When you first added 2FA, they gave you a QR code to scan using Google authenticator and under that code, there was a 16 digit key, that should help you recover your account If you lost access to your phone. Without that key, you will simply lose access to your account. If you forgot to type it and you still can reach your phone then I suggest deactivating your 2FA and activating it once again so they give you another one.

Escrows here usually take ~1% fees of the transaction, If you want to pay someone to build an escrow for you, then It's probably the developer who should give you the price.

It's probably because of the fact that ICOs nowadays are using Ethereum Smart-contracts and tokens are ERC20 on the ETH blockchain so It's more convenient to use it but usually, ICOs accept multiple cryptocurrencies as a way to participate.

A scam accusation posted in the proper format should be more then enough to make DefaultTrust members to leave negative trust in his profile. The thing is that people buy accounts, use VPNs and Tor etc. banning will definitely won't do anything.
