The devs are everything except being quiet. Check the official cloak IRC and Cloaktalk forum.

Trustless anon already exists in the cryptonote coins via ring signatures. And it hasn't exactly done them a ton of good so far. Yes, they have their own issues (potential bloat), but this race to trustless anonymity already has been won, sort of... just that people don't really seem to care.
This isn't meant as fud, nor do I even own any cryptonote coins (I owned some Cloak and still own some Drk). I'm just wondering why the hype over something that probably isn't as big a deal as people make it out to be.
People don't care? Then why are the "potential" anon coins are the last couple of months in the top 5 most traded @mintpal?

So, when can we expect a (private) audit of the "trustless" part of this coin? I want to know for sure that it's trustless anonymous.

coinjoin tech is the weak link for sure. btw, is the supercoin source public yet? The name alone sounds a bit scamish to me.

So cloak was a scam or no? Why price fall so drastically?
No scam, (if I understood it right) only some problems in the anonymous function. -But come on,...in which Software project every coded line works perfect from the beginning,... -I see no problems in this,... still holding my Cloaks and look forward to the next Rev. no, no problem in the anon function, there is a problem of being not trustless. Can't the trustless just be added on top of the anon feature? If it were that easy it would have been done already, to get the anon you are mixing the coins in some way, to mix the coins you are either centralising or creating nodes, which are susceptible to attack or manipulation. I may be wrong, sure there are others who understand the issue better I think you are spot-on. That is why it's almost impossible to develop such functionality correct the first time. Every anonymous coin is using Nodes. The question I think, is how to secure that Node so manipulation and sorcery can be overcome.

Transparency is key here.

Is there an annon coin that is trustless and has been audited?
Not that I know of. Someone??
..
You are only spreading FUD and not being useful in this thread.

so is this savale scam? No scam, they tried very hard. Here is a challenge to DRKcoin. Let the same auditors look at DRKcoin anon system and report on it. Will you accept the challenge? Good point. DRK uses nodes too right? Besides all this I think people start to realize they panic sold their Cloaks way too quick. I mean, look at the other Anon coins.... are they trustless? No. Are the DRK and XC devs being honest and open about that? No. So I am happy that I still own my Cloak, because I prefer honesty and decentralization above faults that are being hidden...

Why did the price fall anyway? Just curious, was it because some whale dumped and the rest followed?
how can this come back from epic dump 350 K until 35K ? I don't see it happening
It can't, no matter what anyone tells you. Don't let them fill you in with the "OneMarket" and "CIARA" hype. No one knows how far away they are and the previous two releases (PoSA v1 and CloakPAL) have just furthered the dump. PoSA was game changing and that didn't help with the price did it (If you exclude the pre-release hype it had which caused it to spike massively)? Even if the price tries to recover, there are too many bagholders waiting to sell at a relatively "reasonable" price to cut their losses as much as they can. thx for the objective view Shadowcoin bagholder Doesn't matter. I'm just trying to warn people about the shortcomings of this coin while people like you convince them to buy. Dont care. Ill wait.

Bagholder too. Dont care. Ill wait.

Koop4u and Sillkroad,
Maybe I am one of the few here who wants to have those things (exchange, coinmarketcap, blah blah blah) last.
First, breathe. Take all your time devs. Shout your updates through this thread and twitter to make more awareness. Then slowly when we have stable Linux, Mac and Windows (and maybe ios and android) clients, Node is ready for the exchange part.
just my 2 Nodes

I call that panic selling...
Its quiet at the moment around WDC. But I expect something to happen the next couple of week regarding the ASICS.
I would like to buy some, where can i get it?
Actually, for the future of Node it is not bad when the weak hands dump at first. This allow new people to chip-in real low. As for every coin shows at any point after the release a rise, so I am not worried and keep hodling.
Edit: i cant type, sorry.

Hope that the reserved time for account verification was enough! Also No more changes will occur in the Calculation sheet! The current Node/Stake ratio is final! Thank you very much for understanding! #Transaction Tab was updated, and stripped from 20 to 10 last transactions! Where is my name? I cant find boestin..
