As an investor one thing you shouldn't engage yourself with is Predictions, if you want to be successfully in this Crypto ecosystem, you need to stay off any form of market prediction.

I think when you want to buying bitcoin, you must compare it to other coins so you know what is the advantages of bitcoin than the other coins. If you don't know the benefits of your coins, why would you bother to buying it. Although bitcoin often compared with other altcoins, bitcoin still at the top position in the market. |

There are so many hodlers, long-term investors and other people who made nothing but only to wait the market grows. How stupid this people are!!!
They do not know the people that trade in bitcoin daily just only maximized the risk and the small amount of profit they have...Just to make the market green... And so this long-term hodler, seeing the market green, sold a sum of bitcoin saying " we need to maximize our loss" LOL you are not helping the market grow, you are so selfish. 90% of those who are talking about death of bitcoin are the same people who are trying so hard to buy bitcoin when it drops a small 5% so that they can accumulate a tiny bit more.
The rest 10% are the newbies who fall for the 90% FUD and are scared of the situation.

Many community members have been claiming lately that altcoins are going to die or at least that 90% of altcoins are doomed. I tend to agree with them that there are many coins and tokens that are pointless and won't survive. Another cathegory are alts with solid foundations but won't manage to fight with their competitors as naturally there are numerous projects with same visions. But if you trust the project you invested in, there is no reason to change your mind just because someone says many altcoins won't succeed. Do your research and trust only your own judgement, because many ALTCOINS ARE HERE TO STAY!

Hello Everyone,
I recently came across many coins which were made to scam from the beginning .... putting up high ROI and huge returns compelled people to join the race and in few days time the dev's scoop out leaving large number of investors stranded and summing up huge loss ... some I know gather bits from there income and trusted a coin and invested in it... some had surplus to play around but ultimately everyone lost their money to some sneaky guy who made the coin... Im sure this is the way world moves but as an individual I seriously think that there must be a way to let people get what they lost so as to keep the faith in cryptocurrencies... as I personally feel that if this trend goes on I m sure everyone will turn around from cryptocurrencies... I would personally like few opinions from the community as to what can be done... please add to the list below what you all think
1. Take the source code off existing scam and turn it into a valuable asset so everybody who invested get the returns and more community joins in.
2. Keep up a system which keeps track of the developer and should compel them to regularly communicate so it dont get marked as scam.

scam coins should be ignored from the beginning. To know whether the coin is scam or not, we must do some due diligence strictly. If we ignore it, the ico will be failed and the scam developers will bankrupt because no one invest on it. |

I recently started researching in altcoin and I tried to figure out which other altcoin is more used in sending money online (I think a traded currency shows that the currency will resist in the future and will grow) and I came to the conclusion that Monero is that coin.
Why Monero? I think it's pretty simple, Monero because I saw that everyone from the dark web asks for payments in Monero, and this leads me to think that Monero would be a good investment now because from what I understand, even Bitcoin has first massively traded on the dark web, and Monero came as a more anonymous alternative to the dark web and so it replaced the bitcoin there.
So, as the title of this thread says: Is Monero a Good Investment?
I have presented my theory, but what do you think?

Monero is a good investment and a good currency. With monero you can send or receive anonymously. There are many peoples using monero already. I think if you holding monero for long time, it will be profitable for you. So, yes it is a good investment. |

The way out is selling your altcoins into bitcoin to reduce the loss. But you can just forget about your altcoins and come back next year. A little green cant revive the market until there are something big happening. To revive the market, cryptocurrency will need to increase the market cap. |

Recently I faced a bad luck. here the story
I got IOTX from GATE .io 28th of may 196000 @ .00004600 ETH. Then after one or two hour i sold it to @ .00004800.
After 3 days means June 1st , one IOTX went to .00014ETH.
if i sell June 1st 196000 * .00014 *590 = 16189$
Investment is = 5300$
so i have lost = 10800$
so in this story if i could wait 3 days , i have profit of 10000 USD. so in this case i am saying please be patient. wait wait. good coins always give a good reward to you
But the current market of cryptocurrency is seems like a nightmare, all altcoins are falling drastically. If you have massive amount of altcoins, you must have a strong hand and big patience to keep holding your coins now. Or we can forget our coins for few 1 year and come back later. |

I like to know your stand against the current market price falls down that relatively almost in the danger zone for the crypto holders if they still hold their crypto it might be one day that they will going to lose all their money. My ideals is different i had to sell it though it means that i had to lose some of my money. Anyway i could invest again when market price recovers but not for now seeing crypto market looks so bad. Will you still hold?
If you have a strong reason to hold your coin, then why you sell it anyway ? When the market price falling greatly in the market, what you can do is either sell it to cut your loss, or hold it. If the coin project is good, just dont sell it because it can rise back. |
