Don't know why they are making the new forum software when the one we are making is so good but nevertheless, if they are making it then I have few suggestions for it.

1.) Functionality to see the stats related to the report to moderator should be given in the new forum.
2.) At the same time, on the same page, there should be a log of posts deleted by mods.
3.) Stats of user should be visible like post reported, posts deleted, pending,  accuracy. The current forum only shows Number of posts reported and the accuracy.
4.) A list or log of members banned from the forum.

Better make a paper wallet of it, you can't predict anything over the internet. The paper wallet is the safest method to store any coin. If they face any issue or get hack by any means then, this can cause you lose funds and at that time private key won't be able to help you. PaperWallet is best and not hard to make.

Most of the bitcoin escrow sites are closed now but you can still search for one on google. I found one "escrowmybits.com", can't predict it's authenticity, use your brain to do that.

Recommended: Hire an escrow from here who is willing to escrow the trade, make a thread in Services section to get some offers or browse the services section to find one.

Using Flash Auction is not a good Idea when the forum is facing a large DDOS attack, I won't able to load the page for minutes. And when I am able to load it at last then it took time to post a bid here, have to try 4-5 times to be able to post a bid here.

It's disgusting, I have to wait for minutes to get access to a single page. How much time we have to suffer from it, any ideas? What can be done to decrease its effect, should I stop using the forum for a day. Will It help other users to get access more easily?

It that any attempt to spread a virus or what, Please do not download the file, there are many cases where people downloaded something from the Internet and got infected by a new kind of virus and ultimately lead to loss of funds from online wallets like blockchain.info

Looks like you are not asking for a loan but trying to sell your account at high rates, The accounts you mentioned here don't have much value, better you provide something else as collateral which is worth 120% of the loan amount and easily liquifies in case of default.
