Projects from a wide range of areas have been implementing blockchain into their operation over the past six months, and now Rentberry has appeared. The blockchain technology will take place in the process of renting real estate. You write in white paper that due to this the process of renting apartments and housing will become less expensive. Due to what will it happen?
The Rentberry project is unique in its kind, it doesn’t have direct competitors yet. The process of renting real estate will become less expensive due to absence of intermediaries in form of realtors, evaluators of solvency of renters, etc. Well, in fact, there’s nothing unique here. One more real estate office, but blockchain acts as a live realtor. Using blockchain and smart contracts in Rentberry’s operation won’t only increase the security of this process, but also seriously automate it. Due to this, the tenant and the landlord will spend less time on transactions, unlike the traditional way: they won’t need to go anywhere to estimate anything, look for additional intermediaries which are to perform some work, long negotiate on the cost, on the amount of the deposit and etc. I’ve also heard somewhere that they plan to introduce the “smart lock” technology. An authorized tenant will be able to open a house without a key using his smartphone, which, it seems, will interact with a smart contract. Does it mean that theoretically, a tenant and a landlord probably won’t ever meet according to this scenario?)))

Hi there. Thank you very much for paying so much attention to the development of gaming and the industry as a whole. I have one question: how are you going to monetize Switex? After all, the expenses aren’t small.
I want to ask you a question: do you prefer multiplayer games or single ones? If we’re talking about the first ones, they have a lot of objects, and if we mean the second, digital keys and add-ons provide value there. I understand it. But how will the platform make profit? Let's say I want to sell a cosmetic item from Counter-Strike, I find a buyer and we make a deal. Will NAGA receive a part of the payment as a commission? I hope that you made a mistake when mentioning the commissions, because they are simply huge on most of platforms, therefore, they range from 15 to 40%. This is a pure robbery of gamers! Guys, judge for yourself: the platform itself needs to maintain servers, pay salaries to support team and attract new users. As for me, I'm not against commissions, especially since they are usually very small in blockchain projects. I got it, I hope that you will succeed. A small free tip: let your cybersport team be signed as the one being engaged in several disciplines. If they become successful, you will save money on advertising.

Good afternoon. I’ve encountered a huge number of sites on the Internet that constantly sent me work orders, not related to my resume even to the smallest extent. How will you deal with this problem?
I’ve carefully studied the WP and can say that Hirematch will conduct analysis of market and reviews of competitors' users before developing their own interface. It may take a little time, but it's worth it. Does it mean that the platform won’t begin to carry out its activity until all the results of research are turned into recommendations, and these recommendations will be implemented? No, this is a stable process. A new idea or useful tool will be implemented every time when any of them appears. If you act according to the scenario you proposed, you would need to allocate more than half of the proceeds to consulting companies, which would slow the growth of the token value. By the way, I’ve quickly looked through the comments from forum users - many people like the idea of implementing an agent. It's like my personal manager trying to find the best job for me. And you know, I'm ready to pay for it. Let the introduction of researches remain a matter of foreseeable future.

Good afternoon. I’ve noticed that sites that are planned to cover several different areas at the same time produce different tokens for each of them. Is everything will be like that in Gizer?
I didn’t fully understand your question. What sites are you talking about and what platforms? I’ve never encountered the ICO which would issue several kinds of tokens for different purposes before. Probably, I've been into the crypto currency market for a longer than yours, that's why I've already encountered similar ones. What about the question, I decided to change it a little. For example, the platform will be adapted both for PC and Android. Will tokens be different for each of them? No, there’s only one token for all the platforms. Otherwise, it would be incredibly difficult to control the growth of token value and also to discover new markets for yourself. Why should something that can be considered to be a universal solution be fragmented? According to statistics, most “gamers” prefer PCs and consoles, but this platform starts with mobile devices. I would be more interested in investing in consoles, since I understand them.

Hello everyone. I carefully got acquainted with the white paper of that project and I was curious why each initial message is divided into blocks after being added, each of which contains 16 words?

Elaborate on the 3rd stage of the project implementation schedule, please. What kind of chains are we talking about? Is it a network?

Hello. I’ve read that you are planning to make a minimum mark-up on the products of producers to ensure the life of the platform. So if you collect the commission from them, so should you add mark-up?

Won’t the SMS messages send via this system be dedicated to the users from other regions or countries? In this case messages will be paid and a user will bear costs. Are there any mechanisms that protect users from such cases?
