The option is there, the QR-code shows straight away. Just tested to make sure, and it works. What smartphone/browser are you using?
I use iPhone 6 with safari and the iOS version is 8.4.1. Also in iPad Air tablet with safari browser and same iOS version i don't see the option to show the QR code. strange indeed.. It is there - tested again. You don't even need to select any option, the QR-code shows right after the address is generated. Have you tried clearing the cache, maybe your browser is using an older version of the site? |

when i use the e-coin web site from a smartphone and i want to create a new deposit address there is no option to show the QR of the new created address.
Please add it ASAP because when I want to transfer BTC from a Bitcoin ATM to my e-coin account on the go is very uncomfortable to type the long address on the terminal, so i must transfer the BTC first from the ATM to my smartphone wallet and later from it to the e-coin account by copy/paste of the address.
By enabling the QR code in smartphones the process will be much faster and convenient.

for the time being you need to load your card on the website. We are considering adding an auto top-up function, as well, however the benefit of doing it yourself is that you can see the actual exchange rate, whereas in case of automatic conversion you may lose out on sudden rate fluctuations |

If i forget my PIN and i try to enter it in a ATM a number of times with error responses, will it be blocked as a security action? And if the PIN will be blocked what can i do to fix the situation? maybe it's not 99/1, but 90/10 or 80/20 - other typical reasons include logging in to your account on the bank's website and confusing the card PIN with the PIN to log in to the online account and/or wrong entry of login/password. Also, cards can be blocked due to suspicious activity - transactions that may cause a red flag go up in the bank's system. What would be the limitations for unverified account?
The limitations are the mainly the card limits. For example max Lifetime Load is $2,500 and max Lifetime ATM withdrawal is $1,000. Read the OP (first post) for more details. IMHO the unverified account is like a gift prepaid visa card, good enough to test drive the card and if you like it then get verified to unlock the card limits. In my case the verification process took about ~ 12 working days. Hmm I guess being unverified would be better then, we can order another card after we finish the limit tho right?Just don't want to give any company private details(haven't even reg. at coinbase because of that xD) It is a personal choice really. Totally see why you would be unwilling to provide private details - in that case yes, the of ordering a new card is there |

I think when you plan "a scheduled maintenance" it would be nice to notify users beforehand for the date and duration of the maintenance via a message in your site front page or login page and by posting here.
now more then 7 hours scheduled maintenance goes, I starting to regret that related to this service It must operate with no troubles now. I was successful in log-in and loaded my card with no problem. But I would like an official explanation for the incident because I really like the service and this was the first major glitch. There were some issues we needed to address, hence needed to stop the service for some time. All corrected, all working now. Apologies for the inconvenience. |

Please, try now I tried just now but the login process is crawling, so after a long time when i am prompted to enter the 6 digit 2FA code and i enter it, the validation takes a lot of time and i get an error message that my 6 digit code is invalid. Probably has expired due to long processing time in your back end system. So i cannot login. I emailed tech support also. EDIT: I tried 4 times to login but the 2FA authentication step fails and it takes a lot of time to validate and display the error message. There is currently an issue with login, we are looking into it. As long as resolved, will address the 2FA for your account, too |

Планируете ли добавить возможность, конвертации биткоинов не посредственно в момент транзакции, а не заранее? Или сделать 2 режимы работы например, кому надо заранее тот обменяет заранее, а кто хочет конвертить в момент транзакции то тоже пожалуйста.
в момент транзакции пока не планируем, а вот что-то вроде автоматического пополнения карты при достижении определенного баланса - да. Это будет интересно? это конечно, не так интересно как в момент транзакции в момент транзакции - да, удобно. Но определенный минус в том, что вы не видите и никак не контролируете курс обмена биткойнов на фиат. Если в этот момент произошел резкий краткосрочный скачок, рискуете остаться в проигрыше. Тогда как выводя самостоятельно, всегда видите, по какому курсу происходит транзакция да но не забываем, если картой пользоваться постоянно, собственно для чего она и была придумана надеюсь, то держатель карты будет попадать как на скачек вверх, так и на скачек вниз, от этого ни куда не уйти, при этом средний курс за месяц будет именно средним, а не тем на который я поменяю вначале месяца (возможно не по самому лучшему курсу). тут вы, несомненно, правы. Но речь, все же, именно о возможных краткосрочных скачках в моменте, не об обычных колебаниях курса подумайте командой, может всеже будет возможность реализовать, чтобы сервис работал в 2х режимах.
