Which coin in particular are you staking. Usually it doesn't matter as the staking process requires you to either hold the coins for long ( unspent period), voting through delegates) or other methods. Without the exact coin/s you are going to stake, I cannot really help you

Is it working fine now for people that just registered today? Does the bot count the post count and the amount?
Made at least 5 posts when they updated but it is only showing 1 post count. I would keep it for a few days and if the balances do not tally in the end, I am out the this signature campaign. For pretty low rewards for such a sig campaign I would easily change to a better one |

I have issues sometimes receiving the confirmation emails. Is this a necessary action? I don't mind having my bitcoin accumulate on the site until a higher amount. No rush here.
Just confirm your email once a week. But it would be nice something like weekly automated payouts once email is confirmed, I don't see the need for repeated email confirmations. We are working on this feature - a forever trusted after 2-3 confirms or something like this.
