8681  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Great way to make Bitcoin! on: January 03, 2017, 03:11:18 PM
I see that everyone sees Bitcoin as this magical money making thing so here is a great way to make some money:

1. Learn a skill that is in demand.

2. Use that skill to make money in your worthless inflationary local currency.

3. Convert that worthless currency into bitcoins.

Boom. Now you have real money!

Spend as desired.

Bonus points if you can use your skill that is in demand to directly make bitcoins.

In some countries you can direct deposit your paycheck into bitcoins.
In the US you can use http://www.bitwage.co or PEY in Germany.

Yes, you are right here.
Learn some skills and work for btc is the best way to earn something.
Unfortunately, not everybody can do it.
Others may invest their own money in btc and wait for price increase or try some free ways to earn btc.
Honestly, right now even to borrow money from friends, and buy some btc, will be smart idea.
I believe that price of btc will continue to raise so it's the best investment right now.
So, yes, btc is also good way to make money!

8682  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoins Investment: risk or benefit? on: January 03, 2017, 03:05:36 PM
-Benefits is you may use that bitcoin to invest in other Bitcoin services and invest bitcoin is safe, profit good
-Risk is that Bitcoin collapses and if countries and government accept Bitcoin, Bitcoin will have tax, your computer can be hacked
What’s your opinion?

I think that benefits are much bigger than risk here.
I don't think that bitcoin can collapse in the near future.
In fact, I think that bitcoin will become mainstream soon and its price will jump to the sky Smiley
I don't think that any country will officially accept bitcoin, because of international financial regulations, decentralization of btc etc.
Any computer can be hacked but if you are careful and have good security on your computer and change all passwords often, you will be fine.
8683  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Do you believe in god? on: January 02, 2017, 03:58:11 PM
....
The point is, God wrote His own Book by causing the writers who actually penned it to write what they did.

The second point is, since God wants freedom for us, while at the same time He wants to remain in control, God actually causes the things that we think we freely do and write, to often happen according to our wishes... and without us even realizing that He is behind it all... until we examine the way things work, scientifically.

Cool

So HE decided to 'inspire' 40+ writers over the course of 2500 years!!!  Please, you do not really believe that!!!

Talk about lazy and unsure God.

The real reason this book was written was to provide some guidance on how to manage social interactions.

Around the time when the agricultural revolution started, first cities were formed as people did not have to wonder around for food.
Agricultural revolution allowed for the fast expansion of the population.  This created problems.

It is very easy to manage a group of 40-50 hunters & gatherers.  But it is nearly impossible to manage a group of 5000+ people.
So myths and 'God laws' had to be written down so that the ruling class could reference them and implement the laws by killing the violators.

This helped to reduce crime.  That is the real reason why this book was written, by people for other people.

First you express that God doesn't exist. Then you suggest that I don't really believe that He did something He did. Then you suggest that He is lazy and unsure when you know that He created the universe to operate by cause and effect, which is way beyond anything we can even imagine doing. Then you seem to suggest that He wasn't behind the writing of the Bible at all.

The thing that is amazing is that you, somebody who doesn't seem sure about the existence of God or not, haven't gone out and expressed your own personal volumes of knowledge about the workings of nature and everything else. I mean, a funny farm resident might do just that.

And you can see by the humble videos of Graham Hancock and others, that archaeology shows us that there really were no hunter gatherers thousands of years ago that were any different than ours today in various parts of the world. In addition, there were great technologies in the prehistory, just like there are today, as shown by these same videos. Consider Gobekli Tepe.

Perhaps you should let us know which funny farm you are at, just so we can drop by and say hi sometime.

Cool

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/G%C3%B6bekli_Tepe

Göbekli Tepe is from 10th millennium BCE, way outside 'your creation date' of circa 4000 BCE.
You were there back then? You know somebody who was there back then? When you look into the papers and books from many of the scientists who date things, they express that their dating is just a guestimation, and that they really don't know.

Graham Hancock is a writer.  So you like his novels; I'm not surprised.  Not sure what this has anything to do with reality.
The Graham Hancock videos show that standard archaeology is way off in their idea that ancient peoples were simple hunter gatherers. The standard hunter-gatherer stuff is made up, just to cover up the idea that people of prehistory were far greater than we think, and even than we ARE. It is also made up to downplay the knowledge that God exists.

You want to learn about human history, read:

https://www.amazon.com/Sapiens-Humankind-Yuval-Noah-Harari/dp/0062316095

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Yuval_Noah_Harari  is a historian, he specializes in world history.

There is enough accurate history in the Bible.

Cool

There we go again.  You have just hanged yourself again.

Neuroscientists know where your God exist.
Call any university that has a strong Neuroscience research program, they should be able to locate God in your brain without any problems.

Try to read from more than one book.

Perhaps when you get to the starting point, then you will be able to move ahead in your understanding. The starting point is recognizing that God exists, through the science proof, and through the fact of the existence of the universe.

Until then, you are always going to remain mixed up in your thinking.

Cool

You really have trouble understanding what science is and how it works.

Let me explain how science works.

If you were given a task of proving that God exists,  you would have to do the following:

1. First, you would have to assume that God does not exist.
2. Collect physical evidence, make measurements, collect the data on your God etc.
3. Analyse the data
4. Publish your findings
5. Your peers (experts in God-ology) would review your data, examine data in 2, REPEAT your experiment
6. If your proof/data passes the peer review, it is published in God-ology Journal
7. Now the fun part starts, every scientist in the world would try to re-validate your data to see
if they might be able to show inconsistencies (and make the name for themselves, maybe win a Nobel Prize)

This is how any scientific theory is validated in the lab.

Unfortunately for your God, you can only do step 1.

Hint: Literary works are not scientific data.  When was last time someone used Shakespearean play to validate the String Theory, or determine a Cosmological constant?

After steps 1-7, you still would have go through the same steps to prove that the God you discovered in 1-7, is YOUR Christian God.

In order to find physical evidence about God, scientists will have to research beyond time and space, and come to the moment before universe was created, and when time and space, and material things, didn't exist.
Can they do it?
Of course not.
So, they can't research God really.

8684  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Do you hate muslems? on: January 02, 2017, 03:52:52 PM
I really dont hate muslims, what i hate is their natural inclination to commit violence all in the name of "allah"

Where did you see people like that? ISIS? Terrorist? It has often been said that ISIS and Terrorist was not a Muslim, confirmed they are not Muslims! There is no such doctrine in Islam, they are wrong in translating what is in the Quran. Jihad is when you fall in the war to defend Islam, but what they do not like it, but they told them jihad. It was very wrong. Do you know? People of Islam in the world feel hurt when people say that ISIS and Terrorist are muslim.

They feel that the traditional Islamic values (Sharia Law) are under attack from the West.  They feel that the Western countries and Israel are killing Muslims and launching crusades against the Muslim lands.  If you agree with that, you and ISIS are in agreement.

They are correct.  West is challenging and attacking Islamic Sharia Law.  Our liberal, democratic values are incompatible with 6th century moral and legal framework as defined in Quran.  West does attack and is against stoning people, cutting off limbs, burning people alive, enslaving women, killing gays or people who disagree with the majority.

Islam is under attack according to most Muslims, and they have the right and obligation (according to this dusty, old book) to defend it and declare a jihad against the West.

That is what is happening right now.  West is at war with Islam.

If you disagree with that statement, ISIS and their followers will see you as an enemy of ISLAM.

I can agree partly with you but, in my opinion, Islam is not at war with the West.
In fact, some young, brainwashed Muslims are fighting West.
It's said when some leaders use religion to brainwashed people to hate other people, because they are not from the same religion, or nation.
It's wrong to hate all Muslims. In fact, many Muslims are very good people. After all London got first City major who is Muslim.
We should judge people based on their character, not religion, nationality, sex...
People in London did it Smiley

8685  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How long has Microsoft been accepting bitcoin payments?! on: January 02, 2017, 03:38:18 PM
WOW great news really!
Thank you very much for sharing.
I guess that Microsoft is the most important company until now, which accepted Bitcoin for payments.
This year couldn't start better Smiley
Hopefully, more ''big players'' will join and we will soon enter mainstream.

8687  Other / Politics & Society / Re: If nuclear war broke out where's the safest place on Earth? on: January 01, 2017, 01:04:17 PM
If nuclear war really broke out, Earth will be destroyed and such discussions will be useless.
Who will survive?
Just a few people maybe but what will be their future or future of humankind?
They will probably need to live in their caves for centuries.
Our civilization will come to the end.
I'm sure that all Russian and American leaders understand it very well and this is the reason why nuclear war will never happen.

8688  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Istanbul attack: Dozens killed at Turkish nightclub on: January 01, 2017, 12:55:33 PM
It is really sad that so many people died. But the blame must be put solely on Erdogan. This incident might have never occurred, had he refrained from helping various Islamist factions in Syria.

It really depends on fact who is behind this terrorist attack.
if Kurds terrorist are responsible for this attack, than this accident is not connected with Turkish politics in Syria.
Of course, also is possible that ISIS is behind this tragedy, we can't know now.
It seems that this age of terror will not finish soon.
8689  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: We need an incentive to make first world population use Bitcoin on: January 01, 2017, 12:47:41 PM
I think it is a long way to go that people going for digital cryptocurrency .and we have no control no matter what ineciative we take , its upto in the hands of government that they will accept it or not .

I don't think that any government can officially accept Bitcoin.
It's because bitcoin is decentralized and can't be financially regulated by financial international institutions.
So, Bitcoin will always remain alternative to ''hard currency'' and another, great'' option for online payment but I don't think it will be possible to receive salary in bitcoin or pay loan in the bank with btc.

8690  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin Really The Future Of Money? on: January 01, 2017, 12:42:47 PM
Yes bitcoins are non reversible and we can set the fees as per the urgency of confirmation needed and hence they can be use widely just sometimes confirmations are slow moreover we still are not accepted at big sites.
With that system bitcoin has, it does not fit to what government like in our online transaction, they want to control things to ensure that we are doing it in compliance with the law. Bitcoin is only the future money of crypto currencies enthusiast but in general, it is not effective to implement it for the benefit of all. Legal tender is what people need as our trust in our government is still bigger compared to our trust with bitcoin network.

The Government won't be too unhappy with Bitcoin, because it leaves a trail. It might not be controllable, but in case of any wrongdoing, the blockchain is a permanent, immutable record.
the government will have to accept the importance of bitcoin, they have to respect the people interest and have to provide facilities to the people and bitcoin is really providing online buying and selling facilities to the people.

I don't think that any government will accept Bitcoin officially.
First, they have to work according to international financial laws and regulations.
World financial institutions know that Bitcoin is decentralized and can't be regulated or controlled.
Because of it, they will never officially accept Bitcoin.
Because of this, it's not possible that any single government officially recognize Bitcoin.
Bitcoin will remain as alternative, virtual way of payments but merchants, which accepts bitcoin, will have to transfer all results from bitcoin to ''hard currency'' accepted by authorities.

Five Afghan teenagers are convicted of gang-raping a boy at knife-point in Sweden - but NONE will be deported because their homeland is 'too dangerous'

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-4076394/Five-Afghan-teenagers-convicted-gang-raping-boy-knife-point-Sweden-NONE-deported-homeland-dangerous.html

Quote
Five Afghan teenagers have been convicted of gang-raping a boy in Sweden - but none of them will be deported because their homeland is 'too dangerous', it has emerged. The victim, who is under 15, was filmed during the attack, which happened in woodland in Uppsala, south east Sweden.
He was beaten and dragged out to the forest at knife-point before being subjected to an ordeal lasting more than an hour, prosecutors say. After a trial, the teenagers were found guilty of aggravated rape - but despite requests by prosecutors, they will not be expelled from Sweden because of their age and the dangers they would face in their homeland.

Welcome to the radical-feminist occupied multi-cultural paradise of Sweden. Muslims can rape or murder any native whenever they want. The criminals will receive no punishment, apart from a few hours of community service.

It's sad to read such story.
It's true that is important to protect lives of immigrants and give them chance to start over but we can't accept anything from them.
Democracy is very nice thing and achievement but if some people abuse democracy and freedom to do what they want, it's wrong.
We must be strict in such cases or situation can become worse before we realized it.
They must be punished and deported, no question about it.
8692  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Christmas and terrorist on: December 31, 2016, 04:09:53 PM
I don't know if they have, but what I'm completely sure is that no other country in the world have been as invasive as USA
They might not be the only one but they're surely the worst.

Even during the cold war years, the role of the USSR was limited to a few countries (such as Angola, Mozambique, Cuba, Nicaragua.etc), while the US was able to expand its presence all over the world. China was never a global force. After the disintegration of the USSR, Russia was unable to maintain its global influence.

Well, USSR was a Russian empire that included more than few states in Africa:

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Soviet_Empire

Well, let's face the facts.
USSR never was Russia alone, but federation of many different republics, now independent states.
Influence of USSR was very strong in all over the world, maybe not directly but indirectly, through communism ideology, anarchy movement, ''stop the war in Vietnam'' movement etc.
In such way, USSR really build very good strategy how to weaken western countries and influence young people with communism.
Most of the governments in the West supported democracy and USA, of course, but in all this countries USSR always had a lot supporters, spies, secret agents etc.
Russia never stopped this activities, after collapse of USSR, don't be naive.
Russia is truly global force and their propaganda manipulate public all over the world, in very effective way.
It's fact.

8693  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Great way to make Bitcoin! on: December 31, 2016, 03:54:33 PM
Any good idea or trusted site to invest my Bitcoin ?
Been struggling so much with Bitcoin. All this time I only using Bitcoin to gambling and trading. Others that those two what kind of investment are good for Bitcoin and most reliable source to invest at.dont tell me about cloud mining lol 😂😂 ,got scammed several of times with cloud mining.

There is no such thing as 100 % trusted or secured site for bitcoin gambling or trading, believe me.
Are you sure that you want to spend your btc funds on such sites?
Right now, it seems that just with keeping your btc funds in the wallet and doing nothing, you can earn much more than in any trading or gambling site out there Smiley
Think about it.

8694  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What do you regret spending money on this year? on: December 31, 2016, 03:51:23 PM
Considering you could have used the money to buy bitcoins and essentially double your money instead, what purchases did you make this year that you are now regretting?

If you knew what you know now, would you have been more frugal with your money?

Well, it's very good question.
I started one online business this year.
I didn't have enough funds to cover all expenses, so I sold some Bitcoin funds from my wallet.
My business failed but BTC value is much bigger now Sad
My bad luck!
8695  Other / Politics & Society / Re: U.S.A a nation of evil on: December 29, 2016, 04:19:20 PM
Nation, religion, human race.. can't be evil.
Individuals can be good or bad based on their character only, not based on their nationality, religion, sex etc.
So, we can talk about good or bad people in America, Russia, Saudi Arabia etc. but we can't talk about good or bad America, Russia, Saudi Arabia etc.
I'm sorry but you are wrong.
Do you really think that your nationality or religion can decide if you will be good or bad person?
I don't think so.

Ideologies (nationalism or religion) can make good people do horrible things.

No ideologies but evil people using ideologies for their own, evil purpose.
8696  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Is taxation theft? on: December 29, 2016, 04:15:08 PM
First, you have to ask yourself, why we need country?
What is the purpose of country, government, schools, public services?
If you agree that we need all this public services than you have to accept simple fact that someone have to pay for it.
What about health insurance?
Military?
Are you really so naive to think that we, in today's world, don't need military or that anyone can afford doctor?
What about unemployed or homeless people?
Simple truth is that we need government and we need taxes.
How to organize public services and taxes, it's another question and there is no perfect answer.

8698  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Your pain and problems in the bitcoin world on: December 29, 2016, 03:54:27 PM
For me, right now, the biggest problem is that many businesses simple don't accept Bitcoin for payment.
So, I have to use exchanger in order to transfer my funds from BTC wallet to Paypal, for example, and I have to pay very high exchange fee.
Also, recently, I had to wait longer than usual for bTC transaction.
I really hope that bitcoin will become mainstream soon and that all merchant will accept bitcoin.
8699  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: "Everyone already knows about bitcoin" no.. no they do not.. on: December 29, 2016, 03:49:25 PM
I don't think it's true, based on my own experience.
From maybe 50 people I know personally, let's say, maybe 40 using Internet.
From this 40 maybe only 10 using Internet for more serious things like online shopping etc.
How many know about Bitcoin?
I think 5-6.
Others just don't care about such things.
It's still reality and we have to be aware about it.
8700  Other / Politics & Society / Re: All politics is bullshit, just a sideshow or distraction on: December 27, 2016, 03:21:10 PM
Can you elaborate? As a Political Science major and someone who will run for political office one day, I believe politics is vitally important to the future of the country. Not all -- not even a majority for that matter -- of politicians are corrupt.

Good luck with such decision Smiley
It's true that not all politicians are bad or corrupted, but public feel this way, it's fact.
Can we change public opinion?
I don't think so.
You see, even if media find one bad guy among 1 000 politicians, it will be enough to create image that all politicians are corrupt.
Right question is who is ''decision maker'' today?
Big companies, media or politicians?
Should we really blame politicians for everything?
