861  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [SCAM] Sportsbet.io seized my profits on: August 06, 2020, 03:47:29 PM
Luckily enough, the Curaçao Gaming Control Board is investigating matters, as they are also checking the EML from scambookmaker sportsbet.io

You either hacked or bought an account specifically to attack casinos and sportsbooks. Why? Don't pretend its because you "care about the community." You are typing from a hacked account.

If the matter is being investigated already by outside sources, why bother to continue to troll Sportsbet? Surely you should just be happy that Sportsbet will be paying its dues any day now and then continue on with whatever it is that you were doing before you suddenly popped in here out of nowhere.

Sounds correct to be honest...

what even is being stated by this E-gosh account is just not true. An absolute lie and disappointing. We work closely with whatever requests Curaçao Gaming Control Board have and Ive seen nothing come over my desk recently.
Its a shame the coin@gosh just wants to cause trouble instead of contribute to this BTC Talk community.

I don't know what actmyname believes but I believe that if you throw the book at someone you have to be sure about it and have proof to back it up. Particularly considering the dictatorial powers afforded by the T&Cs that don't even require to provide any specific reason for confiscating money.

In other words, the site can surely lean on the T&Cs the way the quote says, and look right and mighty without bothering to justify their actions, but it may erode their reputation if they keep doing this.
Absolutely, because I have no idea about why on the first place I was accussed of multiaccounting, without even  being provided with evidence, and then, they post an empty statement where "multiaccounting" is not even mentioned Huh Huh

Hi Saturent,

Please PM me when you get a chance.

I was happy with yesterday as I picked Copenhagen to qualify at 4.20 odds which was a pretty easy pick during the fact that they missed everything in Denmark so Europa League was their last chance to save their season and I also was so close to win another big odd on Lask scoring 2 goals but they missed a lot in 1st half.

Today I'm going with Olympiakos to qualify as I don't see Wolves to make a big impact even if they played well in EPL.

Good Luck boltz!

Who's your tip for the F1 this weekend?

Steve.

Happy, why? You did not placed any bet. You are working for Sportsbet.io
If you decide to organise something to defend sportsbet and push the negative accusations away, then do it less obvious. Anybody can see here that sportsbet.io is getting a lot of help with trashtalk.
They are also using many alt accounts:
- rdbase
- jeremypwr
- boltz
- lfc_bitcoin
- tyKiwanuka
- SyGambler
- flagship
- JollyGood
And the list can be continued for ages.

All these accounts are alt accounts from 1-2 persons, with well organised work. The only problem that did not cover their traces well enough, is that they merited eachother.
When there is a dispute, they always choose the site of sportsbet.io
So funny that they write I am gameprotect ( which is not true )
but suppose it is true, they accuse me of scamming funds from victims for their claim (as far as I have read). And that Gameprotect scammed people for 1k).
And what about sportsbet.io, they scam people for 200k, but then its not a problem.
So the funny thing here: They attacked gameprotect for accusation of scamming 1k, while if sportsbet.io scams people for 200k, its not a problem! LOL
There are so many signals that these accounts all work for sportsbet.io, but you can not do anything against them, since they have a big army who will always protect these people.

Hey gosha@e-coin.. have a crack at me or sportsbet all you like..

please don't disrespect the users of this BTC Talk forum just because they give an honest and true statement about a situation.

Just cause they do not agree with you, doesn't mean they work for us. I only do this gig part-time myself, I have 6 other portfolios im working on here.. so we certainly are not paying a band off lemmings to back us up with some bogus accounts.

IF you don't agree with my decision, fine.. call me on it.. don't make wild, inaccurate accusations about genuinely long term members of this BTC Talk forum..

Its also a good time to mention that the idea has been sent to me to have a self-moderating forum. For me, I'm not ok with that.. I'm fine with fair speech and fair criticisms, but ill steer away from false accusations and just rubbish postings.
I always have, and I won't change going forward.

Apologies if that upsets some fly by nighters.

Good luck on the punt tonight guys, Champ League is back soon.. hope you get a few bets up this weekend!
British GP back this weekend again, lets hope for a few more tight laps like last week!

866  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Funds frozen at sportsbet.io on: August 05, 2020, 11:42:22 AM
Hi Guys,
In relation to this matter, we firmly believe the information provided by the customer is not 100% accurate.

As mentioned before, we have several screening processes that are in place so we can gauge a customer's genuine interest in sports betting, or the fact other factors are in play.

Here is another example of a Table Tennis issue that has risen again. The customer has been asked to provide details about other accounts of interest and after the response we received, we have decided that the customer is best suited to play elsewhere.

The total deposits were:  20000RUB
The total withdrawals: 50000RUB
The customer is well ahead here.

There has been a genuine spike as you guys have noticed about players coming from a particular country betting on a particular sport and/or markets.

It has forced us to fully review a whole entire sport and we will have to make a business decision on that at some stage soon.

It is a shame as we have very genuine customers out there who like to place bets for fun and entertainment, but when it gets to the stage that our generosity is taken advantage of, we have to protect the best interests of the company to ensure a viable future.

thank you for your time,

regards,
Steve.

Hi guys,
In relation to this, the matter has been discussed several times via email with the player. We won't be revealing the content of the email publicly, this is for the player to share only if they choose to do so.

We have multiple levels of checks put in place at different points of the player's journey with us. We are in contact with the player at certain stages to clarify situations that may arise due to our checks.

It has been pointed out on the forum that a lot of situations are arising at the moment in regards to Ukrainian and Russian Table tennis. This is no coincidence. As always, we urge all forum users to think critically about such patterns and the potential motives behind them.

As for veriff, all veriff is an online personal ID verification service, and when you submit your documents properly, it says “accepted” - this is only the case that the documents have been uploaded correctly. Veriff does not make the decision on any matter related to our sportsbook. The information is then provided to our team and we make the FINAL decision on the account matters based on all information in front of us, NOT SOLELY on the KYC efforts.

In regards to the player's claim about "never received proper information" from us, this is just plain and simple untrue. Our processes for checking and communicating with players are robust and we’re confident in them.

Added to this, bringing up cases in the past from 2017 to give some sort of credibility to a current case is just  grasping at straws here.

If we suspect and issues we gather all information required to make a business decision and then choose the course of action. We payout true and legitimate winnings on a minute by minute basis. For those who have been with us, you would have seen this to be the case on all occasions for several years.

So please understand if we need to take action if we identify the a case to be an illegitimate win - as do all sportsbooks in the industry.

The deposit, in this case, has been returned to the player.. (0.4279btc) and the account shall remain shut. The player has left with the amount of BTC they started with.

I’d like to take this time to reinforce and remind all players to gamble responsibly in these current uncertain times.

There are some very concerning quotes here and we take them very seriously.  Betting is a form of entertainment and we certainly would never want a player to be in any distress from betting. We have processes in place to help players and will always be vigilant in seeing these through.

thank you and regards,

Steve,

Hi guys,

My apologies for missing this.. I was on other matters.

I asked my guys to look into the case and it seems the correct amount was paid out. Sorry for any confusion here.

Hi all,

In relation to this thread topic, please be advised that we won't be going into much detail here. As you can understand when matters get to a stage of self-exclusion/account closures etc etc we certainly prefer to keep all matters confidential and private.
But in summary, in the fairness of providing the general public a reply, we can say at every possible opportunity available to us, we have complied with the request for account closure. We're confident we've acted fairly, in line with our T&Cs, and gone above and beyond to ensure that our obligations to responsible gaming are upheld.
It has been requested here that we not share any details of any kind and we respect that. There has however been clear, consistent communication with the player about the situation, our T&Cs, and processes for such cases.
We have supplied all the relevant information to our license holder in response to this issue which was raised to them and are awaiting their decision.
This is where the matter between the customer and Sportbet.io best remains.

Thank you for your understanding

regards,
Steve.

We're 30 minutes away from Silverstone F1 grand prix to begin and I'm expecting some surprises , maybe a podium for Vettel would be nice or a win from Max Verstappen but it would be very hard to pass Lewis, especially that this is one of his favorite circuits of the F1 calendar.

Crazy Race!

When Bottas had his tyre issue, Red bull went from 15 points to 18points. I had no idea why they went to chase 1 more point.. if they didn't pit, could have won the race..

Anyhow, glad the last two laps happened cause it was once again a pretty boring British GP up until that point.

If it wasn't for Grosjean's crazy actions, I may have just fell asleep!!

It's three years so there's still a possibility for the bitcoin logo to appear back on the third year if they manage to take one of the top spot in the Championship.
I do hope they come back in that third year. The more we see such bitcoin logos everywhere. The more people get to know about it  Smiley

I'm not sure where else to vouch for Sportsbet.io but I deposited 1 BTC and won 4 BTC by playing Live BlackJack, they did not KYC me for such a large amount.

Follow their TOC and play legit and you won't have any issues using them. I also do Sports betting with them.

Now that some awesome profit I would only dream of winning through Gambling. How do you guys do it?  Cheesy

Congratulations !! well done on the win!

are you going to buy anything in particular with some of the winnings?? shame about Covid, its not like we can go on a holiday anymore with a decent win for the next little while.

You should edit your first post in this thread and make the readers aware you've created a flag.
I've supported the flag because SportsBet.io has several other accusations against them that keep on building up but once again - I'd be surprised if others will support the flag, simply because they will accuse you of being in fault here - but I truly hope I'm being wrong with this.

I have done so thanks for your input

Hello Steve, I won a Watford T-shirt but I would like to have a raffle and give it to a winner in the community. Is this possible? It's not that I do not want the T-shirt but I am really not into exposing my private information hence this idea. Let me know!

Great idea, mate! I didn't request my Watford T-shirt I won for the participation in that paid poker tournament for the same reasons, but I should have thought of someone else needing it.

Do you guys have any idea of when poker is back on Sportsbet.io? I mean, at least approximately, this year or the next one?

Hey guys, totally understand. Pls PM me privately to see if we can work out a solution!

Also, at this stage poker may be back next year.. the year is going by sooo quick and its August next month.

Our main focus at the moment is working on our Apps and continually trying to improve site speed and stability. ( yes, including cash out stability....  Cool Cool )

This doesn't look good. Yet another Sportsbet.io accusation of a winner withdrawing their winnings and being accused of multi-accounting without any evidence provided  Roll Eyes

Let's not forget they used to publically provide evidence of why KYC had failed, as well as evidence of multi-accounting. Now they no longer do, instead they just ignore these requests  Undecided

I'm starting to wonder if they would be more responsive to scam accusations without current DT support? It's hard not to imagine they would be providing evidence to clear their name if certain flags were active against their account. There is little to no incentive for them to do this at present unfortunately.

Anyone opposing their flags better hope they are sitting on evidence. Otherwise it facilities a gambling site to refuse withdrawals of winners whenever they feel like it, just by referencing a handful of other random players. It's a dangerous precedent to be setting.

But hey, their T&C covers it right so nothing to worry about?

Hi please be advised we appreciate account and user security and we do not wish to put the dirty laundry out in the public.

Hi Steve, same person here, just multi-accounting  Tongue

It's good to hear your response in this thread, as well as the other. I understand there would be a correction between bitcoin go up and someone got my bitcoin and I want it back, it's a valid point. I think most users (bar the accusers) are hoping there is clear evidence of multi-accounting, this would resolve the matter swiftly and definitively.

I've reached out to who I believe are "shitik88" and "rasmus15", two of the four accused as part of the multi-account ring, since a bit of dirty laundry got aired in public.
Reference: https://prnt.sc/tqgx4g fom https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5265366.msg54893612#msg54893612

Given the unique enough usernames and from a quick google search, I think it's fair to assume they are these individuals:
shitik88: https://www.instagram.com/shitik88 & https://www.youtube.com/user/shitik88
rasmus15: https://www.instagram.com/rasmus15/, https://github.com/Rasmus15 & https://soundcloud.com/rasmus15
as well as possibly newer accounts https://www.instagram.com/rasmus15.11/, https://www.tiktok.com/@rasmus15.11 & https://urlebird.com/user/rasmus15.11/

I've messaged them both via Instagram, in the hope they will respond and out of courtesy. I didn't bother with the other two referenced accounts, as the names appear too generic. shitik88 uploaded a photo 2 days ago, but rasmus15 hasn't for years. I realise it's a stab in dark here, but can't imagine there are too many rasmus' that desire no.15 after their usernames. or shitik's that chose 88, but could be wrong. At least a quick search doesn't appear to prove otherwise...

Hmm.. fair play!

Ill check this out,

thank you.

Hi guys,

After receiving some advice from trusted and experience BTC talk members, it has been decided that there will be one last release of information from sportsbet.io

A couple of senior members have offered their time to review the case. I appreciate them reaching out to us and I full agree to submit them the information that we have on hand.

They will delibirate and make a decision. From that point on, the matter will be finalised either way.

I appreciate the support we have receieved from some members, and im not surprised by the childish, reptitive, boring and lazy reaction of a couple of people on this thread. there is no doubt that those negative users do not have the best interests of BTCTalk threads at heart and are just trying to cash in some way. Please avoid them for your own sanity.

The majority of the BTCTalk community have been instumental in our growth here at sportsbet.io and we continue to have you on board in the very far future!

the last submission of this case will start in the next short while, please be patient and wait for the senior members of this forum to make a decision on the matter.

All the best guys,

This year I followed them every single game, I either watched their games or at least highlights when I couldn't watch the game, they had a horrible start, they got a bit better, they had the chance to actually stay until the last game and it was thrilling to watch, and it all ended up with them going down and I feel horrible about it. A team I didn't cared about last year yet makes me feel horrible this year that they went down, I got attached to them Sad.
Yeah since they brought a bitcoin brand proudly on the t-shirt we are all agree to support them whatever it takes included become Watford fans and watch them playing.
Too bad they are failed to stay at the Premier League... the exposure might lowered drastically in the championship but heyy who knows they could handle to sponsoring two clubs ... i mean one in championship (Watford) and the other in Premier League , leeds united for instance.. a club that promoted to premier league rumored are ready to rip up the sponsor deal and replace it with a new one , step up sportsbet.io? 😁

They have replaced kappa with adidas as their kit manufacturer tho.
Tell me there's a chance? Steve? 😄

((Tell me there's a chance? Steve?))   : hahah.. you never know EdenHazard, you just never know.

Its an absolute privilege dealing with these sporting institutions.. a good time to spark up another international relationship with a other one! or maybe spread our wings to another country??  Shocked Shocked

On that matter,

Any tips for tonight guys? big set of games on in Serie A tonight..

best of luck!

Doing that would be so nice from you and I'm sure this community will appreciate it. I understand that you don't want to expose your personal info but don't you have a friend who could vouch for you and take it? I don't think Sportsbet can ship only to you and it can be shipped to your friends even from another town to make sure your contact remains intact.... .  Cool
I would rather feel happy if someone from this community have it instead of me and my friend in real life who has nothing to do with bitcoin and bitcointalk. I think I will make a topic about it soon assuming Steve has no issue with it.
