HELLO PEOPLE I accidentally entered and confirmed my ethereum address of Coin Base wallet instead of metamask address or HITBTC address for receiving Naga Coins. I raised query to the support but I never got any response from them. The coins were distributed to my ethereum address but the wallet is not showing any coins or balance. In Etherscan the address holds my naga coin. How to access and retrieve my Naga coin back. Please help.  try to contact coinbase support, not naga support they can help you with this situation |

Hi, fmz89, you need to enter your token destination wallet in the profile. It should be personal and support ERC20 standard. We recommend using also: myetherwallet, mist, imToken. This should be done before listing on the exchange. do you have time specific when token will distribute ? |
