Ok I've missed out on a lot of this increase. Just got back from hospital with our newborn baby boy. Shattered and on top of the world but also what makes it even better is a nice btc price!!
Now sleep.

that is bullish. Wang Chun normally needs goading with a large stick before falling into line. now though he comes out ahead of the herd.

Why anyone would ever trade a market that is closed more than half the time when there's so many better alternatives is beyond me. Liquidity looks terrible too
'cos Barry's a good con man?

projected versus actual GBTC update: great 2-day run. Current implied price is now $9,270 per Bitcoin.

http://queue.acm.org/detail.cfm?id=3136559August 29, 2017 Volume 15, issue 4 Bitcoin's Academic Pedigree The concept of cryptocurrencies is built from forgotten ideas in research literature. Arvind Narayanan and Jeremy Clark - first half, the review, notbad; 2nd half, the extrapolations, bad. They seem to want to conclude that these are shop-worn, time-tested ideas lifted straight from academia therefore not revolutionary. Nothing to see here. Odd. Yeah, authors, don't diss our favourite kludger-togetherer. It works, and that's enough to change everything.

Breaking News: According to BitcoinMeister the next friendly BTC fork is on the way called Bitcoin Gold. Video info here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eAukxlpwyHgGPU mined bitcoin fork with POW change to GPU originating from China. Competitor to BCH and maybe Etherium later. Sold my BCH for a nice 17.2% dividend that was an easy call. This one might be a harder call. Could pull some interest away from ethereum once ethereum goes proof of stake. Team behind the bitcoin gold project will implement replay protection and are pro core according to the video which is interesting.

That nurse meme is not factually accurate since you can't carve a Bitcoin up into 10 decimal places, only 8....
yet. but plans are afoot... Also, last walls in China/HK nearly eaten. Time to ccmf?

That really pisses me off. Just sold part of my gold stash and sitting on fiat that I cannot inject in BTC without serious risk... .
You are a few years late to the party. Now it's time to begin reversing that trade. BTW: No ATH in euro yet. Still 40 euro below. nor in CNY usd so weak right now...

Just a heads up -- there seems to be a concerted effort going on right now by some well known YouTube crypto personalities to promote and pump every crypto BUT Bitcoin. I'm not going to name names, but I'm sure you can figure out who. I've long suspected that either these guys 1) are secretly being paid off by unknown entities, 2) are true patsies being manipulated by the "powers that be" to steer their followers away from Bitcoin, or 3) all of the above. Stay vigilant my friends. ha! oxymoron detected lol
