This thread posted by few days ago after my post. Why he didn't participate discussion on my thread ? Due to merit ? I think he have enough merit. So he should be reply here according to you. I have expose many scam ICO. My all thread has not merited. I stop finding scam ICO? Try to think positive. I have not copy or didn't get idea from other. I always share what is my mind. Did you ever visit on Patrol ? I don't think you visited. Check their how many newbie and Jr. Member spaming there there. I am not telling that other ranked people are not spaming, it might be very low. If you visit patrol you will find 99% spam by newbie and Jr. Member. So we can't consider other rank spaming due to 1% spam. Yes may be you find countless spaming by above member's.  But I find unlimited spaming by newbie and Jr. Members. Just visits patrol you will realize that matter. How wrong to blame specific rank? Because they are deserve it. I am not telling to ban them. I just asked to disable sign campaign up to Jr. Members. Once they will become member rank than they can join signeture.

Strongly agree , account sale should be ban officially. It's really bad practise. We spend a year to build account. But some one just come and buy ranked account for spaming and scamming. If officially ban account sale than account hacking will be reduce.

Regarding reporter badge , it's pretty good to motivate people for report bad and spam post. Good decision and appreciated.

Don't be confuse , this account controlled by theymos (admin). Not important what is rank. You can see account name is  theymos_away . This name is explain everything. Probably he use this account when he away from office or home. I mean may be mostly this account he use for emergency case when he stay out side. You can check on his profile admin note:

Regarding limits calculation, it's depend on admin. Mostly merit source not abuse merit system. If in case abuse than admin can cancel any merit source at any time. If he feel it's really abuse.

Not agree. Bad idea. Instead of fairly use of smerit you are suggest rank up for spammers. According to you even a spammer will rank up after a estimated time. So people will joined will bounty with multiple account and rank up will be automatically. It's not fine. Why not motivate people to use smerit fairly ? Did you spend your smerit ? I have noticed you have 8 smerit and you had spend only 3 smerit lifetime history   . Before advice others we should correction ourselves. Don't be selfish & don't let dry your smerit. Merit system was implement to build spam free forum. So don't try to go back on spammy idea.

Is it important to bring newbie on signeture camping to motivate spamming  . Are you believe they have good posting habits & enough knowledge about forum ? I don't think so. Forget about theymos smerit, he is much busy. We can't blame him. Here is thousands people more holding smerit and never want to spend it. For that reason merit system is drying.


Honestly want to say, I think you don't have much time to a look who deserve merit. Many quality & useful post here behind of shitpost, some people are spending too. Unfortunately wherever I seen merited post ( English board) some limited people merited there. I don't know they are source or what.  

I didn't find anything bad on that reply. That was warn for bounty hunters and investor too.


I can't see it off topic from any angle. Reply was related the thread to stop promoting scam ICO. As well as bounty hunters not much visit on scam accusation board.

They published news on 18 July 2018 . Remaining day for ICO ends less than one month. Why they feel total token supply need to increase from 20 million to 400 million. They have described about it on their news page. This is valid reason ? I don't think this is enough reason. Please read their news so you will be understand.

According to them they was made a voting poll on telegram & 90% vote was positive for increase. May be it's true. Because they cleverly give X42 to their existing buyer so they vote for positive.

• They increase total supply from 20 million to 400 million
• They change Ticker from ZEEW to ZEWT

I have noticed they have made transfer from old contact address 3 days ago.

Why I post this thread, I will describe below. I need to open eye of investors what might be happen and why they increase total supply.

• Crypto market was bear & their token price was 1 EUR so investor was not encourage to buy their token. This was too high price on current market situation.For that reason they increase total supply decrease price to attract investor. They keep hard cap same as before.
• They might be skip after raise fund. Even not skip & listed on exchange, token holders will be on loss. Because there will be not buyer on exchange due their high supply.

• I question about token holder loss after listed on exchange. Their answer is they will not scam and due to cheap price there will be many trader to trade their token on bear market. But Problem is I checked  their community on social media as well, there is no strong community. I can't believe their follower on twitter only 264 . So who will trade if there is no community. What is the value of ERC20 token if no strong community ? After listed there will only seller   , not buyer . So automatically price will drop from ICO price.
• They try to convince me they have strong business bla bla....   It's not impotent what business behind of project. It will not help increase token price if no strong community. Because total supply is huge. Anyhow I can't accept it total supply increase from 20 million to 400 million. It's not a small amount.  

BTW, I just share what is on my mind, there is always some fool buyer on market and they will buy. We can't prevent them. Let them ready for loss. I am not going to buy this kind of token ever.

I would like to request DT members, if possible Please consider a tag to bounty poster ZeewRep . This account controlled by themselves. So that hunters and investors will aware about that case. Even they not scam but it will be one of worst shitcoin

I don't think so it should be reflect both report on profile. Those are reporting there might be some bad. But it doesn't mean he is doing bad. But if the maximum post are bad than can be reflect only bad report badge. But I am not encourage about that. Those are reporting they are helping forum to keep clean. So we should consider his bad report.

On my opinion it's better to show only good report badge. There not necessary to use bad report badge. Cause there is not action for bad report. We need to motivate people for report , not disappointed.

Idea is great. I think design of BTCforJoe & Silent26 is fine. Both look like professional. May be more idea will come out. Let's wait for it. Then you can choose from them. To avoid spaming some well reputed & potential member's posted some useful suggestion. Those will help to prevent spam /Scam from forum. Even we can't see theymos leave his feed back on there. Is theymos worried about web traffic due to advertising ?

I don't know exactly what is the reason. But I guess due most recent ICO scam hunters are disappointed. As I know almost 90% visitor's are bounty hunters here(my opinion). Some how most of people (not all) here to earn money. Most of earning source from ICO. So due to scam virus visitors are drop down day by day.
Many reputed & potential mambers share some good idea to or prevent scam & spam. But unfortunately theymos not interested about those idea. I believe admin should consider some recent best suggestion given by potential member's below:

• Disable signatures/bounties til a user reaches full member status.
• Theymos help us fight against scam ICO's

• [SCAM PREVENTION]Remove self-moderation for topics within the marketplace!
• Require a small amount of merit to become a Junior Member

• Please can we remove bounty and ICO threads from the beginners board
• [theymos help!] Many Newbies posting the exact same message, Mod action required

I think if consider above suggestion it will not effect much on web traffic. It might be help more to increase traffic. Because again hunters will encourage for come back.

Really it's need. I was also make a similar post about remove self moderation from Marketplace (Altcoins). I know self moderate prevent spam. But for this section need to or even scam. Due to self moderation true comment about project will be deleted. If we found some suspicious activity any ICO & we comment negetive about project than they will delete it. If negetive comment there and no self moderate than it might be help prevent people from scam. Scammer is more than important from spammer. So better if possible remove self moderate from Marketplace.

What is Exchange Traded Fund:
Exchange Traded Fund most like stock exchange. Those fund use to be traded on stock exchange that's called EFT. From ETF you can track all tradable assets and you can trade from there. That means you can track price buy and sale to other investor through stock exchange.

How will be benefited crypto or Bitcoin holder's from ETF:
If U.S. Securities and  Exchange Commission (SEC) approve EFT application than many big investor will start invest on Bitcoin/crypto-currency. Because Bitcoin or other crypto-currency will consider like an asset. So crypto currency will be open diverse set of investors. There will be no restrictions for crypto currency. For that reason crypto currency price will increase rapidly. Those will buy Bitcoin or other crypto-currency they can track real time price from ETF and can sale to other investors.

However, what I understand that if SEC approve EFT than crypto revolutions will be unbelievable.  Most of crypto currency will be up trend. We can see currently just discussing about EFT on SEC board & price of Bitcoin on bulls run. We expect SEC will consider EFT application on middle of August.

 Recently since Bitcoin are up trends but all most all alt coin are bleeding badly. Really it wasn't expected . On previous record we can see if Bitcoin bump tham alt was bump more. I don't know the exact reason for that. I guess alt are waiting for Bitcoin ETF ( Excahnge Traded Fund) for SEC approval. We expect midle of next month we can see the result. Till that alt coin holder should be pataine. At least Bitcoin on bulls run that is good sign for alt holder. Once a time alt will bump too.
