8981  Other / Politics & Society / Re: do you believe in your government? on: October 05, 2017, 08:58:19 AM
No, I don't trust in my government. In elections, I didn't voted for their party, because they are nothing more than populists and they are corrupted in my view. Also, I think that they are incompetent to make something good four our country. But in my country, people tend to vote to populists and then after month or two, start complaining how bad they are.
8982  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: Why waste time to earning some coin on site faucet? on: October 04, 2017, 10:59:57 PM
I think that mostly people here started their bitcoin journey by using faucets. It's good thing to start, especially for unskilled newbies, they become familiar with bitcoin and start to understand how everything works and also get their first btc.
I don't see nothing bad that people still using faucets. It's hard to earn bigger money from faucets, but if you have some free time, i think it's better to claim some satoshi from faucet instead of wasting time on social networks or playing phone games. And if faucet user lives in poor country, every earned dollar really matters, so faucets can help.
I'm still using faucets, because with help of my referrals, I'm getting decent earnings, why I should stop?

8985  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How do you track your portfolio? on: October 04, 2017, 12:04:38 PM
I'm using Cryptocompare portfolio to track my investments. I'm happy with this service and can't say anything bad about them. But I'm rarely investing in ICO's, so I don't know is it possible to track ICO investments here.
By searching on Google I saw some people developped their own portofolio excel spreadsheets, connected with Coinmarketcap api. You can try, but I know which ones exactly works.
There are some more websites like Cointracking.info or Coins.live, but didn't tried these, so I can't say anything about them.

REGISTERED USERS
8,266,007

When I joined there were less than 70k  Grin
Wow, Freebitco.in number of users growing so fast. If I remember correct, at start of this year, there was only about 5 million users. I think adding new things like interest, mining and etc, helps to attract more and more visitors. Offcourse, this year we saw amazing rise of bitcoin price and maybe it was one of the reasons why so many newbies joined freebitco.in.
When I joined freebitco.in, there was 1 million registered users, and it's already was huge website.
BTW, by Alexa rank, freebitco.in is most popular bitcoin related website.
8987  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: Get your FREE Coins! on: October 03, 2017, 11:01:37 PM
the payout is low
Yeah, you're right, rewards is too low. Faucet timer is short and it has nice 50% referral commission, but it would be good to set more attractive rewards. Maybe try to increase time between claim and increase rewards if you can't pay higher rewards with short timer.
8988  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: Bitcoinwiki.org - multi language wiki about cryptocurrency and ico on: October 03, 2017, 10:46:11 PM
If I remember correctly, I was reading few articles on Bitcoinwiki.org year or more ago and this topic reminded me about this website. It's great to see it's still running. Basic and more detailed information can be found here, but woud be great to see more articles added eventually. And offcourse, it would be good to see information in more languages Smiley
8989  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: XAPO are now allowing people to withdraw their bitcoincash on: October 03, 2017, 10:28:06 PM
They are faster than Coinbase Cheesy
I'm glad that I withdraw all my btc from Xapo before fork and I didn't had to wait so long to get my BCH.
I don't think that these news is important for many users. Mostly people withdraw their btc from Xapo before August 1st. But it's good that Xapo didn't robbed users BCH. Anyway, Xapo will benefit a little from BCH, because there still will be some users, who will not take their BCH until deadline

Mex just fixed it a few hours ago.

LONG. LIVE. MEX.

Cheesy
That's great! I can see chat now when Coinhive blocker addon is turned on.
I see quite many faucets using Coinhive miner and it's shame that almost all these faucets don't give warning about it

Words "trusted" and "bitcoin doubler" in the same sentence Cheesy. And you paid over 3000 btc in last 24 hours, it's not fake stats. You must be serious...
Go to search for fools somewhere else. Scammers like you makes me sick.
8993  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: Block/remove coinhive minning script from faucet sites. on: October 03, 2017, 11:25:14 AM
Is there are anything similar for Firefox browser can be found?
And as I understand, by using this addon, it's not possible to claim from faucets which are using Coinhive proof of work captcha and proof of work shortlinks?

EDIT
Found Coinhive blocker for Mozilla Firefox https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/no-coin/
But when it's turned on, I can't see Faucethub chat :/

8995  Other / Meta / Re: Signature Campaign Spammers on: October 02, 2017, 10:45:22 PM
Is this the normal standard for conversations on bitcointalk? Can we get a filter to hide posts of people participating in signature campaigns?

Example1: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2217938.0

Yes, it's normal standard for conversations here. And this example thread doesn't looks very bad, there are hundreds or even thousands of worse threads.
You can put signature spammers into your ignore list, but you will need to do it manually for every users.
You also can copy DannyHamilton ignore list, but it's not updated and many new spammers wasn't added to it. There is also SMAS blacklist, you can put these spammers in your ignore list.
8996  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How to sign a message?! on: October 02, 2017, 10:18:02 PM
I use poloniex address. I have slow internet and really not a tech type guy. Is it possible to sign a message using exchange BTC address? I have no control on private key, right? So, is it possible to sign a btc message ?
You can't sign a message from exchange btc address, because it's in control of excange and you don't own this address.
If you have slow internet and you don't want to download any software, you can easily sign message from Blockchain.info wallet address, just follow tutorial.
8997  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: Referrals on: October 02, 2017, 10:06:21 PM
You need to open freebitco.in "Refer" section, where you will find your referral links, affiliate banners and forum signature code. Then you will need to promote your referral link - post it on social networks, forums (except bitcointalk, because here ref links is forbidden), blogs. Ask your neighbours, friends to join site via your ref link. It's not very easy to find many referrals on this site, because in bitcoin community, everyone knows about this faucet.

Thank you so much! And I received a couple of announcements that a referral shared some satoshis with me. I was baffled on how it was possible for them to know my address. And am very sorry for the late reply
It's not possible to know your address for referrals. Maybe you joined Freebitco.in under someone's referral link and that person shared his received commission with his referral. Let's say, as referral you earned 1000 satoshi for someone. And that person shared 50% of these satoshi with you and you received 500 satoshi.

This was new:

"Timer running even though you did not play ? It's probably because another user is playing from the same IP as you. You can try to restart your router to get a new IP address from your ISP."

And it was true. Is my account now vulnerable?
No, your account is safe. But for better security, you can turn on 2FA.
This message means that someone who have same IP as you, already claimed from faucet and you need to wait until timer will end.

8999  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: a-ads . com on: October 01, 2017, 11:16:33 PM
C'mon, Hero Member asking for such questions?  Huh
You need to create an Ad unit(s) and put ad code on your website. When visitors will come to your website, you will start to earn some btc. What can be simplier?
If something isn't clear for you, read here:
https://support.a-ads.com/
P.S. You need to know specific, how a-ads counts impressions:
Quote
if your visitor had seen any of our ads before s/he visited your site (within 24 hours), then we don't count that impression as a unique one.

OP, your negative trust rating is 100% deserved because you showed interest in buying forum account. Maybe you didn't knew, but it's highly discouraged, because selling accounts leads to scam and joining signature campaigns with multiple accounts. Well, ignorance will not let you to avoid responsibility.
And I don't know why did you got impression that Lauda was hacked.
