901  Economy / Economics / Re: Reason why you should Buy bitcoin now on: April 12, 2017, 03:25:24 PM
Price is going higher now so before its too late I think we should grab this opportunity of buying them at lower price as once it crosses $1200 level then it will be much difficult to buy them and if we buy now then we can sell when it reaches $1200 to get quick profits.
I very much envy those who took advantage of the moment and bought bitcoin last summer when the price fell due to Bitfinex hacking. Today, the condition of those users has almost doubled. Although if you believe the forecasts, then by the end of the year $ 2k is expected for 1 btc. So today you can buy.

Even if you buy now, you will be rewarded in a few years. Somebody predict the price will be $500,000 in 13 years.
902  Economy / Economics / Re: Reason why you should Buy bitcoin now on: March 11, 2017, 07:52:42 AM
The price could get higher especially if the ETF has been approved. And you dont want to buy when it is in the high. Buy now for the chances of having a much better profit before it goes higher.
Well yeah its good to invest now in bitcoin before its too late the price is moving up and for those who buy bitcoin when its still low really earn at this time. indeed investing in btc is profitable and although it has risk you can still earn if you always monitor the movement of price.

After the disapproval of the COIN ETF, the price will stay low for some time, that is good for buying.
903  Economy / Economics / Re: Reason why you should Buy bitcoin now on: February 23, 2017, 07:05:23 AM
If you are looking for a long term investment this would be the right opportunity to invest in bitcoin as prices are expected to surge further as we await for an approval of bitcoin ETF and crypto policies set straight.

Bitcoin is good not only for long-term investment and short-term. To get the first profit we need to wait a few months

It is better to hold the bitcoin long term.
904  Economy / Economics / Re: Reason why you should Buy bitcoin now on: January 03, 2017, 10:09:37 AM
If you need something online that accepts bitcoins go and buy bitcoins, but buying bitcoins as a investment while the price is all time high on the past 2 years. its a risky bet.

If you think the price will keep on rising, it is ok to buy now.
905  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ETH GETTING DUMPED HARD!!!! on: December 19, 2016, 02:36:13 PM
If there is any platform being widely used today its ETH and just take a look at the tokens tuning under eth network. XAURum is just one of the many.
And one promising one which most of the traders are hoping to earn millions is the ICONOMI. this is going to dominate the crypto in the end so hold on to ETH.

Will the ETH rise soon?
906  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ETH GETTING DUMPED HARD!!!! on: October 12, 2016, 05:42:10 PM
looks like ETH will go back under $1 bil

It could happen. But I think the ETC will go back to under $1 faster than the ETH in the next few days.
907  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Monero the most profitable gpu coin atm ? on: September 15, 2016, 06:33:16 AM
A Intel 3770 can get about 200H/s. It is lower than the R7 370, but it uses much less power. It consumes about 40W to do that.

But that means 0.05 XMR/day or less. Does that pay for the electricity?
And for the GPU mining.. did somebody do a profitability calculation? Because I doubt that everybody mines with free electricity.

But if you mine with 10 300 H/s ( 6xGPU) things are different:

Daily:
2.35088633 XMR
USD: 31.05 USD
Electricity: 3.12 USD
Pool Fees (1.5%): 0.47 USD
Profit: 27.47 USD

So:
Electricity: 0.13 USD/kWh (for 1000W) + Pool fees 1.5% will the profit is around 10 026 USD after a year.

A R9 390 can get you only about 800H/s. The power consumption is about 150W. I think it is not so profitable.
908  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Monero the most profitable gpu coin atm ? on: September 03, 2016, 12:34:26 PM
Doesn't matter if price will stick or not. The difficulty will go up and it'll be the same profitability as mining ETH.

The difficulty has not risen too much. You can see the graph fro dwarf pool at present..

909  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin will be stable in 2020 on: August 04, 2016, 06:25:08 AM
But at that time the demand will be increased much more because of more people involving in bitcoin, so at that time the adoption will be at its rapid speed and in that situation we cannot expect that the price of bitcoin will stabilize but it will continue to increase more faster and the stability will occur only when almost all of the people adopt it and a constant use of bitcoin is started.

Yes. I think the bitcoin price will be between $5000 to $20,000 in 2020. It is due the general usage of bitcoin.

After a few hacks, and there is no good user experience, the bitcoin price could go lower and  it is replaced by another coin.
910  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ETH GETTING DUMPED HARD!!!! on: July 25, 2016, 06:25:49 PM

There is certainty that most large pools will support the fork. So there is big possibility that the hard fork will go on.

It's gonna get all forked up!

From the current voting and the implementation of the hard fork, it seems we will know the main chain very soon.

The main chain was established yesterday afternoon, a few minutes after the hard fork. So most miners support it.

I will get coins through mining, and will not invest in there as I now do not have trust on it that it will give me profit, and a fear will remain in my mind that at any time ethereum can go down deep below. So the better choice for me to earn from that coin is to mine it.

Does it mean that you are mining the Ethereum, but you do not hold it and sell it to get other coins?

You can also mine the Ethreum Classic now and sell it on exchanges. It is more profitable than Eth.

Some people are mining the Ethereum Classic at the moment, the hashing is around 6.5% of the main chain.
So eth is done with new baby eth classic ?many moved in?

The Etherereum Classic might not survive the next week. The price is dropping, the hashing rate is also dropping.
911  Economy / Speculation / Re: How it will go to $0 again? on: June 27, 2016, 01:06:23 PM
I do not believe that the price has ever been 0 Dollar, if that happened then something must have been wrong at that time. I am sure that this is not going to happen ever again with the Bitcoin price.

Even when everything goes wrong and Bitcoin seems to fail, then it still won't go below a few bucks. There are enough exchanges and people that will do everything to keep the market alive. Bitcoin has developed a strong name and brand. It won't go anywhere.

I do not think the bitcoin will fail. It will evolve and becomes better and better. If it does fail, the price will be zero.

If the development is very centralised and the developers do not listen to the advice from the community, it will fail.
912  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin will be stable in 2020 on: June 13, 2016, 08:09:21 AM
Bitcoin will never be stable. That's why i like it.

If the Bitcoin is as volatile as the US dollar or other major currency after 20 years, it is regarded as stable.

I think it will be stable in 2020, but it is not stable at all now. The price just rose 40% in the last 30 days.
913  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ETH GETTING DUMPED HARD!!!! on: May 28, 2016, 04:44:53 PM
The price just rose from 0.0208 to 0.02509 in a few hours, that is 20% rise. The price is so volatile.
914  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin will be stable in 2020 on: May 14, 2016, 01:18:04 PM
I don't think bitcoin can ever be stable in future, as the USP of bitcoin is the price volatility which attracts many users to make some quick profits.

Nothing is stable.Even the big currencies fluctuate.
And Bitcoin will continue to fluctuate for a long time this is true. But the volatility will become less extreme.

Some kinds of low volatility is good for the bitcoin. It will make trading profitable for some people.
915  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin will be stable in 2020 on: May 01, 2016, 09:26:55 AM
More people will know about bitcoin in 2020. So more people will use it as a currency. It is less a speculative tool.
916  Economy / Speculation / Re: How it will go to $0 again? on: April 17, 2016, 06:54:31 PM
I'm sure it will not happen, bitcoin is a technology that is constantly evolving into a better direction, even bitcoin able to transform the economy of a country. I am not sure that the price will go back to 0$, that would be waiting for the gold price to 0$. The only happen if there is no internet in this world

anything can happen, we do not know whether bitcoin will continue to grow for decades to come. but I believe that bitcoin will last quite a long time for 10-20 years. so I never thought that we would return $0, even $100.

Yeah that low value is not possible with bitcoin now, as it is stable now and it will continue to rise in future too, and halving will surely help us to see much better price.

The short term bottom is around $380. The price will not go down to $350 unless a flash crash happens.
917  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Technology vs. Marketing. Which is more important? on: April 08, 2016, 04:22:16 PM
Both, but in this Altcoin status, i think marketing is even more important than good technology.

But only the good coins with good develoments will survive in longer term. The competition is high.
918  Economy / Speculation / Re: How it will go to $0 again? on: March 26, 2016, 09:37:06 AM
The price of bitcoin is stable at a moment and it is rising slowly so we can expect some good price in future too, and bitcoin going to 0 is something impossible in future.
everything is possible in the future, i don't think bitcoin will goes long life it's not mean i'm not believe in bitcoins and i think in the future we will see another bitcoins.

If the community of the bitcoin untied together, the bitcoin price will be very high in 10 to 20 years.
919  Economy / Speculation / Re: How it will go to $0 again? on: March 02, 2016, 09:25:09 AM
The price of bitcoin is stable at a moment and it is rising slowly so we can expect some good price in future too, and bitcoin going to 0 is something impossible in future.

I like the price to rise slowly. Too much volatility will be bad for the adoption for the bitcoin by most people.
920  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Technology vs. Marketing. Which is more important? on: February 19, 2016, 08:29:43 AM
Technology vs. Marketing

Some copy-coins around here dont have any of both. The better could have both.

For the copy coins, it is the marketing which is more important. For the original coin, both are important.
