9081  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Will BTT ever transition to a new more powerful and visually impressive forum. on: September 27, 2018, 10:02:21 AM
epochtalk has been in the pipeline for years now, but i'm confident one day we'll make the switch (don't know when tough)

Let's hope not another decades later. This visual thing (with notifications etc) is used to attract other users to move into other forums. Not really a problem for me though.
9082  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: ⚡BQT - SOCIAL P2P CRYPTO EXCHANGE AND HEDGE TRADING PLATFORM ⚡ on: September 27, 2018, 04:49:22 AM
He might be not so experienced into trading world in order to make a trade in the market, so he would like to use bot. He might be asking whether its usable for bots to use in the exchange platform

That's possible. But we need to remember that this is a P2P trading platform, unlike those market where you're interacting solely with charts and indicators. Btw, bots are just tools, you won't get any profits if you can't set it up correctly.

This thread is a mess, lots of users are just posting jumbled words. Ignoring some people here.
9083  Economy / Reputation / Re: Selling Merit on Telegram on: September 27, 2018, 04:43:48 AM
I don't know if it's a fraud or not, but I also saw a channel that bought and sold Merit today.

I'm seeing the same message over and over again across many telegram groups. They'll run out of business later on, and it's so easy to catch/know when and where a merit abuse happens. Buying merits is a bit tricky, you're likely to get scammed or you'll get negative trust.
9084  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Doing bounty effect the merits or reputation on: September 27, 2018, 04:26:20 AM
I'd suggest OP to join article/video/infographic campaign, you won't spam this forum by doing those (maybe just 1-2 post as a proof of authentication) unless you can maintain your post quality which is required for the signature campaign. As long as you don't promote a scam project you'll do good.

Just forget about social media bounties, it ain't worth your time and effort.
9085  Economy / Reputation / Re: Translator who deceives projects and makes translations only google translate! on: September 27, 2018, 04:11:24 AM
This is all clear and you are in many ways right. According to our situation, im talked to Mani ( https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=5776 ) on the Hebrew forum and he deleted his branches.

That's nice to hear. I'm assuming he's the moderator right?

We can't do much about his previous translations, but at least he won't be able to scam others easily like before. Might as well ban him, using translations tools is against the forum rules AFAIK.
9086  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: TowerX newly launched Crypto Currency Exchange on: September 27, 2018, 03:50:43 AM
Though, during their campaign they've raised around 24k almost Eth if I am not mistaken which is I think its not bad to have a good starts in business as an exchange.

The OP already gave you a new info, they raised more than 27k. Didn't you see it?

They have volume today, but just 0.03 ETH for the TBE/ETH trading pairs. Airdropped has been distributed too. Assuming they are giving away 2.5 million for the users, it means there are around 29k users registered on the website. I wonder how many of them are bots/sockpuppet.
9087  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: [ANN] Bitcoin-Laundry.com | Bitcoin Tumbler | Review Bounty Program on: September 27, 2018, 03:24:32 AM
Thank you! I sent you 0.001 BTC and will send another 0.0005 BTC after your review.

Just a suggestion, why don't you use escrow to do this bounty? 0.0015 is probably not that much but some people might go that far just to scam you (or you can scam them too). The 1-month requirement is not that hard to achieve as some people might have multiple accounts created previously. Just my 2 cents.
9088  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: BPIP.org Chrome Extension on: September 27, 2018, 03:16:38 AM
I thought by using this extension we can see additional stats such as "Merited rank"/"Recognition ranks" directly from the user profile here. IMO it would be nice ( don't know the consequences so far) if you add that feature. Cheesy
9089  Economy / Reputation / Re: Sinatrra12 & Co. is trying to make us regret starting our own team on: September 26, 2018, 10:05:42 AM
We are talking about adding to your portfolio your real experience: It's like when you work for Microsoft as a soft engineer - you mention in your portfolio that you worked for the Microsoft as a soft engineer.

Agree with this, and I don't see any problem with it.

What if you delete those portfolios in which you worked with sinatra before? You still have other experiences if I get it right. Not really solving the problems but at least there won't be any attacks incoming.

The BQT platform, can traders in any way use bots to operate on the P2P platform? In the evaluation of experience, will the user benefit from monthly awards if it is well evaluated?

Why would you use a bot on a P2P environment? Not quite sure understand your second question, and btw, if I understand it correctly, not every user get the revenue share.

Btw, just check the website again and I see more than $10 million raised. That is awesome. Probably the latest news of quarterly-buy back makes people love this project and they wanted to contribute asap.

9092  Economy / Reputation / Re: Translator who deceives projects and makes translations only google translate! on: September 26, 2018, 04:31:25 AM
Some bounty manager or projects don't even care whether they translate it correctly or just blatantly use translation tools even if they put "no translation tools" in the rules. I've informed many BM without receiving any response, some of them even said that it is okay as the translation is not 100% the same as GT results. That's shocking and hilarious. Another reason it is hard for others, especially who aren't fluent in the language of the translation to believe it was GT result is because the translator paraphrase the result. Those scammers are pretty smart in scamming people.
9093  Local / Bahasa Indonesia (Indonesian) / Re: [HELP]Bantuan untuk menaikkan Rank (Jr. Member s.d Hero)[UPDATE] on: September 26, 2018, 04:25:16 AM
9094  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: TowerX newly launched Crypto Currency Exchange on: September 26, 2018, 04:18:13 AM
The exchange still doesn't have any volume and the UI is not quite as good as Binance. It's either users are afraid to trade here, or they don't know about the exchange yet. It is funny when you see the group, people are complaining but they don't do anything to help the exchange go public.

How much money did they collect in the final sale? Last time I checked it was around 24k ETH, that's a big amount of money.
9095  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] ETERBASE: Europe's Premier Digital Asset Exchange on: September 26, 2018, 04:04:49 AM
What about mass adoption though? Do you guys think it is possible?

Why is it not possible? Even Liechtenstein government already approve you guys.

-The easy way to obtain cryptocurrencies (I think it's related to Eterbase plan to be a fully compliant Electronic Money Institution)

I believe it is more than that. With IBAN license ETERBASE will help users to withdraw/deposit fiat money quite easily. More like help users to enter and take profits from cryptocurrencies trading quite easily IMO.

9096  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Markets contra indicators. on: September 26, 2018, 03:20:16 AM
Hi all,

Some people talk about coins that are a sign of a swing in the market flow.

One of this coins could be Waves. It was decreasing in value las days - where rest of market green was.
But in the last 48H it ass been rising - since then, the global market has been dropping.

I don't quite understand this theory. On what basis do Waves become those "indicators"? That phenomenon could happen because traders interpreted that Waves indicators are showing a good entry, there is a good news, and etc.

I'd stick to volume & RSI with a large timeframe to understand whether the market is on a swing, bear, or bull. Whatever the coin is.
9097  Other / Meta / Re: What is the reason why one can't delete his/her own thread? on: September 26, 2018, 03:05:44 AM
To get the full content and idea one must quote the whole thread started by OP so as to let others know and compare if the thread was being altered from its real content.

You can also archive that.

My question is very obvious, Why can't I delete my own thread?

Maybe there is a problem with this part. One could not delete a thread but the content could be change. If it will be merited and later on the OP change its content like spam post then definitely the one who gave the merit will be reported for not following the protocol on giving merit. LOL. The merit for that post will be irrelevant because its credibility was being altered and this might confused and could be label as merit farming.

IMO, when a post that somebody merited was deleted, it is much more suspicious. I can't imagine if there's someone who would go that far just to spoil somebody reputation, they really have nothing to do in their life, probably :/
9098  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: The best cryptocurrency payments on: September 26, 2018, 02:26:32 AM
seemed to me because it has the lowest fee and provides 18 cryptocurrencies.

Coinpayments is way better than that. According to their website, they support more than 960 currencies with only 0.5% fees. I'd suggest you use Coinpayments, at least it has a good reputation.

9100  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Fraud by bounty managers DATABLOCKCHAIN.IO ? on: September 24, 2018, 11:52:11 AM
I've taken a look at candyman22 post history (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=1289445;sa=showPosts). It seems he's just a sockpuppet account created for this bounty. He got a nearly full stake for every campaign, certainly suspicious. He's not online after May 9th, but somehow he got a full stake for at least 10 weeks campaign (assuming it started from May 8th, it is impossible for him to get that stakes).

Have you tried to contact them to respond in this thread?
Find your post on their thread.
