I agree that people like to look for news events and correlate them with price changes and it is not true in part of the cases.
but on the other hand i do not agree with you about the tech part.

The jump was anticipated by some good part of TA.
I believe that mostly that price fluctuations are more psychological phenomenon than anything else.

Not necessarily , it could mean a number of things.
One of which could be a market manipulation.
i dont think that we are entering BULL market right now, it is too early in the year.

This is my home country and there is NO united view from government agencies .
One of the agencies is thinking that it should be taxed and the other ( which is in fact is Finance ministry ) that the crypto currency impact is too small in country to negotiate
this matter further right now.
Hence most likely there will be no taxing in near further.

I think that this statement about dictators not being smart is very bold and not true.
Dictators more often are very smart , te bottom line is that they want to keep being dictators and they dont achieve that by just sitting on their asses besides that there is North Korea which most definitely are in cryptos since they help bypass sanctions.

Seems that Japan and South Korea is the most "hyped" about cryptos so far thus the huge volume in exchanges. And this is not such surprise me, just nice to read positive things regarding crypto for a change

Does anyone has more information regarding on which exchanges or more importantly when we will see Shift cash token on any exchange?

I think that it is an realistic scenario but before then we will see a relatively long period of stabilty in region of 7-9K before we go in Bull mode again.

I believe that the last jump was nothing significant and we wont see a lasting pattern now.

I do not think that they are a scam but nevertheless i dont like their platform the main reason being that they dont have a cap on their bounty participants , this is why you get pennies .
And most likely this will be the downfall for them when people will start to notice that it is not worth it.

I believe that ETH for sure because as i ave red in the few past months , there are far superrior chains then Ripple so it wont be wise long term investment.

One of these potentially superior chains is CREDITS
