That is what I was thinking as well, this is the kind of win that would be huge for those that are not really used to making such a high bet, but most likely this gambler is used to bet that kind of money and if anything the amount won could not be a big deal for them.
Still the odds of winning that bet were very low so without a doubt the gambler must have some skill when it comes to sport betting, as I find difficult to believe someone can win such a parlay by luck alone.
It is maybe a combination of knowledge and luck but mainly luck in my eyes lol; with these kind of multibets something always can go wrong. He probably knows something about NBA and placed handicap bets on the favorites of all games. But as you mention, this is a very nice amount but probably not life changing for gamblers like this. |

Yes, thats one of the best ways of adding value to low odds. I won my first combo's yesterday with 6 matches and a $2 stake im not a high roller, my stakes wont make or break me 😉. Thanks to Trofo regarding Muchova but it was Fucsovics v Rune which added the value.   Todays combo may not turn out the same way though: Felix AA, Norrie, Medvedev, Tsitsipas and Tiafoe all to win. I am not convinced that in the long end this is profitable. It doesn’t make sense to combine multiple 1.01 or 1.02 odds as the total odd is still low. It can go good for a long time but you only need to lose 1 or 2 of this bets and all your profit will be gone. Everybody needs to have their own betting strategy but I tried this in the past and didn’t end up in profit in the long end. |

I attempted to do this counting card technique before but I never really knew how to keep those information on my mind while playing. I am planning to learn it however I'm intrigued to what you just said... what countermeasures does casinos have against it?
I watched some videos of pros doing this, and the most extreme thing the casino could do is to fully restrict you from playing. Normally, they simply limit your bets throughout the entire shoe. Yeah, they will flatbet you and than it also doesn’t make sense to keep doing it or just kick you out of the casino. I also watched some videos on card counting in blackjack and it is doable but you just need to pay attention and keep your focus. Maybe it's not time for FUN tokens to increase even though the bitcoin price could increase to as high as $28k. And I think the FUN token team is still working hard to reach their target this year so they still have more time to achieve it.
If we look at the price journey, the FUN token can still survive when the bitcoin price fluctuates. Perhaps this makes investors believe that the FUN token can reach another high. We'll wait for updates from the team and hopefully it can help the price go up.
Unfortunately, the FUN token chart since the end of 2021 doesn't inspire much optimism. However, as far as I know, the developers have had some plans for the first quarter of 2023, but do they have any big plans/updates for this year in general which could have a significant impact on the FUN token price? The problem is that the announcements on their website are very rare, and I couldn't even find any actual roadmap. Agreed and that is a bit worrysome. There should be always a roadmap and updates about what is going and stuff like that, but it is all missing. Some people even have specific strategies depending on how much they have earned or how much they lost. For example: if you loose 10€ then you can bet an specific amount that will give you a break even for the last week. If you are in profit you can gamble for example only with you profit so it is impossible to go into a negative balance from this moment on.
Everybody needs to have there own strategy but the general rule is always to only gamble with money that you are willing to loose. It is good to have a plan when you are loosing or winning but you need to stick to it. At some moments, you will start tilting and then it can really go wrong. |

I missed this Airdrop opportunity but this does not mean that I miss the ARB token. I bought some ARB tokens at the current price of 1.4$ and will continue to buy if it dips further. This project has too much hype and i think we can see 5$ ARB price in very near future.
Many people got the Airdrop and i think most of them have sold it by now, so i do not expect it can go further lower from here.
i saw it was listed at Kucoin at 10$ and believe me this project has the hype to go 10$ again.

Personally, I only heard of Arbitrum a couple of days ago, so missed out on the airdrop and will also wait a bit to buy it. I don't know the project and there seems to be a hype surrounding it (all major exchanges have listed it) but the price will fluctuate a lot in the beginning. I don't know why, but when someone posted a big winnings, it's usually they're playing this game e.g. Dead or a wild. It doesn't mean the other slots are hard to hit huge multipliers, but I think many people tend to gamble on this game rather than the other games.

Isn't that such a sad fact? I mean 25% for a year is a great return, and one year is nothing in the regular markets, it is literally short term for most investors in the fiat world, and yet here people act as if they need to get rich in a month or it is not a good investment.

A return of 25% is indeed nice but big exchanges as Binance and Kraken also offer staking services where you can get around 20-25% or higher on some coins when you lock them for a certain period. Offcourse, if the FUN price drops with more than 25% (against the BTC price as that is the way you trade them on freebitco.in) than you still don't make any profit. |

I have my doubts that FUN price will boost substantially during the next bull run because I don't know if you noticed but when Bitcoin price moved recently from below 20.000 dollars to well over 28.000 dollars yesterday the altcoins,all of them did not have the same increase not in price because that is impossible but at least to have some increase in percentage,yet most of them kept failing.This is a big sign of worry for me as most of the tokens that did well during the last bull run if the next bull run comes earlier than predicted,I am afraid we won't see a good price increase from most altcoins including FUN token.
I would even say that bitcoin's bullish trend since the beginning of this year has negatively impacted the FUN token. Of course, if you look at the chart, it would seem that the FUN token even grew slightly in fiat equivalent from $0.006 to $0.0069. However, the FUN token has actually depreciated against BTC, dropping from 36 sats to 24 sats since the beginning of this year. The team will need to come with more progress and new features before the price will get a lot higher again. What is interesting also, that when we were in a bearish trend and BTC kept dropping all the way down to 16k, the FUN price dropped less and the value in sats rose to about 40 satoshis. |

The hype may be lower but I think a lot of people are still playing games like Axie or Splinterlands. Well, what I know for sure is that free stuffs hardly attract serious people, in this case, gamblers, and I want to believe I wouldn't be wrong if I say that the free giveaways has also contributed to BFG's price remaining cheap, even as popular as Betfury have become.
Anyways, though i am not a regular player on Betfury casino, but i hold a very small amount of BFG token, and i am still very confident that once giveaways stops, the price is gonna improve, till then, i keep holding and watching.
Free money always attract scammers and people who will abuse the system. This new rule is not a bad one but as Toptort mentioned is still very easily reachable. It will take about 4-5 years until all the BFG has been distributed so they will need to bring in new features or do something else if we want to see a higher price again. |

Look at those numbers! I am struggling to make 10-20 Stars daily, so I am far from this... I use to participate in various events before when I had more free time and when "risking a lot" wasn't a big deal... I guess I am older and "smarter?", and "responsible gambling" has a lot more sense! It's not easy to compete in these events without a nice bankroll and free time to play & wager as much as you can every day. And if luck is not on our side and we lose too much in the beginning (what happened to me more than once) we are forced to stop without winning anything. Like always losing too much money can create problems. It's gambling in the end, and people should really be careful to not gamble with more than they can afford to lose. Lol, we all get older and hopefully wiser. These wagering competitions are interesting and as Starbets is still growing and not so big yet, you stand a chance if you can wager a nice amount. The prizepool was pretty good for the multiplier contest, but the number of participants was too low. Congrats to @panjul07 for winning most of the prizes. Probably the number of participants was low for the 'GOSU affiliate' rules. I know that this rule has been applied for the tracking purposes of the partnership. But there would have been more participants if there were no such rules.
The thing is, we are paying these prizes out of our own pockets and even then, we are actually making exceptions, anyone could participate even if not GOSU-tracked. Believe me when I say that such challenges have never even closely been "worth" it for BTCGOSU from a money perspective. Congrats to all the winners, didn't participate in this one. Personally, I would wait a bit. We only need to get 1 or 2 times bad news and the bitcoin price can tumble again and you would get a higher base reaward also. On the other hand, the price could just keep rising and rising and the longer you wait, the lower your base reward will be. It is a pity that you can only choose between: spin1 and spin all; would be nice if you could just spin 50 or 100 times.
In the end, it's all small differences anyway. Even if I exchange 2000 spins (that's my current target) I lose 20000 RP/satoshi which is NOT that much if you come to think of it. I'm hoping instead for the lottery and GT boosts in one go Nice feature to suggest yes, I never thought about it that way for sure.
