With a google search I ended up finding https://bootstrap.chain.so/
But I don't know it it's recent. It's 7.3 GB

It should always be up to date. It's updated by https://chain.so/.

i use that bootstrap but still it mw like 6-8 hours to catch up with the blockchain.

1st post is correct, there will be no more halvings. 10,000 is the final block reward and will not change (unless community agree on any hard-fork changes).
