901  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: GAW Zen Hashlet PayCoin unofficial uncensored discussion. ALWAYS MAKE MONEY :-) on: November 26, 2014, 03:39:56 AM

Now for some criticism.  One of my biggest concerns on this whole thing, and GAW in general, is that Josh is making this up as he goes.

I tend to agree since all the ideas now collected in their current announcement have been proposed here and elsewhere by various critical thinkers. It does appear they throw out nebulous ideas, let the masses mull it all over, then cull the clever ideas that some come up with, repackage them as their own and run with it.
902  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: GAW Zen Hashlet PayCoin unofficial uncensored discussion. ALWAYS MAKE MONEY :-) on: November 26, 2014, 03:35:40 AM
I could not fathom having something called GAW having access to my online billing and payments be it electrical cable internet or whatever. Why on earth would one introduce a third party security risk into your personal affairs and more so into your intimate private data. No chance in hell.
903  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: GAW Zen Hashlet PayCoin unofficial uncensored discussion. ALWAYS MAKE MONEY :-) on: November 26, 2014, 03:27:54 AM
Nightmare waiting to happen -- every single movement tracked by them, data mining, re-selling of your information's, movements, purchases etc. etc. Everything they are proposing already exists as has been pointed out here before; specifically Coinkite which is a debit card

https://coinkite.com/faq/terminal

The browser plugin also exists today

https://www.snapcard.io/

Nothing new or innovative here other than taking all the separate components and unifying them under their own coin issuance. As some mentioned a solution to a problem that doesn't exist. Worse is the issue of privacy -- the big picture of all of this is a throwback to '90's with AOL and their GUI for noobs. Everything you touch will be recorded and logged by GAW and for what exactly? To make it appear as though you are purchasing goods with this crypto currency which no doubt will include a hefty fee.

It may very well be just greed and nothing else, however the overall behaviour displayed has been so incredibly outrageous it borders on the sinister. The sinister can reflect sinister motives. And sinister motives can include what?
905  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Alpha Technology Litecoin (Scrypt) ASIC Miner Order Batch 1 Now! on: October 08, 2014, 05:03:49 PM
The missing variable in the equation is "ill-intention"

1.Having bad intentions; malevolent

ma·lev·o·lent

having or showing a wish to do evil to others.

What they have done is used every trick in the book and even invented some to NOT pay people back their money.

How would you describe this then?

Simply refuse this and ignore all requests for it.

Couldn't give a flying fuck about you.

So if John Smith did this why do you suppose he did? What about John Smith would make him an utter piece of shit? Do we look where John Smith lives? Do we look with whom John Smith associates with? Do we look at what John Smith believes in.  Maybe John Smith is active on internet forums and only on forums that discuss guns.  What can we assume about that?

Principle?

What on earth would foster Alpha's malevolence. Their utter disdain for the customers. Principle? They actually truly believe that you are not entitled to a refund?

Or could it be something else?

Anything else.

Yes something quite suspicious about those pictures in particular the third one down:

https://alpha-t.net/news/developmental-update-08082014/

To me that looks like dust on that closest lip with finger smudges in the dust as well.  Where has this thing been hiding all this time one must wonder? Being held for ransom i.e. payment? You would thing a week ago two weeks ago, before the whole thing was about to blow up they would have been able to say hold one our chassis is right now being manufactured and will be showable in two weeks time (now). But nothing a week ago, two weeks ago, 1 month ago. And with the stroke of a magic want without any mention at all, not even an inkling, these pictures suddenly show up?

Alpha-T = Alpha Tits Up?

Good grief what a big ninny Malik FIAZ has turned out to be. Just wait till the equally loquacious LIROY starts quivering his lower lip about how it is everyone else's fault and stomps his feet and quits.

Who exactly are these losers? I am thinking these are 3 school friends who thought they could conquer the world. Same three insidious liars who believe their lies as they sit their straight faced with chocolate all over their grubby paws as they tell the headmaster, no sir I didn't steal any chocolate at all.

Seemingly bright young lads but as thick as bricks at the same time.

Malik FIAZ and his foray into the real world of business now bust. The consummate PR forum manager, low level flunky doomed forever. Quickest Google search that every HR does on an applicant's name will yield his shenanigans. Mubasher will have to return that fancy AUDI he's been leasing, those dapper dabs he has been wearing. Fiaz MALIK will have to revert to the bowl haircuts he has always been having. That cunning charlatan LIROY VAN who purposefully used the first two names of a world - renown security and internet expert's first two names, will have to go into hiding.

Only benefit to them out of this all is that the three of them can sit in gaol  and plot and plan an escape together, the exact same way they all giggled over a bowl of curry who to extricate funds out of the masses under the guise of crypto currency.

These things always end in tears  Sad

Thanks for the laugh lads, just what till your filthy little building that your Daddy spent his entire life acquiring is seized to compensate for all of this. Your mother will be reduced to going back to scrubbing floors of the elite in London. Well done.

Perhaps this will all be beneficial to all? In the infancy of the crypto currency realm the Akram Clan attempted to represent their origins and place and their face on the ever emerging map.

Whereas in a law suite the inclusion clause in the US provides for: JOHN DOE 1 THROUGH 100

now in the UK such an inclusion in the immediate and for ever future shall be:

MOHAMMED 1 THROUGH MOHAMMED 100 ?

Please Fiaz Malik, for the love of all saintly things. Do not. I repeat do not bend over in the shower in gaol

Oh wait!
909  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Alpha Technology Litecoin (Scrypt) ASIC Miner Order Batch 1 Now! on: August 01, 2014, 01:07:55 AM
Looking forward to the inevitable mug shots. Looks like the Akram brothers are well rehearsed in that from their "corporate" pictures from what was the original Alpha-Tech web site. Certainly that smug smirk of Fiaz Malik shall be wiped off in the blink of an eye. My suspicion remains strong that it is not a Fiaz Malik but perhaps the mysterious financier or someone else well versed in boiler room sales tactics. Over the past few days some serious non-Queen's English surfaced namely:

- a "bunch" of stuff
- the ubiquitous "your" instead are "you're"
- and the absolute worst: "then" instead of "than"

These are Americanized FAIL's.

All under the moniker in the past week of FIAZ MALIK.

Does not really matter the SUN in the UK will reveal who and what is going on, mug shots and handcuffs and all.

Again, probably the best legal representation in the UK could be the crypto currency lawyer who posts here and is in involved in the Mt Gox debacle.

http://www.selachii.co.uk/

His bitcointalk.org contact:

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=212314

Bye bye FIAZ MALIK, MOHAMMED 1, MOHAMMED 2, MOHAMMED 3 and any other related MOHAMMED's lurking in the shadows thinking they thought they pulled the wool over everyone's eyes.

It is rather amusing, the imagery conjured up is one of negotiations going on in the back alley of some Souk somewhere, where one parties is screaming the other is hushing him down, "please please we are in this together we are friends" flailing hands and all, then the angry party calms down and the instigator's voice begins to rise and around and around they go until they settle on whatever it is a bushel of dates or a sack of tea that is causing all of this. All today electronically in real time over the internet.
911  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Alpha Technology Litecoin (Scrypt) ASIC Miner Order Batch 1 Now! on: July 31, 2014, 12:04:02 AM
No kidding, how about a grown up verify all of this and not let some snot nose kid habitual liar keep making all these lofty promises. Personally I would accept the offer so that I could kick that smart mouth Hafiz Malik in the teeth to shut him up, then fire him on the spot.
912  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Alpha Technology Litecoin (Scrypt) ASIC Miner Order Batch 1 Now! on: July 29, 2014, 10:45:06 PM
That is one incredibly slimy character. So much so I wonder if it is the real Fiaz Malik. Or if it is he was planted in their from day one to manipulate the victims. The guy has an answer for everything and appears more astute in business matters than necessary for a so-called "community manager" or whatever his little designation is. Sneaking suspicion that that is the dubious financier at work under his login.

Oh well, this should be interesting. As soon as push comes to shove, we all want to best friends again. Awaiting the news about  the new 750 MH/s machine provided you give us just a bit more time (before taking legal action), and only for a few dollars more (provided you pay today).

Something like that?
914  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Alpha Technology Litecoin (Scrypt) ASIC Miner Order Batch 1 Now! on: July 28, 2014, 02:08:27 PM
Technical issues during tape-out. delivery promised for Sept.

Funny. So dispatch date is now end of September.

They informed us before that they started the chip production and even payed 20% extra to get it faster. That was an ordinary lie apparently.

If tape out went wrong they knew it in May or June. So much about the transparency from their side.

Actually they have shown no proof, no picture of anything. Just a drawing of the PCB that we have seen months ago.

But there is good NEWS as well! According to the manual CEO referred to the WIFI is back!  Grin Also, the unit will be stand alone with CGMINER working on their native hardware! Wow!

Very much this^

There is that blame game again rearing its ugly head. It is all Paypal's fault.

Why does this feel like a shell game? Nothing in that so-called announcement warranted the "update is coming soon" other than having to employ a graphic artist and someone with knowledge to hurriedly create those cartoon images. Nothing else. Not one thing. It is not like they have been waiting till the very last minute to hear from the foundry what the very latest delivery date will be. Since they are already "half-way through" fixing the issue completion would certainly be known well in advance.
915  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Alpha Technology Litecoin (Scrypt) ASIC Miner Order Batch 1 Now! on: July 28, 2014, 09:47:50 AM
In the UK, there is nothing like a class action lawsuit.
Everyone has to fight on his own.
How about some evidence to this claim? I do know that a UK based lawfirmby the name of Selachii is suing mt gox with a class action law suite. So explain to me why this is......

Bingo!  I had forgotten about them. This is exactly who is required to take the case, in fact he even posts here!  No need to have to explain what "mining" is or what "bitcoins" are to some old stuffy advocate.  This guy is in the thick of it all right now and knows all the laws up to date regarding crypto currencies.  It is not some 2 cent amateur accountant guessing at what they are:

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=507274.msg5594490#msg5594490

Everyone should either contact him individually with each complaint or collectively together. Question is how many people are no here right now involved in this and how to convey all of this to those stuck on only their forum? I must think that there are seething masses reading the AT forum silently everyday who are not even aware of bitcointalk.org.
916  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Alpha Technology Litecoin (Scrypt) ASIC Miner Order Batch 1 Now! on: July 27, 2014, 01:18:34 AM
Well that is indeed a novel approach, attack while they are fast asleep. No doubt Fiaz Malik is fast asleep deep in dream about what to do with all the filthy lucre. What a lovely surprise he will have on the morrow when he awakens, and what a miserable night of not sleeping the next night, and the next and the one after that and after that.......
917  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Alpha Technology Litecoin (Scrypt) ASIC Miner Order Batch 1 Now! on: July 25, 2014, 11:22:08 PM
We are now well beyond giving the middle finger. They are now thumbing their noses at us. The real concern emanating from their very own forum is the more than one veiled threats about putting boots on the floor and going there to get some results. It seems such a dodgy neighborhood anyone of these truly upset people hinting at action might find a proxy for a few beers to throw a brick through a window.

It is inexplicable their silence. Other than at this stage a incredibly bizarre minds set that they have done nothing wrong and what ever might happen is God's Will?

How can one mentally sound possibly not feel anything for the people who have entrusted you with their life savings and you sit there  doing and saying nothing. It is inconceivable on the modern world unless you are a psychopath. It is not one individual it is a collection of four peoples, the Akram family, Fiaz, and the pseudo Dutch man "Liroy".

It is all simply not getting into their skulls that what they are doing or better yet, not doing is plain and simply wrong.

Wars for generations reflect all of this between nations. Barbarians vs. not Barbarians. Common courtesy vs. savagery.

Somewhere some one's wires are crossed. And it is not those that have developed common courtesy. That is normal evolution.
918  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Alpha Technology Litecoin (Scrypt) ASIC Miner Order Batch 1 Now! on: July 25, 2014, 12:33:47 PM
If with all the luck in the world the chips have been made and are not being released by the foundry due to lack of funds, why have they not even shown that stage to everyone.

According to standard workflow & payments in this business sector, foundry has to receive 100% payment before they start the final production. So if this would be the case chips are not kept at the foundry but simply are not produced yet.

That's it!  Sad

I was just doing some quick research on  the Chinese operation Zeus Miner, first out the gate and met all their deadlines. While an incredibly crude device, you can touch it feel it switch it on and it does do something.

Now according to the available information, they received their "packet of chips" on April 30th 2014

https://zeusminer.com/2014/04/30/progress-update-30042014/

From that time to shipping out the door a finished product time was to May 20th 2014

https://zeusminer.com/2014/05/21/20140521/

Call it 1 month and this is them working 24/7 to make it world. PLUS they had on hand stock piled the chassis and the PCB boards all lined up where all that needed to be done is add the chip.

Where is Alpha-Tech's packet of chips as seen in the above link? It is the end of July now. If they do have their packets of chips, and they do have stock piles of chassis and PCB's best case scenario is end of August to exit their shipping door. Working 24/7 like the Chinese.

Alas there is not even a sketch of a packet of chips, a drawing of a chassis, a cartoon of a PCB. Nothing. Nothing but nattering about credit card processors, deleting posts asking where are the chips, diddling around making the website nicer, all for nothing. A big fat zero.

Nothing.

919  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Alpha Technology Litecoin (Scrypt) ASIC Miner Order Batch 1 Now! on: July 25, 2014, 09:59:20 AM
Yes indeed, I do believe they have already run out of middle fingers to give us. Onto the toes I suppose. Any of the obscene or childish posts here do not match the unconscionable behaviour being displayed. I fear will are about to enter the "doctor's appointment" or "family emergency" stage of excuses.

What I found interesting having not seen the accountant's blog before is the seemingly helpless victim trend ushered by them. Him first referring to haters "over there", the later on Dexcel removed their cooperation notice due to "haters over there" and even the very latest the webmaster referred to "external third-party sources" a/k/a "haters over there" for torpedoing the CC processor that they had in place. It is everyone else's fault except ours.  What we will get is we tried our best but due to circumstances out of our control it failed.

I am trying to visualize what precisely the case may be. 100% there is no product, no chips, no PCB's no cases, not even fans ordered. Not even a mock up of real case. At the  same time they must have "some" money it is a family of 4. Even a pocket full of tuppence. So what is the problem? Dexcel Design got paid and prepared the chip. End of formal relationship.  Now to try to get the chips made. Are we stuck at this stage, where their seemingly expert hired ASIC production manager failed to secure a timely spot at the Foundry? If so why not show that Dexcel has done their job and the design of the chip is as solid as it gets. Nothing. Nothing all the way back then presented that there has been any movement forward other than some crumby video taped in VHS of a FPGA prototype. Months ago.

If it is indeed all an elaborate scam to wait out the refund period then run. That can make sense as they simply just do not care.

If it is indeed lack of funds and they are scrambling around to secure finance as we see in the latest shareholder report, where does that leave us exactly. Back to square one.

- nothing shown to date that Dexcel money was well spent and that they actually have something to be manufactured i.e a chip
- now that they do have finance they still need to do that, take Dexcel's design find a foundry, get them made, secure boards, secure cases, secure components for the cases, assemble them, and then ship them out.

Absurd!

If with all the luck in the world the chips have been made and are not being released by the foundry due to lack of funds, why have they not even shown that stage to everyone.

None of it makes sense if you examine each step of the way. What I suspect by this total silences is that they are trying to procure already made third party chips and surreptitiously install that and  palm them off like there has been no problem all along.

1. If the pre-order money was in fact used and Dexcel did do something for it , it would have been shown long ago
2. If everything is on track up to and including chip making, that would have been shown long ago and a simple explanation being we need to final payment to procure the hardware to run these things.
3. If they plan on doing nothing and waiting for time to run out and run, that is the reason for complete silence
4. If they are mad scrambling to procure someone else's chips and even have them make everything for them, that is the reason for complete silence to date. They will step forward and gleefully show little imprints on the chips with their name on it and make like there was never anything wrong.

Instead of manning up and simply saying hey we have a problem but we have a solution the product you bought will be made and the specs. will be maintained we are working with a third party right now to do that, nothing is said. Nothing but finger pointing to third party external forces who don't like the because of their name or their religion or whatever other delusion they can think of.

The really sad thing is reading the forum you have people there blissfully unaware, crowing out how transparent they have been, how their product will be the best on the market how other companies are all scam, seemingly unaware that the Chinese have flooded the market for months now with functional miners and are in the midst of rapidly dropping the price to near zero. Some of them over there are cheerfully muttering about wondering how will the packaging look like, what color will it be, how loud will it be. They don't get it, there is not even a chip made to run these things, let alone packing boxes to ship them out!

I think the way to get results is to go for the jugular; these characters are effectively interfering with our livelihood now. Holding onto our funds, not providing answers, refusing refunds etc. The way to get to the bottom of this is to now start lodging complains with the Accountant Association in the UK. Any and all bodies that over see this profession. You have it in black and white an accountant in the firm proffering advice. He shall be on the hook for that. Start lodging complaints against the whole family. They certainly used their credentials  to sell everyone that they are on the up and up, well, let us put that to the test then.
