at the first look 2 things are coming into my mind if i was a landlord. one positive thing and one negative thing:
the positive thing first: because relest is auction based landlord will charge maybe higher fees than on a "free market"
but
the negative thing is that the landlord has less options to choose who should occupancy his estate. this might frighten a few landlords
I assume landlord will still be able to set some rules before auction who can rent his place. Like pets, kids, no smoking, age barrier and so on. So i guess if this demands wont be met, he can still turn down the highest bid and go for the second one. There are rules for this (; ... When someone wins the auction, his or her informations will be send to the landlord. Than they can visit the flat or the house and in this context the landlord can still say no. So this means the auction is useless because at the end its the owners who get to decide whether he will rent his property or not, its a contradiction to the auction agreement. |

Yes relest is on a specific segment of the real estate market. Its pretty cool they have no competitor, others real estate crypto based project don't provide the same things. Relest offer a platform for auction and rent for real estate, not based on investissement in real estate directly. So the more we have volume, the more the value of the platform will be huge.
their are always a competitor lurking in the shadows, once that this project turned into a success expect that 2 to 3 project will try to imitate or add something and call it theirs. |

paypie is working very well and project is very interested and reputed. what you thing guys how long take to complete hardcap this reputed project? everyone know paypie team doing very hard work for success ICO.
Hmm, they've been in the expo and got a lot of attentions. If they can reach 70% of the hard cap on the first day, im sure they can reach the hard cap. The response was great hope it reflects on the token sale as well, it might sold out so better be quick congrats being listed on tokenmarket. |

I am really so pumped up with Chronologic platform. Just have to wait couple more weeks and my timemint will be rocking . I need those weak hands selling their DAY bounty tokens to increase my stake. And when the first 88-day cycle ends I hope to see an app that is ready to use the platform or as case studies.
Sure, I will sell you my DAY tokens as soon as they hit my wallet at the ICO price. The team is already lagging behind in issuing the DAY token, everyday same questions on slack but no mod answers, the people even don't know how much DAYs were raised during ICO. It was 24 DAY per Eth for the TimeMint addresses - should be easy enough for us to work out. Does anyone know what the total ETH raised was? don't know the exact eth, but some 500 Million DAY were raised, so each legendary who participated for 2 weeks can get 190 Day tokens , which will evaluate around 7 ETH. All the information that you need about how much is raised and also the hard cap and total supply is on there website, regarding the high payment of bounties they have set there RULES few people participated means more rewards. you should easily understand since your a legendary member and have more experience that us. |

It might crash lower than expected but it wont die, surely all altcoins will suffer from it others may cease to exist and very few will go up in price, but seeing how the altcoin trading its all connected to bitcoin once the price spike everyone will be pulled up or crash. but i am positive that that it wont be worthless.
