From what i have read on the Gifcoin telegram channel, this is the final extension of the ICO, and it will end on 12 June. Also, they don't plan to be listed on exchanges until the first dividends will be paid( December), so when they get listed the price of the coin will have a bigger price, as everyone will see how big the dividends will be.
However, on their website it is written that "We are negotiating with the largest cryptocurrency exchanges to feature GIFcoin after the ICO has finished."  That's why I say we should wait for an official statement before we discuss it here. I have not read anything like this before, so I continue to assume that there will be a listing right after the ICO I also did not read anything about this, but this being the final extension is maybe true, because you can't extend it forever, and gifcoin is going right now to the hardcap. If that's true, I want my Ethereum back. It's too long a wait.. From the very beginning there was no information about such a long listing on exchanges. I don't think there will be another extension to be honest, no way; will put investors off and it would appear we are very close to the hardcap I don't think that they extend the ICO again. They want to gain more money and after the release of the new Buff88 website it is legit to prolong the ICO for one month. Not only was it a new release of the new engine / GUI "Buff88" but the crypto market was crashing so I think it was a good decision to extend it the once and it has shown it was a good decision. It should be very friendly to at least the 32bit OS version if not all. Since, the 64bit can efficiently run the 32bit apps. Also I think there are more of windows users than Mac OS users thus they just have to make sure the guys their best on windows. I am not sure what programming language they have used or are using in the system but I am guessing it is a cross platform one something like python or java. I've seen their twitter post of the hardware device they are working but am still waiting for news on the software and where it is at. I think the miner will be compatible with both the x32 bit and X64 bit system. Anyways I'm waiting for the release date and also is there a demo or video illustrating how this works Interested to hear more on the language which is used, and a bit more on the architecture on the actual device |

22 power plants in the next 5 years? you must be kidding! And in all there should be mining farms? These must be unimaginable hashrates, and we ICO investors are going to earn us golden noses! (if there is this proverb in English) Really? 22 more power plants are planned? But these won't be all new plants but partnerships with already operating ones, right? Do we already know the locations these "22 plants" are going to be? in the UK? or in EU that would give us a lot of profit. Probably most of them will be in UK, because they will be starting there first, and then i hope that they will extend it to other countries as well. Extension to other countries is a sure thing but they need to gain balance and a rock hard foundation before doing such, it will take some years because as a new project, they need to recuperate their expenses, take care of investors and satisfy the needs of consumers, once the stated targets has been achieved, 4NEW can be termed successful and the migration to other countries or areas can begin 4NEW planned to build 22 power plants in next 5 years? I missed this information. That's really cool. In this case I think within next 5 year 4NEW tokens will be at very high price. I read on the Bitfence site that you can pay with ETH, BTC, LTC, DASH in order to get coins, but if you pay with LTC will you get the coins also immediately or is that only if you pay with ETH ?
Good question I don’t see why it would be different between the various coins I’d imagine they would just rely on transaction confirmations before issuing the new tokens I think since Bitfence is using the ethereum network then it's only normal to get a faster confirmation and Token issuing since it's still within same infrastructure, however I can't really establish the condition for ltc I know some other projects that also pay nearly instantly when you pay with ETH, and they also use Ethereum network. It would be awesome if it also worked with the other payment coins. I am also not sure but I have seen few projects delaying tokens distribution if payment is done using fiat currency. But we should ask this question in telegram channel to get confirmation. It does not matter if some of us receive them a little bit later because at the end you will receive your Tokens anyway so just have patience. The longer you hold them the more potential profit you will have in my opinion, atleast wait until Bitfence has grown further and with the coin naturally growing in value due to demand aswell |

You have to signup via email to get the whitepaper, it's so only serious investors and interested parties have access to it. I think this is nice way to attract serious investors alone on board. But some small investors will also look for whitepaper and I think it would be nice if team comes with a one-pager of whitepaper for circulation. Nevertheless, this project is getting more attention now as others called as buzzing project.. That's a good call, even just a "simple" one pager of the whitepaper would be helpful to allow investors to have somewhat idea of the context |

I've contacted the Energy distributor from Romania that will accept Bittwatt as a payment method, and they confirmed me that it will be possible to pay the natural gas and electricity bill using Bittwatt. This is really exciting, and i am looking forward to see more and more countries added to the list of countries that will get into the Bittwatt ecosystem.

This is awesome to see, I'm glad the team have published and given us a insight as to what this miner actually looks like. I can't wait for the release, I myself; will most definitely be getting one. I'm in love with this Stingminer. I like the fact it's small and not a huge bulky miner. Slick design and easy to mount or place anywhere in the house. That was something which attracted me, the size of it is fantastic. Similar to a Raspberry Pi; easily can disclose it in a hidden location. Also the fact you can still mine on it from such a small system and generate some tokens is fantastic. Great workj I do agree with you on that, having something tangible do something as magnificent as that can be eye catching and that's the focus of the new coming technological age, no one wants to implement or use something bulky, no matter how great the product is, if is bulky, the sales will be low compared to a product with a small size, i'm glad the product development team of BITFENCE kept that in mind during development it's because it's not an actual miner, like an ASIC. From my understanding you are not confirming transactions on the blockchain, you 'mine' a reward everytime it reports a 'hackers' activity to the main network. Let me get this straight and i'm sure some people in the community will like to get clarification on that, so what this means is, if a network was attacked by a hacker, is it BITFENCE that will automatically flag the hacker's IP as bad or will the report be done by the individual and secondly, will the sting miner do the mining automatically or does it need to be authenticated first by BITFENCE before the mining can be done? I had similar questions I’ve flipped through the whitepaper but it’s quite a complex project so I think more videos and documentation simplifying and explaining how things like this will work could go quite far with assuring peole Yea, i think a detailed response to this will go a long way but from my view if such report is to be done by the community, it should first be authenticated by the BITFENCE team before commencing the necessary steps, such process will ensure credibility to the network and stop the process of false reports, even though the project is a decentralized one, is best to also keep the community in check too Wow that sting miner device looks very small. Is this for home office or can used for big offices as well. And this device will catch hackers? I think you can use sting miners everywhere, but for big companies you will need more to secure the network. I like the idea to go in public networks like an airport or railway station and mine a lot of hackers. So this device need to connected before firewall or after firewall device? Will it be able to pass the huge amount of internet data through it ? It's not a web gateway, so isn't designed to be inline. It essentially sits inside your network and will detect any malicious activity. Exactly, almost like a proxy setup, wont require pass through of traffic and hence the "honeypot" will basically host a vulnerable target which collects vital information |

Will look forward to seeing the progression on this one in 2018 I get the feeling they were able to pull of the quick turn around because they raised so much so fast, thats the good part of crypto once they get the crypto its available to use and spend, they dont have to wait for checks to clear or wire transfers to process from investors, they just get the crypto and can then do with it as they please to make commitments like the plant purchases. Phew, that's a very long time to wait with the listing. But a good decision, that prevents dumping in the first few days after listing I find it more interesting to say that there will already be a dividend this year. I would have expected only in 2019. That's very good news I don't know if this is good decision or bad one. Because dividend before Dec /very first year is really good, but waiting for December for listing is not good. It's good of course, I'm not in it for the short run, in it for the long - I do personally believe GIFcoin will be very successful with the new Buff88 website. Wont take long for a much big user base with the attractive GUI. |
