901  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Merit isn't everything in bitcointalk! on: April 26, 2020, 11:27:53 AM
well its kinda both i think lets keep it real, you join to learn about crypto currency, and also to earn merit , first learning what is crypto currency but a long the way, you are earning merit, i mean what are you going to do with that merit ofcourse there are bounties, im sure you'll be happy to join those if you find out you can earn a small amount,
902  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Your Gambling Life During Quarantine on: April 26, 2020, 07:35:43 AM
So,...
-how's it going when it goes to your daily life?
-how's it going when it comes to your social life?
And lastly...
-how's it going when it comes to your gambling life?

All of this will be based only on what you have done in this past month of Quarantine. Although it is very common that we can't see any games in relation to sports, even so there are quite a number of shareable experiences that you might have done in this past month that you have never done in the past years.

So what do you think? Do it really had a big difference?
A little different from the usual, its hard to go out, our place have schedule and its dangerous because outside you might get infected, and also might bring it at home,.
for social life its just the same as usual, but right now i'm just only reading and not interact since i'm a bit busy at home
well in gambling i think i spend more when it comes to gambling during this ecq, but can control it.
903  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Have You Started Gambling Because You Want To Be Part Of A Gambling Campaign on: April 25, 2020, 09:28:53 AM
Have You Started Gambling Because You Want To Be Part Of A Gambling Campaign or you are already a gambler and wants to be part of a gambling campaign, in my case I come to play gambling because I want to become a part of a gambling campaign, so far this is my 6th gambling campaign and I still continue gambling because I want to continuously involved in gambling campaign.

How about you?
im really confuse about your post, i keep on reading the statement, you don't need to be a gambler to join a campaign, maybe you wan't to say is that, you are doing that because it is required by the campaign manager?
or its one of the requirement to be able to qualify
904  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Sending in fake ID for KYC on: April 24, 2020, 03:42:52 AM
I just was brought up to speed on groups of people sending in fake/Photoshopped ID's by scanning public records to defeat the KYC process and it seemingly is very easy to do.  It appears that many people sent in fake documentation to the Bob's and Polymath KYC and had no hassles.  How do these companies verify people if all they have to go on is public information?  Did they even really check the ID's or were they simply collected the data?  How rampant do you think this is?  How many of us are complete fools for turning in our documents when others simply faked it.  Now they have our data and the people who faked it are still secure.

NOT FAIR.

This data come from the kyc on other projects that are asking for information, if you have remember even id name are being use and also email address, the reason why is that some bounties don't verify the informations since having a lot of participants will also attract investors, some bounties really ask information and verify it if its authentic, i don't know with some like what you are saying, just verify first the campaign if its legit or not
905  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Making Cov-19 as excuses on: April 23, 2020, 03:52:34 PM
I think launching projects during pandemic period is a waste of time and is too risky to push through, no one will invest and it will cost the company a lot , since people are saving their money, no one will invest and as company i will to will not launch a project which will surely not get any returns, in my opinion even a good project will have to wait for a good timing, no one want's a project to fail.

907  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: CORONAVIRUS IMPACT ON SPORTS GAMBLING on: April 20, 2020, 08:39:48 AM
the impact of corona virus to sports gambling is huge, both in positive and negative way,
lets go on the negative all the casino close since people can't have contact with each other they might get infected with people all over the area
on the other hand the positive one gamblers are then stop from going to casino instead they spend more time with their families,
online casino where players go they are safe at home, although this has good impact in my opinion with regards to gambling
i hope we overcome this pandemic since it stop us from working.
908  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I am fed up with scammers and newbies. on: April 19, 2020, 03:07:51 AM
with the statement that they are going to sell their bitcoin holdings for half the price is absolute scam, people have fall from this trick before and should not fall for that again, we should educate new comers or newbie going to a project , and tell them what needs to know,
This kind of scheme should be stop, because the longer these things keeps happening, newbies will not continue on crypto because of disappointment
909  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How do I put money in my bitcoin wallet? on: April 18, 2020, 02:49:52 AM
it depends in your country, where there are company offers a online wallet, that you need to register, at the same time we have a localwallet which is in your PC application are installed.
i suggest you study first what your wallet familliarized everything before depositing any funds because once you made a mistake , it can't be recovered
and it will be lost, since you are just getting started, reading about it first will be a good move don't just throw funds in their yet,
910  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: I'm a bitcoin beginner, should I buy this book? on: April 16, 2020, 11:14:36 PM
i suggest you go read online articles , and also interact with other people in this forum because they have more experience and knowledge about bitcoin,
their actual experience is very helpful, and you will find more tips unlike books, also try to know where you can excel better, in this field , bitcoin can be mine, so try to go to mining section, trading so you have to decide where you are going.
911  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Well Organized Scam Projects on: April 16, 2020, 09:20:05 AM
How can we safe ourselves from well organized scam projects? Some projects are so well crafted and in the end they scam people, to my own understand research doesn't help here at all, use case, whitepaper, team, every thing are so real and make sense, please give advice about this
There is always a hole in a scam projects, they will always mistakes in the middle of their scheme all the time at the same time there are always people who research regarding the projects , these people always look at the projects very carefully, they also make comments in a group made by a projects and ask lots of question, because they knew something is not right, so always read comments to be safe don't just look in one group

913  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Cheating or Not? on: April 14, 2020, 11:55:45 PM
i think they have the right to change the rules if they think some people are cheating, you see there are some people who uses multiple account for a bounty just to have more than what is really assign for a person, you can't blame them, because they are the one who makes the rules and if they think there are some people who took advantage of something they have the power to change the rules, on the other hand if its not a legit projects they are just harvesting information, my suggestion is to check the project properly and if you think its not doing well, just step back.
914  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is gambling a threat or fun? on: April 14, 2020, 11:15:09 PM
This question is always on my mind since then until now. I want to know the opinion of everyone here on this platform. I know that we have all different perception about gambling, so I respect what will be your point of view about that.

But to share my opinion, I consider gambling as a threat to gamblers. Yes, there are a lot of people who find happiness in gambling if and only if they can control their selves from this, but no matter how fun can gambling gives to you, the problem is still there, the addiction on it is always there, it grows day by day. There are so many disadvantages of being so addicted in gambling, one of which is forgetting your priority, spending your time to your family and your friend, you won't be able to more productive things than losing money, to the point that even you already lose and don't have enough money to play, you will make ways, there are times that you will ask a request to your friend to give you money as debt. You should be the one who controls the gamble and don't let the gamble control you.

if a person gamble just for fun like spending few hours and with 20 dollars a week or monthly, i consider it as a normal, for a person and just having fun but if you are spending more like hundreds and thousand a month or a week that's a different story, since its not healthy you may be in a big debt to  bank and to a person without knowing and and the end it will became a threat so, it depends on what you are doing.
915  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How much has the lock-down due to the pandemic been able to benefit you? on: April 14, 2020, 12:13:11 PM
there are two things happen to me during this pandemic, i have not able to work at the office, but able to rest and do a lot of things like reviewing my coins, how they are doing also i can be able to work, with no pressure during this time, also i be able to take care of my mom, at the moment this pandemic has done me, good and bad , but i also feel bad for those who passed away and hoping this will be over soon, god bless us all.
916  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Why is Telegram associated with fraudsters on: April 13, 2020, 04:09:34 PM
Telegram never associate with fraudster, since telegram is a free software and you even by business company as a tool for communication,
ico uses also telegram to gather supporters and updates for their company, since its free even those bad people are using it for their advantage
since telegram can't stop them to create group, for their wrong doing, telegram has nothing to do with the scamming
917  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: BOUNTY TASKS ARE VERY DEMANDING on: April 12, 2020, 02:41:37 PM
its normal to be strict in rules of the campaign otherwise , all are qualified and there will be no exception if the applicant meet the requirement, its like an employee looking for staff they will choose the best or the one that is fit for the job, mostly all the applicant are qualified but he choose who is good for the campaign, because some are just posting none stop just to meet the qualification, what he is doing is no different from other bounty managers its good.
918  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Where to Start on: April 12, 2020, 04:53:33 AM
If you want to get into mining you need to study first, what coin to mine , you can go to the mining section where there are lots of post regarding it,
also make sure your funds are all ready because it will get costly at first , but make sure if you want it you have to be ready, spend more time googling
about it, study bitcoin and its behavior because if you have crypto in your hands you will need also to study trading, you see if you want to go to crypto
its not one area , it will bring you everywhere from selling trading, mining , and more so you have to be ready.
919  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: AIR DROPS ! wasting time or not? on: April 11, 2020, 04:44:53 PM
I think it depends on the projects that are being advertise to the public, mostly what we encounter are fake airdrops asking for information and in the end we knew it is just getting information like data mining, some are legit but for some people its just how it is, if it comes out as legit airdrop if its not, then they move on, but for me joining airdrop should be check carefully, because sometimes they are just scam and some are just trying to trick other people of investing and in the end nothing happens.
920  Other / Off-topic / Extra carefull using remote application , meeting apps on: April 10, 2020, 03:46:52 PM
Be careful using application during this time that we are under quarantine, always check what application you are going to install
Specially remote access and sharing of screen.

During the past few days there is an application that are said to be careful with its zoom application
since everyone is at home we tend to use this for remote and presentation even video call and other office work
aside of-course for those company with vpn connections
So if you are currently using this application, i think you should find another way to communicate, if your using your laptop, phones with sensitive data
and if you are using those device, better uninstall it at the moment until they are clear since hackers are doing penetration, because of the reward , and might also compromise your information and data files in your devices, im not saying that the app is bad but for our safety and for our crypto, which might make hackers more interested in, lets step away for a moment
i will post a link below for you to read also for more info:
https://www.cnet.com/news/zoom-every-security-issue-uncovered-in-the-video-chat-app/

i hope this help us keep safe guys
