Bitcoin will plummet to $10 by first half of 2014
Running out of time, then this goes into the trash.

More than a few sighs of relief will be had when that occurs although the fact that the price has been dropping for a while does mean it goes to the trash with distinction lol.
8624  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: Hey Looking to buy bitcoins on: April 10, 2014, 06:59:59 AM
well i live in a town where theres nothing but dirt. I doubt ill find a bitcoin atm and the campaigns? are they legit? and once i get 400 i could get paid for using this? and yeah, good ol days

They are very legit I'm happy I get paid fairly well been using Ritz was 0.0006 last month now 0.0005 but moving up to the Senior Tiers in a few weeks as activity grows its the newer campaign only been around 2 months Primedice is the oldest one so some people still use that pays a bit less.
But got a good 0.216 so it really does help to have a little bit of change

And yah Arizona I think nothing but desert and (Road Rash Arizona Map)
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c-EIOJOMbVc

Actually don't need to get to 400 just think your account can get to it Senior is 240 Hero 480 so 240 posts = 240 activity
8625  Economy / Services / Re: ★★★ HIGHEST SIGNATURE PAYMENT ON THE BOARD - NEW RATES - RitzGrandCasino.com ★★★ on: April 10, 2014, 06:56:17 AM
We are just upgrading. Our servers just couldn't cope with the amount of players.
It is all coming along well. We hope in the next few hours we will be back up.

Ritz
That's good to hear just means your experiencing growing pains which are the good kind Smiley
8626  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: Hey Looking to buy bitcoins on: April 10, 2014, 06:48:32 AM
I remember there used to be a legit site where you could buy up to 15 bitcoins. I guess the site got taken down during the year but there arent really any options? but i remember I waited a few weeks because that was my only option then the site came up but i guess im stuck with it a year later ._.t

Well if you can find a Bitcoin ATM machine that works or join a sig campaign you can earn some Bitcoins after you've been here long enough to move your activity levels to the payment levels  Wink
Actually based on your account age your activity can reach 396 the Senior Member levels 400 posts = 0.32 BTC at 0.0008/post or Ritz 0.36 at 0.0009
And 15 BTC I miss when I could do wire transfers last year to the Bank so know what you mean but that was when bitcoins were still 90 dollars

I found a meetup in Arizona no idea if this is close but you can buy from them as well

8628  Economy / Speculation / Re: Why Chinese money will move into BTC - ban or not on: April 10, 2014, 06:44:32 AM
why is it only the chinese who are buying? (at least according to fiatleak, which I'm starting to think is a lie)
It reads buying and selling of transactions that is why also it really does have a lot of activity
8629  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: Hey Looking to buy bitcoins on: April 10, 2014, 06:39:19 AM

Or I guess register with cavirtex
8632  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Official CaVirtex.com Thread on: April 10, 2014, 06:26:01 AM
Does this affect the online wallets of virtex as well?
Kind of curious since it is in the news bulletin and not sure how it works with company based wallets
8633  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What Do You WISH you could buy with Bitcoin? on: April 10, 2014, 06:21:00 AM
What product or service do you wish was readily available for you to purchase with bitcoin?

What is the biggest barrier you think prevents it now?

I would say insurance based services paid in Bitcoin would be interesting using a distributed escrow contract could withdrawal the funds at the prescribed rate and would not need to worry about it for long periods of time, also can close the contract at any time without being sold to.

Volatility and difficulty in regulations
8634  Other / Off-topic / Re: Bitcointalk making me too chatty on: April 09, 2014, 11:50:24 PM
I remember myself more then 7 months ago, I almost never talked

Only when necessary, I was the kind of guy that rarely says something but everyone listens to him when he does,my words had meaning, they had authority

Then I joined bitcointalk and started replying every thread I see, somehow it gotten into my real life too, I speak much more, I don't like it

I would like to go back to be the person I was earlier

How could I do this?

Resist the urge to talk and find the sig campaign that pays for posting only 50 times a month at a certain rate XD
8635  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Industry Group Aims to Change Bitcoin Symbol on: April 09, 2014, 11:48:42 PM

This just proves my point. You love Google / MS so much that you can't see they too, sell your data. Your also blind to the fact that there are backdoors in the Galaxy series and the Nexus One.
No wonder there are no "bad news" articles about Google/MS. If there were, the poster would be called a fucking idiot.

Or maybe they don't burden of proof is with you when you make accusations Wink
Ok I'll admit they probably do lol
8638  Other / Off-topic / Re: Do you think she is pretty? on: April 09, 2014, 10:53:08 PM
Yea, but why you asking ?

Would you consider dating her?

Perhaps as long as I presume there are not any traps involved in this arrangement which reading above their are so RUN AWAY XD
8639  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Say NO to GMO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! on: April 09, 2014, 10:51:19 PM
I agree with that terminator seeds killing other crops so that the corporations and GMO can sell the farmers fertilizer and receive a cut of all their future revenues by forcing them to buy their seeds and nutrients making them dependent on them for their livelihood and at the same time killing their soil quality and bees to boot.

That is pretty hardcore evil right there
Terminator seeds don't kill other crops, they terminate their own reproduction. They're just sterile seeds. Basically the conversation went like this:

"But what if the GMOs reproduce out of control and take over the whole ecosystem? That's terrible!"
"No, it's okay, we can just engineer them so that the seeds are sterile and they can't reproduce. See? Problem solved!"
"But then farmers will have to keep buying seeds! That's terrible!"
"Dammit, is there no pleasing you people?"
"No. No, there isn't."

That's true although they also do not sustain the soil which is why you need to buy more fertilizers and end up with a cycle of dependency on their products in the end.
8640  Economy / Securities / Re: Looking for investment of ~2500 BTC for music festival, return = ~150,000 BTC on: April 09, 2014, 10:48:23 PM
Will this project make twice as much us dollars if the price of bitcoin doubles? Because that's what you'll need to do if the statement in your title is correct.

With this kind of ventures you have to forget about Bitcoin valuation as it is just an investment vehicle. It is a business thought for the fiat world and returns will be in fiat (maybe converted to BTC at the time of payment). You have to decide if you would rather hold the BTC expecting a higher return than the investment in the proposed timeframe.

All other things equal of course and you expect the estimates to be accurate but in this case would call that into question Smiley
