Я считаю что пища должна быть разнообразной. При этом негативные качества одной пищи компенсируются за счёт полезных свойств дугой. Тут главное знать меру, ну и, конечно, все-таки нужно стараться потреблять больше растительного белка чем животного.
Для нормального усвоения пищи нужно иметь правильный режим жизни и тогда все будет функционировать хорошо. Но переедание всегда приносило вред. А на одном растительном белке долго не протянеш. |

Я всё время работаю по графику, и наверное привык за долгие годы, даже не представляю как можно ходить на работу каждый день, да ещё и в выходные иной раз. Вот это для меня точно был бы стресс.  И работу я свою люблю, и по этому даже когда ,,завал" или начальник дурит, я как то особенно не нервничаю. Считать что мы во Вселенной единственные и неповторимые это тоже глупо. Планета Земля, как и Солнечная система даже в нашей галактике Млечный Путь не являются чем-то особенными. Обычная планета и обычная звёздная система с одной звездой в центре. Во вселенной такое же множество различные вариантов, что сотни других обитаемых планет просто должны быть по теории вероятности. Нужно учитывать то, что наша Солнечная система расположена на окраине нашей галактики, поэтому к нам добраться не легко, если насчитывать что инопланетяне преодолевают расстояние путём нашего обычного представления, а не телепортируется или каким-либо другим образом.

Я слышал что к 2020 году биткоин достигнет отметки в 50000$, а пока что думаю к зиме возьмет отметку в 3000.
Думаю что о 50к$ говорить пока рано, а вот 5-10к$ в ближайшие несколько лет вполне реальная цена.  Ну и будет расти и расти, возможно с существенными просадками в цене, но расти.  действительности перспектива роста Bitcoin очень огромное. Уже не раз встречалась информация о прогнозах специалисту, что Bitcoin может доходить и до 100000 доллару. Конечно не знаю я когда это будет действительностью запятая но конечно желательно такую цену увидеть всё же. |

Прерывистой голодание - это фактически нерегулярное питание. Мне кажется, что оно может нанести вред организму, поскольку организм в таком случае не знает как себя вести и может накапливать жир про запас. Если уж устраивать разгрузочные дни, то на протяжении хотя бы суток. Чтобы организм немного очистился и хоть минимально вышли разные шлаки. А от "прерывистого голодания", по-моему, пользы никакой. Уж лучше питаться регулярно, но меньше.
Мне кажется что для голодания нужна подготовка организма и потом плавный выход из этого задания. Потому что это огромный стресс для организма. Но прерывистое голодание Мне кажется идет только во вред человеку и его организму. |

В зависимости от того, что мы понимаем под искусственным интеллектом. В свою очередь и боги в наших разных религиях могут быть искусственным интеллектом. Тут варианты могут быть различные. Кроме того, этот искусственный интеллект создан человеком или нет? Я читал, например, что летающие тарелки - это произведение рук человеческих. Что на Луну нами совершено более двух тысяч перелетов и что на обратной стороне Луны якобы построено два города, на одном из них недавно была большая катастрофа. Невероятно, но все может быть.
Я читал вообще другую информацию, что будто бы луна это вообще не Планета а искусственно созданная станция инопланетян. Будто бы это какая-то перевалочная база и что-то в этом роде точка Хотя может это исследовательский пункт, из которых ведут наблюдение за нами на земле. |

Investment of of bitcoin into different site were good but be wise on investing of bitcoin, because theirs a lot of fraudster or scam thru online. However, review the background of the the site before invest to assure that is legit.
I think buying bitcoin and hold them for a long time is enough to invest no need to invest to other site which is not safe. if you want to invest maybe i think in other altcoin if you know the top 20 altcoin those are i think the best investment because the movement of the price of altcoin is increasing.. so better to check those coin than you are investing to investment site and cloud mining site you will just lose your money if you invest your money there.. Sounds a bit condescending, I think these days kids know more about new techs like bitcoin than us older people do anyway. I think kids are curious enough to figure it out for themselves just like how kids are all into new smartphones, game consoles, computers etc... We don't need to rush them into bitcoins just because we want them to earn money. Actually it should be very simple and straight forward tell them they would get double pocket money what they earn from various faucet/games/etc online and they can spend them anything they wish at. I myself have a kid, we enjoy gambling a lot, I don't want him to become a gambler but then I really enjoying playing when he is around. Because of this, it can turn out to be a very bad thing, regarding your child. It seems to me that you need to suspend such games a little. Gun control should implement strictly to the world because gun is built to kill someone. Though it can be form of self defense there are authorities that will be responsible to judge these bad people. I still believe that there are always reason for living and as long as we live, change is always an option. But make sure there is no drugs involved because it will cook your mind. And as a result you will not be able to think and to change for your future. Gun is evil it never been good because it kills people. Im also against if it will put as a hobby.
