ones?
The most common reason is that because new casino offer more bonus as compared to well established casinos and hence people are more keen to try those websites. Another reason for gambling on new website is that because people want to try out new games and each website have something unique about itself.

Some people feel lucky when they make new accounts on new websites rather than betting on a single website multiple times.

I cannot say much on this because I have been myself in such situation when I was new to dice gambling and I remember primedice was very new then, I used to make new accounts and gamble and actually it works too sometimes.
879  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: I always lose all my tokens and btc on gambling~ on: January 11, 2018, 06:16:11 PM
The only way to not loose all your tokens , btc or cash is jut to not gamble at all . Gambling often turns as a quite enjoyable activity that you can kill time with or just do whenever you are bored . You can occasionally go to land based casinos or just have a trip to vegas for the sake of fun , but on the long term run gambling is just like any other addiction , with all the pejorative-ness that the word "addiction" has .It is a very unhealthy activity for both your moral and pocket , and it's bad effects could even reach your family or people that you care for .
People always get carried away by the thrill of gambling and by the time they come to their senses they would have lost all the money gambling, if OP knows he has a problem, then he should find ways and means to combat it before it gets too serious. Take a break from gambling for a while and seek help as well.
That is where the main problem starts for a whole lot of people. With this forum, I really do not expect anyone to have learned that there is no way they can always win in gambling and unless they just want to have fun, they should just stay away as gambling is not an investment and there is no way anyone can get anything from it rather than losing.

Fun or serious business, in my experience I am not seeing anyone is capable of beating house edge to secure their bankroll. Hence, gambling will be a definite way of losing all our bitcoins and tokens. No exceptions.
880  Economy / Economics / Re: Can we totally eliminate all the banks in this world? on: January 11, 2018, 05:14:18 PM
I don't think bitcoin can eliminate bank because bitcoin is used through gadget and not all can afford yo buy one so that we can't eliminate money and bank
For me yes we can totally eliminate all the banks in this world but for me it will take many years before it will happen, i think bitcoin is need 40 years before the banks will eliminate in this world and i am sure that all people in this world is we will support the bitcoin.
40 years can really go much more longer and we cannot predict the future of bitcoins in that time. But if bitcoins exist till 40 years than the future with bitcoins will be something new like bitcoins will enter banks and also we can find bitcoin CSP in each city.

Bitcoins then will be surely be adapted by the banks in 40 years. Future for bitcoins is dark and hope it goes well. Also in next 40 years, all the 21 million bitcoins will be mined which will than keep the price for bitcoins stable similar to other fiat currencies.
