901  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Its Bitcoin a good way to save money for our kids? on: November 21, 2018, 11:10:18 AM
For me it is a good idea to save money for our family / our kids (if we already have any) since it is for the wellness of our future. It is good that we are already saving money but saving bitcoin is different from saving a normal money. We all know that its price is not fix. It can go up or down / increase or decrease our savings. We must know how to handle that thing.
902  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: YOU HAVE TO BE A DIE HARD RISK TAKER TO EXCEL IN THE CRYPTO INDUSTRY on: November 11, 2018, 01:09:10 AM
Yes that is right. The full thought has been in the title. Eveything in crypto is risky. Its price is unstable so it may go up and worst go down. Even being a bounty hunter now is risky since most projects are scam or legit projects are not reaching its softcap or hardcap so there will no payment. In trading, we must carefully choose the coin we are buying because it is a bad coin we cget nothing. But in order to earn we must take all that risk.
903  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Payment method on: November 10, 2018, 03:17:27 PM
To start with, I’am owner of a small coffee shop and the business goes well now, because we caught the wave in the right time several years ago. Now, ofc crypto will be on the peak, but I’am afraid not in my country yet. We are planning start-up (fast food) and want to stand up from the crowd by adding crypto as a payment method. Who have an experience/ knowledge of such integration, help me please with the process  step by step?

I think you can start your fast food with two different payment method. The first one is fiat and the other one is crypto. I think one or two kind of crypto can be accepted like btc or eth. The purpose of two payment method is we are just trying or observing how many people will pay crypto. Majority will pay fiat but we want to get the percentage of who will pay using crypto.
904  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: what a great month on: November 10, 2018, 03:04:55 PM
how do you feel the market hopes there is changes now, because some months ago there are some person's(me) here in this forum whom has been worried about the market price but today the market is really up... $245.15, so hopefully there is change in the market.

what do you think?

Of course everybody want some better market changes. Who won't ? Even me, I do hope that I will see market is rising again but it seems that market is having a hard time to recover. I admit I find it difficult to earn money because pf the market and I miss seeing tge market going. I quite expected that market will start rising once it is alread a "Ber" month but it is not happening
905  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I am recovering my BTC from 2015 lol on: November 10, 2018, 12:37:34 PM
hello long story short,

back in 2015 i sent 18 something btc to my sister, as we were splitting family assets, i took some extra cash for those cash, later 2015 she moved out of country with her husband, and we lost touch. i think price was around 200$. now when i visited her after all these years i found out her laptop was damaged due to water spill and i suddenly remembered the bitcoins i sent her, so i took the drive from laptop and recoverd wallet.dat file.

so i purchased a server and now i am trying to get those coins back, and good thing is that my sister only wants $$ amount she doesn't believe in online tech, so its a lucky day for me. not to mention that i got scammed for 10 btc recently so its a really good thing to catch up.

AND FOR YOU GUYS I WILL POST NEW CHALLENGE HERE, just like i did before
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4547828.msg40951205#msg40951205

as soon i recover the bitcoins i will post new mystery challenge, and winner takes the btc

Good luck to you. Your so lucky if you recover your bitcoin. I also have a friend who is trying recover his wallet containing a big amount of crypto. He lost the address or the key (I am not sure which one) so he have no access directly to his wallet. Up to now, he is not recovering the crypto but in your case, I think it is possible for you to recover it.
906  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: When I received the token, should I sell it immediately, or what? How do I judge on: November 10, 2018, 08:47:26 AM
When I received the token, should I sell it immediately, or what? How do I judge its value?
help me !
guys!

It depends in the coin and in you also. If the coin is already in any exchanger and the price is good, I think it is okay to already sold the coin. You can use it to buy some coins that you want. But if it is a good coin I think it is okay to just hold it and wait for its price to rise.
Another situation, if you need money and you can trade it already, why seek for a help ? Just sell it.
907  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 🚀✅🆕💯🔝 How cryptocurrency has changed your life? 🔝💯🆕✅🚀 on: November 08, 2018, 10:13:44 AM
Let's talk about how new financial system can change someone's life.

For example, I have just started working in this IT-area and I'm impressed too much in a positive way. There're some difficulties for my simple woman's brain but I hope I will cope with that :>

Crypto is really a life changer for the better. Worst financial status and financial income to good and better one. I think if you want more inspiring and detailed stories, you can look for the similar thread of yours here in forum since this topic has already been posted before and now has a hundred replies.
908  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Online Gambling Versus Traditional Gambling on: November 07, 2018, 11:56:30 AM
What are the differences between online and traditional gambling ? Which you like the most and why ? In my opinion both the types of gambling have got their own advantages and disadvantages. You can try both for some time and then choose one based on your convenience.

Yes it both has advantage and disadvantages but for me I prefer traditional gambling than online gambling. I feel the thrill when it comes to traditional, I really feel the game plus the people around me, I got excited and I think I can really control my own game. Unlike online, it is all gone.
909  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Bounty in cryptocurrency on: November 07, 2018, 11:32:50 AM
What do you think many projects do Bounty?

Thanks in advanced.

Not all projects do have bounty campaign. Bounty campaign is a way of dissiminating the project or the information about the project in different sections like in social media which is facebook and twitter, then youtube, telegram, etc. It can help attract more investor/ coin buyers to reach the softcap or hardcap. Bounty have participants. Participants are the one who dissiminate information and at the end when the project succeeded they have stakes or they will receive their share.
910  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin too difficult to understand? on: November 07, 2018, 07:54:00 AM
So I was watching "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon" and I came across a video where Jimmy is talking about Bitcoin's Birthday  " Thank you, Bitcoin for turning 10 years today this week which is the exact amount of time it takes for someone to explain it to me what the hell Bitcoin is".
Also, I know it was meant as a joke but don't you think this explains facts in a humorous way!
I feel like the biggest problem with Bitcoin is the "understanding" of it.
What do you think?
If you want to watch the video, here's the link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i3Hma8DKXS8&t=100s

I find it difficult to learn about bitcoin when I am just a beginner and trying to seek what crypto is , what bitcoin is, how to earn money, how to join campaigns, etc. I also find it difficult to understand because I do not know where to start and where should I start. It took me months to understand bitcoin / crypto. But the learning process is continuous.
911  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How did you hear about Bitcoin (From Ponzi to Cryptocurrency) on: November 07, 2018, 07:06:25 AM
How I heard about bitcoin started early 2015 when I was searching for means in which I will use to earn some money to help support my schooling because I'm an undergraduate. So I was introdue into an online business by a friend called MMM (As of then I never knew it was ponzi) the way it was presented (mouth watery bonuses) made me to engage in it fully and started marketing it. I became successful at it made some cool cash too.

How did you hear about bitcoin?

It is also 2015 when I heard about bitcoin then I just ignore this thing. All I knew that time is we can earn real money through bitcoin but I don't know how. I heard it from a friend of mine who is very addicted to crypto that time. I am unaware why but time passes by I discovered that she is already earning big because of crypto.
912  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What should I do now on: November 07, 2018, 02:43:22 AM
Some people say hold your crypto,  some says sell immediately that holding for long is useless.
What do you believe and practice?

I believe that it depends upon the coin that we are holding. Like for example is bitcoin, it is worth holding for a long time. From 2009 up to 2017, it reach a price that nobody expected. But other coins (mostly alts) can't make it in a long time and its price keeps going until no one trade it. Those are worth for immediate selling.
913  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: 95% of Bounties Are Bullshit For Everyone Involved on: November 04, 2018, 03:10:32 PM
Bounty hunters have become so useless that they now offer an ICO nothing. All their Facebook friends, Twitter followers, YouTube subscribers, whatever -- its all fake numbers and they always do the bare minimum to promote an ICO. Even ranks on this forum are faked. Merits are bought and sold, accounts can be farmed, purchased, for absolutely no purpose other than to spam this forum with useless information.

Fake accounts are not new to bounties especially for the participants in facebook, twitter and telegram. Since there are thousand participants in some campaign, the shit participants are using this time to register but does not do anything to help promote campaign. If the campaign succeeded they will receive stakes. But this time, legit projects mostly does not meeting its softcap or hardcap even though there are so many participants because these are fake accounts. Sometimes, there are multiple accounts in one campaign.
914  Other / Serious discussion / Re: Giving Eth To Receive Eth Scam on: November 04, 2018, 02:43:40 PM
My question is, what do you suggest we can do to prevent our friends and family from falling prey into such scam? Do you use any software or add-on to block fake accounts from appearing on your Twitter timeline?

I am not using any software to detect the scam project amd I think there is no software to detect scams. It is really hard to determine which is which. In the point that the project is already requiring to donate some eth, even though I spend my time in this project, I am avoiding it and does not donating any amount. Some project also requires to buy a certain amount of coin using eth, I am rejecting that project and just find another project.
915  Other / Serious discussion / Re: Sleep vs Cryptos (or vice versa) on: November 04, 2018, 02:26:10 PM
Are you getting less sleep since your involvement in cryptos started? Has it pushed you into insomnia? Has it changed your sleeping patterns? What do you do to stay afloat?

I do not have a major adjustment when I became involved to crypto. Before I did crypto, I always sleep late at night then woke up late in the morning. It is my daily routine so no big adjustments in my sleeping time. I get used to it easily. The only adjustment I made is in my reading hobby. I am not a kind of person who loves to do a research and read things especially in forums. But I have to read since I have to learn.
916  Economy / Economics / Re: Offline stores that accept payments using bitcoins on: November 04, 2018, 01:58:26 PM
Are there any of you who have offline business but accept payment using bitcoin?

I do not have any offline or even online business which the payment is crypto butt I knew that there are lot of stores that accept crypto as a payment. The first one is the online shop in facebook. It is an electronic gadget shop then later on as I read in this forum I've read that there is a coffee shop, restaurant, pizza store, etc which are all accepting cryptos. This year (I can't remember the exact date) I've a read from a foreigner that the Philippines has a store which the foriegner buy some food and he/she paid the food with bitcoin.
917  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading without losses? on: November 04, 2018, 01:35:45 PM
I'm interest in trading and I want to know more about it. So please give me your valuable ideas and opinions. As a beginner I would like to know that Is there any special ways to do trading without losses or in a manner which minimize the losses. Not only that please tell me Is it possible to start trading with a small amount of money at the beginning.
Hope you will help me.
Thank you. Smiley Smiley

I think it is not possible to have no losses in trading. We learn how to become a good trader from our mistakes because even the experts first commit a mistake then stand from it. It is always a part of being a trader so do not be afraid. Maybe it is more possible to minimize our losses.
918  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: heeelp! where are the coins? on: November 03, 2018, 02:26:36 PM

BTC tx 7f15544a18e5d8e9b6d130a6b63a2c6e33552549f17437eb6c9f1d9a7f0c715d

amount was not less. please help e

i was using electrum wallet, which was a stupid idea Sad

If that's the case , check the bitcoin address where you sent the amount. Example if it is a 14 alphanumeric, better check it one by one just to be sure. If he is sending any screenshots then you can also send screenshots to him proving what that you've done nothing wrong. The screenshot must contain the address where you sent amount, the amount you sent , the time and date, and of course the confirmation that it has been sent. The reviever may not telling the truth or maybe there are just delays.
919  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: minimum amount to start trading? on: November 03, 2018, 12:51:43 PM
What was the amount with which you started trading
I mean your very basic investment and was that your extra money or required money?

I do trade but I start from nothing. I did not put my personal money / my own noney just to buy a coin or what. I used some of my payments from a campaign to invest and that is how I started from trading. It is not even a thousand dollar but I am happy to say that I am earning little by little and that is the important thing.
920  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading from a mobile application on Android. on: November 03, 2018, 11:52:53 AM
Hello community. I recently started trading with Android on Binance, everything works simple and clear. Does anyone trade with Android on other exchanges? what exactly? share your experiences. Thank you.

I trade coins using my android phone. Laptop or personal computer (PC) requires fast internet connection but I am experiencing poor internet connection so I can't surf on the net using laptop. I find it okay, I am experiencing no problem and it is like the normal thing of surfing using laptop or PC.
