8881  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: how to recover bitcoingold coins from blockchain wallet? on: October 24, 2017, 11:54:25 AM
Ff. I store my btc on an exchange where I don't have access to my privatekey. If I send my coins now to a wallet which I have the privatekey, will I still have bitcoingold coins to claim once it's released tomorrow?

no because the plan was to take a snapshot of block 491,407 (it is always the block height that matters not the date and time) and that is already done (we are at block 491,440 now) so unless Bitcoin Gold team changes their mind and plans, you are out of luck.
That's too bad then. I forgot to send my bitcoins last night and only sent it this morning. I missed out on BCH and now this.  Sad
It depends on what exchange you keep your btc. Because mostly exchanges credited bch to their users previously, same will be with btg. Anyway, it's not good idea to keep all btc on exchange, unless you are trading it.
8882  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: Need Coinpot.co payment proofs :D ;D ;) on: October 23, 2017, 10:52:16 PM
This is my last withdrawal from Coinpot:
https://imgur.com/a/BeDyD
Never got any even minor issues with withdrawals, I always receive it in max24 hours after request.
But fact that I receive my eithdrawals can't guarantee that you will also receive. Because as you can see, many people complaining about not received payouts.
8883  Other / Meta / Re: My ignore list is too long? on: October 23, 2017, 10:42:04 PM
Previously some users complained about same issue:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1941829.0
But as you can see, solution for this problem wasn't found.
8884  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: After the 491407 can I spend or move out my Bitcoins without losing my BTG? on: October 23, 2017, 10:35:33 PM
I would recommend to keep an eye on bitcointalk after fork. On previous fork there was announced when it will be safe to send btc.
It is possible to spend bitcoin gold, and before the official appearance of this coin. Now the Yobit exchange has already started trading bitcoin gold at a price of 460 dollars, giving its customers a similar number of this coin to that which was fixed at customers in bitcoins. Miracles and only.
Not similar, but exact same number of coins, users got 1 BTG for 1 BTC that they hold at Yobit.
8885  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Correct steps to secure BTC and also get BTG? on: October 23, 2017, 10:30:31 PM
I did exact same steps to get Bitcoin Cash on previous fork, will do same now. Despite that BTG devs claims that have replay protection, I think it's safer to send bitcoin to a new wallet before claiming Bitcoin Gold airdrop. But only few hours before fork there are still no wallet for Bitcoin Gold. On BTCGPU website only Coinomi listed as BTG supported wallet, lookks that I will have to use this wallet to get BTG.
8886  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Coinbase position on Bitcoin Gold? on: October 23, 2017, 10:24:41 PM
You still have some time until fork to move your coins from Coinbase to receive Bitcoin Gold. I had few hundreds $ on Coinbase and and I sent it my main wallet few hours ago. Again, there is some delay with outgoing transactions from Coinbase and it can took few hours until you will get withdrawal from Coinbase. So, if you want to get free BTG, you need to hurry up Smiley
8887  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: [ANN] Mistertango - Bitcoin friendly European Bank Account + free MasterCard on: October 23, 2017, 10:18:56 PM
Do these recent news affect Mistertango?

https://www.cryptocoinsnews.com/lithuanias-central-bank-issues-ico-guidelines-reminds-banks-of-cryptocurrency-ban/

“Financial services must be clearly dissociated from activities related with virtual currencies. Banks, payment institutions and other financial market participants should not provide services associated with virtual currencies or participate in their release.”

Well, few years ago, Central bank of Lithuania issued electronic money institution license to Mistertang. So, I'm not sure that these news will affect Mistertango. Anyway, it would be good to see announcement from Mistertango about current situation.

Mistertango and btc-exchange.com are run by separate companies.
Yes, but it's also possible to load Mistertango account with bitcoins without using their exchange. BTC are converted in fiat directly on Mistertango. So, their bank is not dissociated from virtual currency. Anyway, as I read in press, this central bank is only recommendation, and not strict requirement for virtual currencies services.
8888  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: 💲💲 Bitcoin Gold already airdropped on Yobit !!💲💲 on: October 23, 2017, 03:41:32 PM
I'm now on mobile and can't check Yobit, so, can anybody can confirm that Yobit btc withdrawals still not disabled? If still not, it's very good. We can dump btg on Yobit, withdraw btc to our wallet and receive BTG when fork will happen. Double profit?
8889  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: 💲💲 Bitcoin Gold already airdropped on Yobit !!💲💲 on: October 23, 2017, 03:18:47 PM
Oh, cool, have some btc at Yobit, time to dump free BTG Cheesy
How can this be possble? I thought the snapshot was in a block that hasnt been mined yet? This is all very fishy and seems like the devs are out to make a quite buck. Be careful everyone dont do anything stupid with your BTC,
On Yobit it was same situation with Bitcoin Cash - it was credited 24 hours before hard fork. So, now Bitcoin Gold trading available before fork will happen. I remember that on one exchange trading of Bitcoin Unlimited was available, which is not existing coin.
8890  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: Faucet hub on: October 23, 2017, 12:39:10 PM
It's not hard to tell which faucets on Faucethub are the most popular. You need to open Faucethub faucet list and there you can sort faucets by number of users or how much coins they paid in last week.
I don't have one or few favourite faucethub faucets. I'm trying to use almost all their faucets time from time in order to keep my personal faucet list updated. If faucet have higher than average rewards, it's loads fast and it don't have tons of popups and banner ads, I visit such faucet more often.
8891  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Motosport General discussion tread --- Formula1, MotoGP, WTCC, ETCC, DTM..... on: October 22, 2017, 10:49:23 PM
I think that's it - Hamilton increased his lead by 7 points and only races left. I don't have idea what should happen that Vettel would win championship.
And Mercedes today officially won constructors cup.
Amazing performance by Verstappen - started from P16 and finished in 3rd position. But he was punished for leaving track when overtaking Kimi. Strange decision, because on that turn many drivers left track and nobody was punished. And I'm sad for Ricciardo that he stopped so early due to engine problems.
Alonso didn't finished again after usual engine problems. Well, 3 races for Alonso left to struggle with Honda engine. Let's hope that Renault will bring something better.
8892  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Independent Lithuanian TV now accepts donations in btc on: October 22, 2017, 10:38:42 PM
As if people will donate to their service or what do they offer? Don't know about them in the first place.
And I tried to visit the site given above(btc.laisves.tv) and it just gives me an error
"Access from your IP (1**.1**.1**.**4) is restricted. Contact support if you think this is an error" lol
People just will show support to their TV by donating money. Laisves Tv was started with plans to broadcast high quality content, because in general, other Lithuanian Tv channels are shitty. If they will get more money from donations, they will be able to create more programms. Don't know how about btc donators, but these who paying money via Patreon platform can get free entry to filming of of new episodes, they can get souvenirs of TV and etc.
I don't know why you are not able to access link - it just redirect to Spectrocoin payment gateaway.

8893  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: [LIST] Free EU bank accounts that you can be opened directly online on: October 22, 2017, 12:07:11 AM
Number 26 is only EU zone + few more states

Mistertango ATM fee is 2%

I can add about Mistertango that you can withdraw up to €200 once a month for free. And if it wasn't mentioned previously, EU residents can order free MasterCard debit card without monthly fees.
8894  Economy / Speculation / Re: How the Fork in 25.OCT will effect Bitcoin? on: October 21, 2017, 11:54:34 PM
If you want to buy btc now, I think you are late for few days. Btc price now is $6020 and only reason to buy btc now - you may want to benefit from free BTG received for btc that you hold.
Now few days before fork btc price looks "pumped" (if we can use this word) and we can expect that it can gow down a bit after fork. But it's not worth to wait for big fall, bitcoin gold altcoin can't have very big impact for btc price. As we saw in past, Bitcoin Cash didn't afected btc price very much, same will happen with Bitcoin Gold IMO.
8895  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Bitcoin Fork on: October 21, 2017, 11:44:43 PM
I don't think much about upcoming fork, I'm just hodling my btc and I don't plan to sell it for altcoins, I don't see reasons to do it. About Bitcoin Gold - I'm planning to dump it all as ASAP. It's interesting, how much time after fork will take until exchanges will start accept btg deposits. But I didn't decided yet, what to do with money after selling btg - keep it in btc or put these money in altcoins.

8897  Other / Meta / Re: I keep getting logged out of bitcointalk forum on: October 21, 2017, 12:18:45 AM
If you ticked "always stay logged in" and still getting logged out, it means that something wrong with your browser. Maybe after you close browser, it deletes cookies or sth and this is why you keep getting logged out. I don't know what else can cause this issue.
Bitcointalk isn't "heavy" website and there should be no problem about forum loading, no matter which browser you are using. Just use your prefered browser and that's it.
8898  Other / Meta / Re: bitcointalk.to = bitcointalk.org ? on: October 21, 2017, 12:02:05 AM
It's just another bitcointalk mirror website. Such website appears quite often. Only original website is bitcointalk.ORG and they don't have any more domains. If you will try to login in to mirror website, you risking to loose your bitcointalk account, because your login details may be revealed to mirror website owner. I remember that some time ago warning was posted about such phishing websites.
8899  Other / Meta / Re: [Poll] What do you think of the forum's usage of reCaptcha? on: October 20, 2017, 11:52:59 PM
ReCaptcha ins't a problem for me on bitcointalk, because I always staying signed in and don't have to solve it. But from my experience, I know that people who have to solve it frequently, they get more difficult captcha (faucets users will understand about what I'm talking about).
But, is it there are no good alternatives for Recaptcha?
Maybe Coinhive proof of work captcha can be used? Just kidding...
