8781  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin has no competition on: December 11, 2016, 08:37:45 AM
Saying that bitcoin has no competition and It will remain number #1 for ever is something ridiculous to say If you ask me. I mean , I do agree that bitcoin is very solid but unless the development continues and we fix the current issues that It has now , It's not going anywhere . I may agree If you tell me Dogecoin & Litecoin are simple copies of BTC but nowadays , new Alts are coming to life and they are better then ever and that could bring some competition.
8782  Bitcoin / Electrum / Electrum and Ledger Nano on: December 11, 2016, 08:22:39 AM
I'm speaking about all the versions (Ledger Nano , Nano S & Ledger Blue) here. I checked their support page : http://support.ledgerwallet.com/knowledge_base/topics/what-happens-if-i-lose-my-ledger-wallet It says that It's possible to recover your wallet using a BIP39 compatible software wallet and Electrum wasn't mentioned there and from what I understood from Electrum documentation , BIP 39 is not used on the seed unlike Multibit HD and Mycelium , so how come Ledger is supported in Electrum (I saw a few screenshots where you could choose Ledger , KeePey and trezor) when It's not using BIP 39 ?
I'm not using any hardware wallets for the moment and I only need this information's for the thread I made in service discussion (about hardware wallets) , I want to provide the most info for the users.
8783  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Buying BTC using credit card on: December 11, 2016, 08:04:39 AM
I don't want anything that require an ID verification btw , I just want to type my CC information's and get my BTCs.

i doubt that you can find any reputable site that is offering this feature.
whenever it comes to depositing "money" they will all ask you for ID verification. it is mostly because they don't want to get scammed (charge backs, stolen credit cards and many other frauds) and also partly because as a service working with money in any country they have to follow the anti money laundry rules of that country by asking these information.

I was able to find http://buy.bitcoin.com/ which as far as I know don't ask for any ID verification but the fees looks a little bit high (even higher then virwox) :

8784  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Where would you invest if you had 40$/day ? on: December 11, 2016, 07:25:41 AM
Imagine you had a daily income of 40$ each day in bitcoin, what would do with them and where would you invest them ?

I would simply hold them as Bitcoin and wait for long term or invest into some ICOs , I was never a fan of altcoins personally but lately , there has been some projects that are really interesting and could be revolutionary just like Bitcoin . Gambling and taking risks is definitely not the way to go btw .
8785  Economy / Exchanges / Buying BTC using credit card on: December 11, 2016, 06:54:30 AM
Neteller is starting to drop the support for my country and other countries so I want to spend what I have in my Neteller VCC and move completely to Bitcoin and crypto currencies.
I know that there are a few services that accepts Bitcoin credit card like Virwox.com but I would like to have the cheapest one when It comes to the fees , thanks !

8786  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Anyone ever tried Bitmyass.com? on: December 10, 2016, 08:24:17 PM
Is it legit? I want to try hidemyass pro but want to pay with bitcoin. This one doesn't seem to work anymore.

I couldn't find anything about the service you mentioned (Bitmyass.com) except this post : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1002014.msg16954678#msg16954678 (and It was post on a thread that was inactive for long time) and the poster is also inactive (since he made that post) so you should be caution. If you are looking for a good VPN then IPVanish or NordVPN could do the job and you could pay with BTC.
8787  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Transfer money to Bitcoin (vcc) on: December 10, 2016, 05:33:14 PM
Is there any way to transfer money from Skrill or Neteller (or Neteller virtual card)Huh

I am looking for a solution 2 weeks and nothing. I need high volume. Here only scammers. Do you know any way?

Neteller VCC is considered as a credit card so you should be able to buy from services that accepts CC , If you want to send as merchant (from your account to another account like with individuals) then you should check BitPanda but they only accept Europan citizens as far as I know.
Virwox.com is one of the few services that accepts Skrill and Credit card too , the fees might be considered as high by some but It definitely does the job and It's a legit/known service.
8788  Economy / Digital goods / Re: [WTS] Lowest Price Digital Ocean Coupon $50 For $4 on: December 10, 2016, 05:19:41 PM
The coupons are working in old accounts or the ones that already used this kind of coupons ? If those are from the Github student package then you should mention that It won't be possible to use them unless your account is new and didn't use any before + probably the need of linking a credit card.
8789  Bitcoin / Hardware wallets / Re: [Collection] Hardware Wallets on: December 10, 2016, 04:53:22 PM
I finished adding the three wallets from Ledgerwallet and I will be adding more over time , those are definitely not the only information's that I will post about the wallets but there will be more to come such as reviews , unboxing etc...
8790  Bitcoin / Hardware wallets / Re: Buying a Ledger Nano from Amazon. on: December 10, 2016, 03:01:29 PM
Hi all is it safe to buy a Ledger Nano or any hardware wallet from Amazon or eBay ?  can they be tampered with or cloned in anyway?  how can i be sure it has not been compromised?

Chances that things could go wrong could be low but to avoid any risks , It would be better to buy it from the official website instead, Ledger Nano is one of the cheapest wallets out there so I don't see a reason on why you want to use a third party website In this case.
8791  Economy / Services / Re: (Job) want to hire a campaign manager and need Signatures for the Campaign. on: December 10, 2016, 02:43:36 PM
After his last campaign , SFR10 decided to stop for sometime so I'm not sure If he is still offering his services or not but I highly suggest to contact him as he is one of the nicest and best campaign managers I've ever seen. (He do amazing signatures and designs as well) : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1136108.0
8792  Bitcoin / Hardware wallets / [Collection] Hardware Wallets on: December 10, 2016, 02:32:24 PM

8793  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: fetching the exchange rate into your webpage every second on: December 10, 2016, 01:33:34 PM
Good tutorial. I guess It would be better If you can .zip the source code and post it on the description as well, and I also don't think It's necessary to make another tutorial for altcoins as It's the same basic rule for everything else. It would be wiser to make a tutorial about other programming languages such as ASP.NET , Ruby , NodeJS... (If you any of course).

8795  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Best BITCOIN MMORPG Web-Browsed Game (proofs) on: December 10, 2016, 12:52:18 PM
The UI is definitely something that needs improvements but that's something that could come later after you get some income from donations and ad banners .
As for the features , I guess you should add a withdrawal history with status that way the user knows If he got the balance , or It's pending etc... the ability to withdraw to an existing addresses (where you already withdrew before) without re-typing could become handy as well. Also , I suggest making a black background for the stats above (like how much satoshis the user have etc.... because It's not really visible while you are in the game playing (this is valid for the "Move" "Map" etc... buttons too)

8797  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: need new faucetscript like faucetbox NO epay.info !! on: December 10, 2016, 09:28:13 AM
Have you tried to use this new service called FaucetHub.io ? => https://faucethub.io/manage (you can find both the owner profile on Bitcointalk and the official thread at the bottom of the page)
8798  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: Earn 10k satoshi on faucethub.io for each topic you make on a different forum on: December 10, 2016, 08:45:14 AM
There is someting that I can't seem to understand and decide whether It's a joke or serious ... In the feedback left by users :

"FaucetHub.io motivated me create the most known digital currency in the world, Bitcoin." -- Satoshi Nakamoto

8799  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin $50,000 each by 2020 on: December 10, 2016, 08:01:23 AM
If we take in assumption that the whole block size debate is finished and solved , both SegWit and Lightning network are activated and the next halving block reward happens in 02 Jul 2020 (Estimated) and there will be a decrease from 12.5 to 6.25 BTC , more shops and merchants/services will accept Bitcoin then It's definitely something possible to happen .
8800  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: Bitpay question... Is it a bitcoin debit card from ach, with send bitcoin option on: December 10, 2016, 07:25:46 AM
This should be helpful : https://help.bitpay.com/8449-getting-paid/120607-what-are-my-settlement-options

Settlement in USD is available via ACH to banks in the USA, and will appear in your bank account after two business days. The minimum settlement is 20 USD.
As far as I know , the Visa card should be related to your Merchant account or Bitcoin wallet so this makes things easier.
