901  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: my 38 Eth been stolen, any way to get it back...? on: December 11, 2017, 01:34:50 PM
wew, it seems phishing. how can you lose this? , if there really is a thief, the you use device with malware and the like. do you deliberately transact your eth? . i think , if newbie have asset tokens ~ , and he says my eth stolen , apparently this is a fraud.
Please you can try to read the explanation by OP again. How OP send or put the address on the wrong site. As you can see the fact that there are so many copycats of the myetherwallet that already created by scammers.
The scammer just changes a little alphabet. That makes op feel confused about that.
902  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is King and Ethereum is Queen , Do you agree ? on: December 11, 2017, 01:31:42 PM
The King and Queen of high fees, slow transaction confirmation times and a thoroughly congested network, i agree.

i love this post, this guy is right

waves is by far better than ethereum, and bitcoin has technologically aged a lot, it has 30-60 usd transaction costs, its therefore useless as currency, bitcoin becomes more and more just a media phenomenon

its only the current privileged advantage of mass media attention that keep both at their high value position, this will change, so there is potential for a short anti bitcoin backed by put/short options at banks
You can try to buy your waves coin as much as you can but even the neo platform was better than waves. Or even ada. first dapps runs in the ethereum and what about waves? it is just offering another scalability with no purpose. We need a platform with a lot of usefulness and not only the platform with high scalability. Bitshares even better on its scalability rather than waves and remember about doge lol
903  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin crossed $16,700 on: December 11, 2017, 10:46:03 AM
Bitcoin's crazy run is crushing all other digital currencies.
This weekend Bitcoin will rich $20,000?
It will be around $17500 in the next days. how the bitcoin was really bullish and as you can see there is a little gap with the new ath. that means the bitcoin will be increasing a lot in the future, or we can see your prediction at the end of this month. How the big flash comes and then it was turning into another bullish trend.
904  Economy / Economics / Re: Mining coins save or sell it? on: December 11, 2017, 10:40:55 AM
Right now i trying to mining a lot of coins, i thinking its mabey its good to save the coins like 6-12 mdr before selling it.

Can orther explain about its a good point else about the risk its to high to lose to lot on it?

If you are mining coins I think it is better to save it and let it appreciate its value. Of course it depends on the coins you mine, but if you believe in the company behind it and the innovation it can create within its market then I think holding is the best way for you. Many promising coins are still undervalued now and I think they are not just ripe enough for it to grow but I believe if the time comes, you will be the one who will be rewarded the most. Instead of mining then sell it afterwards, I think holding will be the beneficial the most.
I agree to that. Most of my friends mine ethereum when it was just a few bucks on the price and they are keep selling it because they don't believe that it will be a good coin to save and to be kept for long term but right now they regret it and they are now saving some of the coins that they are mining because they already learn the lesson from mining ethereum.
If they are mining the coin that will have limited supply and they must try to save it. Just like the bitcoin itself when it comes to the maximum supply and that makes the bitcoin worth a lot in the future,
Just like the halving period gives a real evidence about the bitcoin itself. Never try to sell the coin that will have limited circulation in the future.
905  Economy / Economics / Re: what are the effects of bitcoin on the world economy? on: December 11, 2017, 10:38:02 AM
since the bitcoin I see the purchasing power of the community increases, more and more new rich people who appear due to bitcoin, well what I ask is whether its influence on the economy since adany bitcoin until now whose price reaches 1600 $

let's share
The bitcoin is not influenced the economic but that gives a new way to manage the economic structure, The economic aspect depends on the people managed their amount. But the bitcoin disrupt the classic economic.
As you can see many countries talked about how the bitcoin become a new way to manage our finances to get the more transparency. More newcomers will make early adopters rich
906  Economy / Economics / Re: Electronic Money vs. Physical Money on: December 11, 2017, 10:35:12 AM
I feel electronic money is far better than physical money. Physical money have allot of disadvantages over electronic or digital money.

First and foremost, the threat of loss or theft is always associated with physical money with is at a large reduced in the case of electronic or digital money.
Along with this, decentralization, security and other values come along with digital currency that makes it superior to physical money.

Also the matter of curruption is quite less likely in electronic money world as compared to physical money.
So all in all digital currency is anywaus better than physical money.
The only good thing about the physical money is the legalism. But it will be not efficient compared with the electronic money. How the majority of people are looking for the new innovation that gives a lot of the efficiency and cheap fees for every transaction. Since physical money can't do that. To send the money to another people in the different land or over seas.
907  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can Universa be bigger than Ethereum, NEO, and waves? on: December 10, 2017, 10:44:35 PM
Universa may have some amazing feature but I don't think it can come on top 20 coins list that easy. 20th no coin got the market cap of around $840 Million. Nowadays investors are quite alert and don't want to invest in ICO's coz most of them seems to fraud. Even US citizens and Chinese are prohibited to invest in any ICO so in that case beating such a huge competition is not an easy task. So even if it is better than waves and NEO still it will take time to gain popularity and to inc. market cap
It's not even better as you said. There is a lot of the blockchain platform that provides a very best on the scalability such as IOTA. you can try to send your coin instantly with very cheap fees. I think that the universa just try to aim to build the same platform as ethereum and NEO which can generate the asset to help the tokenization. It looks just another bet to the blockchain infrastructure.
908  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Best decentralised exchange? on: December 10, 2017, 10:40:32 PM
Do you know decentralized ETH exchange other than EtherDelta and Idex?
Currently is foo expensive to sell on EtherDelta - you need to pay $3 to deposit tokens, $3 to sold tokens and $3 to withdraw ETH.
Every platform has its own decentralized exchange site. But it seems not worth to use the decentralized exchange at this time. especially to trade ethereum token and assets how the fees were very expensive.
As far as i know that the fact that basically, the decentralized exchange will make you able to do a direct payment to the another user's wallet. that means you will be using the blockchain transaction every time.
909  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How much GAS is required to get your Ethereum transactions processed? on: December 10, 2017, 07:39:51 AM
As many of you will know the Ethereum network is having trouble processing transaction because of the increased volume created by CryptoKitties.
If you have had a transaction that processed recently please post how long it took to complete and how much GAS was used.
That depends on your transaction. if you are going to send ethereum to another address and I should suggest you to put 30k for gas limit and you can try to increase the gwei to the maximum (it's around 60 gwei)
Remember if you are using mew and 60 gwei should be the maximum input. If you wanna increase the fees and you should try to put the more gas limit. The more gas limit will generate you transaction with high priority and it will be mined for some minutes.
910  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What happens to alternative cryptocurrencies IF Bitcoin "Bubble" breaks?(assume) on: December 10, 2017, 07:29:12 AM
hello,
If the financial bubble (assume) Bitcoin breaks down, whether the price of alternative cryptocurrencies like ETH, Ripple, LTC, etc. may be going up?
what do you think about it? here, I m not saying Bitcoin bubble as "Cryptocurrencies" Bubble,
It may be going up but in the bitcoin value as the dollar value gets stressed caused by the bitcoin correction. Because the bitcoin is the main coin that gives the dollar value to another altcoin. When it comes to the big correction and another coin will get impact too.
But just keep your bitcoin will better be caused by the bitcoin can be considered as the main crypto to store our value.
911  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Do you think any other coin will take Bitcoin place someday? on: December 10, 2017, 07:26:32 AM
In my opinion, with the advent of Bitcoin, more altcoins get known too. This opens a lot of opportunities for new or already existing players to attack Bitcoin flaws (already happening) as huge fees or long transaction times.

Do you think that any of these altcoins can take Bitcoin place someday? Being the first does not necessarily means being the Top1, this happens all the time, especially in the digital industry. E.g: Naspter/Spotify, iPhone/Android, etc.

Remember the cryptocurrency that holds around 50% of the total transaction in the cryptocurrency is ethereum. It looks so difficult to take the adoption of the bitcoin. But about the alternative crypto with a better scalability and ethereum already answered it. We know this time the blockchain of ethereum gets congested. But that means about how etheruem can be used to build the more dapps in the future if the more improvement in the scalability will have fixed from the sharding blockchain.
912  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Futures - December 10. Will it Rise or Fall? on: December 09, 2017, 11:27:31 PM
Nothing will happen on December 10th. The price will continue to rise to the fork. And maybe before the New Year. I hope that there will not be a sharp drop in prices.

The fork should be considered as the main actor right not for the bitcoin. How a lot of forks come in a row. it's up to 5 forks coin will be blowing up to the public in a few weeks later. How people will try to buy the more bitcoin as much as they can. This day the price has fallen but it will be back again in the future. At the same time with the fork and many people will try to accumulate the free bucks from the bitcoin.
How it brings the more attention again to the bitcoin soon.
913  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What do you think about Bitconnect? on: December 09, 2017, 06:10:41 AM
What is your take on Bitconnect?
Just a biggest ponzi ever. There are so many threads discussed the bitconnect. The bitconnect lending is worst service. How many people got scammed by this biggest ponzi scheme there is the only one exchange site that already traded a big volume of the bitconnect. and that's the bitconnect exchange site itself. There are so many accusation against the bitconnect and especially UK against the bitconnect too.
914  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Behind South Korea’s Cryptocurrency Boom on: December 09, 2017, 06:06:31 AM
Korea start accpect bitcoin and many other altcoins can make crypto become more popular in the world. Other country people can start invest and wait for their profit, Korea goverment make awesome move for people in other country. But in Korea, people will start to pay crypto taxt soon, and this may push all coins price up.
I've seen the news about the korean try to banned the bitcoin derivatives and that was a good news. The bitcoin futures contract seminar was cancelling.
https://www.coindesk.com/report-bitcoin-derivatives-banned-south-korean-government/
Where are you finding such news about the south korean will try to accept the bitcoin? Remember all of the volume in the korean exchange comes from the chinese. Those people from the chinese try to move into the alternative country that doesn't ban the bitcoin like china.
915  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Should I invest in these altcoins? on: December 09, 2017, 03:18:19 AM
I have btc.  I want to get a few other coins.

1.  Waves-  I think this coin could hit very high.  I heard so many good things about it.  I have waves but not that much as i want.

2.  Shift-  I don't know why but something about this coin tells me it might even hit $100.  The supply is not much.  I wanted to buy it when it was at the $1 mark but did not and then it went to $2 and $3.  Its over $2 right now and i really want to buy it.

3.  Iota-  I heard people talking a lot about this coin when it was under $1.  I of course did not buy and notice went all the way to over $4.50 or so.  Then it dropped down a bit.  The price is higher than i like.  I wanted to get this at the $1 mark but did not.  Is it worth a buy at this price now?  I heard people mention it could hit $100 but supply is very high.

4. Powerledger-  I heard about this coin recently.  When i heard of it, it was under $1 and then went up.  But now its below $1.  I heard talk about australia with this coin so isn't this a must buy at any price under $1?

5. Gamecredits-  I know this coin is for gaming.  This probably has one of the best names i ever heard of.  With a price over 2 dollars, isn't this a good buy?  I wanted to buy this coin when it dropped all the way below $1 but did not.

6. Wings-  I don't know much about this coin.  However, it has a nice logo.  I heard some people talk good about this coin.  Its under $1.

7.  Funfair-  Someone spoke about this coin and said it will go up a lot.  Its around 3 cents for a coin.  It has do do with online casino fair or something like that.  Issue is there is a huge supply.  Well you could buy a lot of funfair at 3 cents.  If it hits 1 dollar... thats a lot of money if you buy say 100000 shares.

8.  Edgeless-  Someone mentioned this coin will be one of the best online casino coins ever.  Said they have new projects and this coin will explode.  This coin is over 1 dollar now.  I think this coin is like gamecredits but better.

9.  Stellar Lumens-  I wanted to buy this coin when it was 3 cents.  I heard good things about it.  It went all the way up to 18 cents... but now dropped back down.  This seems to be a coin that could possibly hit 1 dollar?

10.  Bitbean-  Okay so i was looking through coinmarketcap and this coin caught my attention.  I checked it out and its like you sending digital beans to someone.  This coin cost less than 1/2 of 1 cent.  Thus you could 1000 dollars worth and get 200000 bitbean.  And if this coin hits 1 dollar, well that would be a huge profit.

1 The waves try to develop the next scalability solution called NLG, correct me if i'm wrong but i don't see any potential to implement another scalability solution even there is no a dapps runs in its blockchain.

3 Iota gets so many hype and it will get another hype in the future. If iota will be added to the more exchange site and it will be better to buy it. Just waiting for another correction.

4 power ledger has the government backed the project and it seems to become a good thing. it may worth around $2 soon.

6 I really like how the developer runs the business plan in the wings platform.
916  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: [Eth] Collectible cat game (CryptoKitties) accountable for 2% of total gas usage on: December 05, 2017, 11:48:04 PM
I can not understand. I could not understand when people buy live cats when there are so many homeless and hungry cats on the street who can be saved. But these are virtual cats that cost a lot of money. What for? World has gone mad

When the majority of people get mad due to the new trend just like cryptokitties. And if they will be feeling bored and they may end up with leave the cryptokitties. But these fucking shit kitties hurting the ethereum.
So many dumb people spam the ethereum network with crypto shit kitties transaction. Majority of people get pending on its transaction.
917  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What the hell are Crypto kitties? on: December 05, 2017, 11:44:17 PM
Silly game for idiots. That's the main reason Ethereum network has been so slow since yesterday, transactions are processed with delays and it's hard to invest in ICOs. I thought cryptocurrency users were more clever than this...

This crap game was hurting the ethereum chain. What the fuck is this https://etherscan.io/address/0x06012c8cf97bead5deae237070f9587f8e7a266d
Over 580k transaction.
This is the main reason that's why the majority of the people get stuck by using the ethereum at this time. Over 20% of the total transaction. Why so many people are buying this crap thing.  My transaction gets stuck. This must be stopped.
918  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Altcoins rising on: December 04, 2017, 10:04:13 PM
Lots of my altcoins holdings are going up and pumping in price a huge amount randomly even when they have no upcoming news or events. I am also seeing this for most altcoins. Anyone know why they are pumping randomly this past week?
To follow the bitcoin, as a newbie and you may feel strange with the pump because there are no fundamental aspects to support the pump for the majority of the altcoin itself.  But the fact that a lot of people are in hype to increase the price of the altcoin. But some altcoin still on the negative downtrend. Just like bitcoinred and another airdrop token get a huge pump too. if you are seeing the fact the bitcoinred just another ethereum asset that depends on the ethereum on its tech and it's very ridiculous.
919  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: thoughts on bitcoinred on: December 04, 2017, 09:59:53 PM
well BTCRED just doubled in price since my last post...

BTCRED and eBitcoin are both listed on coinmarketcap, whereas yajucoin which was pumped and then dumped was never listed on coinmarketcap. BTCRED and eBitcoin are both listed on major exchanges whereas yajucoin is not (it's only on something called coinsmarkets) -- so maybe there's something there?

Additionally BTCRED and eBitcoin is a bit similar in that they are both ERC20 versions of bitcoin -- they have lower transaction fees and faster confirmation times, why wouldn't people use them?

I'm leaning towards just holding onto them to see what happens...
The important thing about ebitcoin and bitcoinred already listed on the middle exchange site with pump and dump such as yobit and coinexchange. But I can't see the advantage of use it. if the bitcoinred was erc20 token and it's pegged with the ethereum features. But it looks the price gonna increase to almost $1 for each bitcoin red.
Bitcoinred and ebitcoin just different in its name.
920  Economy / Economics / Re: short term investment or long term invesetment on: December 03, 2017, 11:27:32 PM
It's depends on the situation of the price of bitcoin because sometimes get higher and sometimes get lower price, bitcoin price will not stable so that we need to check the price everyday. For me, i think it depends also on the situation of every individual because sometimes we need money in everyday expenses that's why we invest in a shortime period and you can get a higher price and to make profitable. But for a long term investment it is also good because it has a future and as well as more profit to earn and save. And for  the long term investment we can say  that it  safe and  less worry.
If you are traders you will never be committing with long-term holders but if you are holders and long-term investment seems to be mandatory for yourself. This time there is some platform that offers the emission and it can become your passive income to the long-term investment. But you may need to understand that's not about the price of the coin itself.
