Projects from a wide range of areas have been implementing blockchain into their operation over the past six months, and now Rentberry has appeared. The blockchain technology will take place in the process of renting real estate. You write in white paper that due to this the process of renting apartments and housing will become less expensive. Due to what will it happen?

The Rentberry project is unique in its kind, it doesn’t have direct competitors yet. The process of renting real estate will become less expensive due to absence of intermediaries in form of realtors, evaluators of solvency of renters, etc.

Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

Well, in fact, there’s nothing unique here. One more real estate office, but blockchain acts as a live realtor.

Using blockchain and smart contracts in Rentberry’s operation won’t only increase the security of this process, but also seriously automate it. Due to this, the tenant and the landlord will spend less time on transactions, unlike the traditional way: they won’t need to go anywhere to estimate anything, look for additional intermediaries which are to perform some work, long negotiate on the cost, on the amount of the deposit and etc.

I’ve also heard somewhere that they plan to introduce the “smart lock” technology. An authorized tenant will be able to open a house without a key using his smartphone, which, it seems, will interact with a smart contract.

Does it mean that theoretically, a tenant and a landlord probably won’t ever meet according to this scenario?)))

The project is interesting. I'd think about participating. But,what is your advantage over the averspace project? And how are you going to solve disputes between a tenant and a landlord?

Hello Shaurman,

Thanks for your interest. All the rental process using Rentberry is fast and inexpensive comparing to other platforms. After you find the property you like and make sure it is available for rent, you need to submit the application which costs $9.99 only. The application includes the fees for credit score and background report already.

There is also an option to use our proprietary auctioning technology, so you can make a custom offer to your landlord and pay the negotiated rent. After the landlord accepts your application and you e-sign the agreement all is set and no additional fees are required. You will be able to pay rentals with no hidden commissions.

Hi NeverCrypt,
Thanks for your questions. Rentberry is going to provide with more services underpinned by far more complex technologies.
Let us give you a few examples:

1. The Rentberry ecosystem will offer the ability for community members to help back quality tenants which will be built on blockchain, smart contracts and the BERRY tokens for verifiability and efficiency;

2. The second example is the proprietary auctioning technology which reduces traditional frustrations, scam rates, time delays, and friction points in the rental process to benefit both tenants and landlords;

3. Essentially, Rentberry is the first company in the long-term residential real estate space that will operate internationally and ensure a fair, frictionless, and seamless long-term rental process for all parties involved.

In regards to dispute resolution, all the negotiated terms should be specified in the Rental Agreement which is e-signed by both parties via Rentberry website. This Agreement will have a legal value in case the landlord and the tenant have an argument.

We hope we have clarified your questions. If you have any further, please let us know.

Not at all, you may customize and upload your own agreement which will satisfy your requirements.

Good afternoon. I’ve read that there will be such an opportunity. It seems that legal entities and corporations will have to pay $30 per month; it's something like a subscription fee.

Hello. Will Rentberry platform be able to help to choose an apartment or a house according to my requirements in the required country automatically? And I'm also interested in how long it will take to do this.

B Rentberry бyдeт чтo-тo пoдoбнoe? Hah, that's very cool. By the way, I saw some companies’ message boards with a lot of ads giving an opportunity to small companies to create their personal pages with promo materials.  Will there be something like this in Rentberry?

Well, that sounds interesting. Moreover, companies will still pay $30 a month, they could be given such an opportunity. Here's what's what I’m interested in: if I'm an individual and I have 4 apartments, will I have to pay any monthly fee?
