Hmmm.... I think it is part of strategy investment into bitcoins or for grow their economic, they always have plan for making profit from bitcoins and related with it.
I don't know actually their plan but it is like dumping bitcoins until there are no value,
at least bitcoin's price going down and cheap then they buy back again bitcoins.

1. Yes of course, you can buy bitcoin using skrill on virwox with some step on there and some fees ( for me it is high fees).
2. There are website that accept skrill for buying bitcoin are like localbitcoin, paxpul and of course in this forum too on currency exchange section. But for exchange skrill to bitcoins on here you must show the source of funds because as we know skrill is reversible payment, and you must pay the fees too.

Yes i agree with you, bots trading are be made by the peoples with their method of trading, the problem is not all of bots are suitable for every traders.
It is mean we try one by one all of the bots in trading, and we can guess losing money in trading just for testing the bots, it is waste the and time.

Well i think it is fiat money that become digital currency, because there are regulator, controler and something are like other fiat money.

Well actually i am doubt with genesis mining service because they are not transparent about the hardware miners and i don't know who is support the hardware miners,
