I seriously will call this a failed launch. If the whole concept catches on and has an actual point (I did not see any whitepapers with this), I predict (or will perform!) a more equitable fork. Right now curious how long it takes to receive the BTC booty, quite obviously it is not done automatically.

Right now the semux community is so excited about this. I call this a success even before the launch. It´s really hard not to invest in Altcoins at the moment.
If you look at the charts basically every coin gains day after day and I am sitting with my BTC stash (crying) ;-)
Btc will be gaining price again but it would take more months to happen, don`t just sit on your btc trade it with ETH buy some ICO it prove to be good investment at the moment. |

even though this project has a ridiculous bonus structure i'll still be taking part. Mainly due to the fact that Id probably use it. However, I would be interested to know how they will compare to the half dozen or so other companies that offer the same thing with fiat
main thing that differentiate them from fiat companies are its running on a blockchain and it is decentralize and the token is volatile that in any moment it can give a you high profit and deliver an exceptional software. |

btw, when I use the platform it lags a lot and is not very polished. With most of social media being a cesspool of conformity and regulations I really look forward to what library will eventuate to.
The dev team does not seem to be very active here but I'm positive they currently must have something in the works, maybe check their twitter or Slack channel. I do receive some news letter every now and then from the dev promoting some videos and explaining what is coming next then they will give a little reward just by watching the video that is included in the email. |

Made the same mistake. But even if they partner with some good projects, I don't see how the value of DAY would increase because of that. The token doesn't have a use case. It was trading good at launch and its above ICO, then they announce that they have committed a mistake in the time mint so the devs decided to create a new token and correct the time mint result is, two token one is useless and the other just dump to negative 73% in just weeks. |

How much is the price now?
I see the highest price in China was 12CNY,but their are fee guys sold it.
If you go ahead and look in the OTC the highest sell would be 10k sat and the lowest ask is 8k sat, and we are days or weeks before the mainnet launch it could double or triple easily. |

Rentberry will start global expansion in 2018. First of all they are planning to expand to Australia, Canada, New Zealand and England. If the ICO is so much a success global expansion will happen few years from now, they can also include asia which have to most renters when it comes to commercial and residential properties. |
