861  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I'll never buy Bitcoin cash on: January 18, 2018, 04:12:48 AM
Ever, fuck you guys! Smiley

And I hope you realize as soon as Bitcoin cash fails to overthrow Bitcoin in this insane attack. It's going to get beat back down so hard.

*sorry for the low quality post.
Do not worry, bitcoin cash is the biggest of all the forks but it is mainly supported by the miners and some powerful business, but that is it, most of the community still believes in the solution proposed by the devs, it is going slower but at the end it is the best for the network and for us.

863  Economy / Economics / Re: IBOs instead of ICOs? on: January 16, 2018, 01:08:56 AM
I read a recent article about something innovative that UCash has been implementing: IBO instead of ICO. You will ask, what is an IBO? Basically, IBO participants “invest their skills and time to earn rewards in the new cryptocurrency”. Contributors to the IBO are given specific tasks that are associated with corresponding amounts of crypto tokens as rewards.

Here is the link to the article that explains it more into details:
https://www.financemagnates.com/cryptocurrency/innovation/forget-icos-initial-bounty-offerings-exchange-skills-crypto-tokens/
https://cointelegraph.com/explained/how-initial-bounty-offering-can-help-the-unbanked-explained

The concept itself is quite original and innovative, or is it a way to escape from regulations?

If performing an action in order to get some coins is called IBO then ICOS have been doing IBO since the beginning so to me this does not seem like anything new at all, so unless that the only way to earn coins is through bounties then this solves nothing and is not really an innovation.
864  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: bitcoin transation fee can be reduce??? on: January 16, 2018, 01:05:48 AM
As far as bitcoin is highly demanded and the network keep congestion, how do the network fees reduce? I don't think is now.
You can use segwit addresses, the fee is greatly reduced if you use addresses like that, however if you do not have any hurry to use your bitcoin you could wait until the lightning network is activated we do not know when that is going to happen but it may happen in this year.
865  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum will overtake Bitcoin on: January 16, 2018, 12:43:17 AM
In the next year ETH will overtake BTC as the number 1 cryptocurrency.  I would unload your bitcoin while you still can.
And can we know why you think so or do just want us to take decisions that could be life changing on your word alone? ETH is not a bad project but bitcoin is specifically designed to be a currency and now that they are changing to POS I 'm not sure ETH is going to be the currency of the future.
866  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to spot a good crypto ICO on: January 14, 2018, 05:08:10 AM
Hey guys kindly tell me how to spot a good crypto ICO
That is probably one of the most difficult things to answer, examining the white paper and if there is any big competition in the market are fundamental and also to investigate the developers, but at the end of the day some projects become successful while others do not and it is difficult to pinpoint the reason.
867  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: life of a trader on: January 14, 2018, 04:57:43 AM
please i need advice from those traders have has been in the business for long, how do you combine it with your other normal life activities , i mean cryptocurrency trading , i just started and am glued to my phone every second , advice will be appreciated  Grin Grin Grin Grin
Organize your time, have a list of priorities of what you want to do when you are trading, also as you become a more experienced trader you will be able to recognize very quickly when there is a chance to make money and when you should concentrate in doing something else.
868  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: $10K - goal to 50x in 3.5 years. Picks? on: January 14, 2018, 04:52:13 AM

2. Stratis
3. Waves
4. Neblio
5. Wtc
6. DeepOnion
7. Etn

Most coins that you are suggesting have a  huge market cap already, the op wants to make 50x, op I think you are making a mistake, I know that the forum is a place to share our ideas and our advice but are you willing to risk losing 10k over the advice of a stranger on the Internet?
869  Economy / Economics / Re: Best tip on saving money on: January 13, 2018, 02:54:35 AM
Hi guys! Can you share some tried and tested tricks on making the most out of your buck and also some tips on how to save money more effectively. This will be a heck of a help to our fellow users here. Thank you so much.
Most people know what to do already, there is no point to look for tricks you need to change your way of thinking, do not get in debt, credit card debt is one of the worst debts you can carry, do not overspend and if possible get almost everything second hand, that will save a fortune over the years.
870  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ICO Research on: January 13, 2018, 02:51:58 AM
Hi all,
Where do you all identify and then research ICO’s?
Thanks
The first thing is to find that an ico exist at all, the forum is a good place, also there are many websites where you can find info about incoming icos and finally you can use telegram and read others thoughts about it, now finding a good ico is something a lot more difficult and you need to make a through research of many icos in order to find one.
871  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: When will prices go up again? on: January 13, 2018, 02:48:52 AM
Everything's in red right now and it's been like this for a while.
Do you think it will get back to normal as soon as closed exchanges reopen?
Is there any other reason that would explain the market being so slow today?
It is difficult to know what it is going to happen with the market everything was red because  South Korea is going to ban exchanges and that is a bad news, asia is where a significant amount of the action is taking place and we are seeing more bans taking place, this is bad and as such the market reacted accordingly.
872  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Who benefits from high tx fees and who is blocking a solution? on: January 12, 2018, 06:14:16 AM
...and when you've worked out that question could you post underneath if you're supporting the status quo or not?
It is obvious who benefits from this and that is the miners, there has been a long speculation that they are the ones spamming the network and making the fees even higher, they tried to block segwit as well but they failed and now released their own coin bitcoin cash.
873  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin is Freedom on: January 12, 2018, 06:08:45 AM
Yes, bitcoin is freedom. Because nobody controls the movement of btc, No third party link to btc.. aside from that, it also gives opportunity to everybody who wants to have sideline, at any moment and time. you can transact and make business with btc as long there is internet conmection:)
The government is promoting centralization because they want to control and monitor people but bitcoin is decentralized
so we can do everything we want as we can hide our transactions if we are good enough in doing it.
Just be sure you understand how the system work and the nature of bitcoin especially it's volatility so in the future there would be no problem.
The only thing that governments want more than anything is even more power and the only way they can do is to centralize and to take away the power from the people, people are so used to this they cannot see it, everything is centralized, information, money, justice and everything you can imagine.
874  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: My Korean Theory with no proof whatsoever on: January 12, 2018, 05:49:15 AM
My theory is that the Korean Gov't said they would ban crypto so that their special interest groups could buy in at a discount after missing out on all these gains. I think that the korean Gov't eventually will back down to a certain extent.

thats it for my conspiracy theory of the day

edit: i think the Korean market will come back stronger than ever before
We will never have proof of it but insider trading is nothing new, that happens all the time, and most of the time people are not caught and that is why they keep doing it, it is very easy to see that such a news will lower the price of all the coins and then savvy investors can invest and get some easy profits.
875  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: With how much should i start on: January 12, 2018, 04:55:22 AM
There is no number that is right for everyone, if you can invest 500 dollar then that is the amount you are going to use to start your trading career but if you can use more money and you are confident in your abilities then use more money, this is going to help you in the long term.

877  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: 2k+2 months = 10x ? on: January 07, 2018, 03:48:35 AM
Hi,
my portfolio contains BTC, NEO, ADeX and XRP and I got my small beginners invest 5x. Now I´m aiming for the next goal. Is it likely to invest let´s say 2k and get a ROI 10x in short terms? Any suggestions?
Thank you.
You cannot make that amount of money in the short term by investing in those coins since they are already very big, you need to look at things under 100 million in the market cap, you could try to find several projects that are worth it or you could invest everything in a single coin, this is more risky but it can give good results.
878  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin to be international currency on: January 07, 2018, 03:43:47 AM
It is time for the transaction system to change, we are bored when the transaction and use currency from other countries and often make when the exchange then there is a significant value change with bitcoin then everything becomes concise and easy.
In a world where there will be only digital currencies and the use of paper money will be almost negligible  Bitcoin will become  the international currency but the question is when will that happen? And we all know the answer. No one is really sure about the time.

Some might think that this will never happen but in my opinion, Bitcoin and alternative coins are the future of currency. We just need to be a little bit more patient.

There are going to be countries that could be able to suppress paper money, but only in countries where the standards of life are very high for almost every person in the nation, if in the country there is a big amount of inequality then it is likely that cash will not disappear for a long time.
879  Economy / Economics / Re: Are electric cars bad for the oil industry? on: January 07, 2018, 03:37:20 AM
I'm sure someday a manufacturer of fuel oil will be experiencing bankruptcy. When the oil has run out.

I'm sure that when that day comes producers of cars will have many other markets ready, electric cars are not the only option, there are cars impulsed by hydrogen cells, there are cars impulsed by solar energy so there are going to be lots of technologies competing to replace oil powered cars.
880  Economy / Economics / Re: The future of the paper money on: January 07, 2018, 03:32:37 AM
Only the people of the government will decide on when the paper money exist. Most people didn't know how bitcoin works. But its all about future nothing's know what happen next, its possibly only.
Now a days everything is going digital and bitcoin is also a digital currency bitcoin is more better then paper money its price is very high than any other currency because its doing something extra than any other currency bitcoin is working day and night that’s why its price is very high than any other currency and still it’s going high bitcoin is now unstoppable so I hope bitcoin will end world poverty as well which is not possible for paper money.
Everything is going digital that is correct but at the same time not everything can go digital, there are limits and I think we have reached the limit of the amount of money that is in digital form since 97% of the money of the world is in that form already maybe we could reach 99% but nothing more.
