9081  Other / Off-topic / Re: When and why did you start using Bitcoin? on: July 08, 2016, 03:22:03 PM
I start using bitcoin last year because i want to earn more money and also get money for buying the things that i need. I also start using bitcoin because i believe that it will be my back up if ever i will not get a job and also i'm hoping that bitcoin will keep rising so it can continue to support me Cheesy.
9082  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What's stopping people from using bitcoin? on: July 08, 2016, 03:16:43 PM
So after reading this article and especially the ending:

Quote
One thing is for certain: having made Bitcoin less of a security worry, transparency will now be key in attracting users to new models, placing control of funds and fees in an upfront way in their own hands.

I'm wondering what's stopping people from using bitcoin?

And now I'm talking about people who already aware of bitcoin and how it works but still not using it.

The price is now pretty much stable for more then a year, security issues are out of the question - so why we can't see in 2015 more companies switching to it, especially considering the unstable condition of moden economy?
idont think they will stop using bitcoin specially when the bitcoin price  will go rise more . but the reason you will stop using bitcoin when your multiple times got scammed and lost more money just the only reason to stop using it or bitcoin will going to dead.

That is really frustrating when people are getting victimized a lot of times with scam sites. I don't know if they are the reason why they are getting victimized again and again and they are not learning the lesson at all.
I think it's because of the very good to be true promises of sites and i think it result them to be a blind on investing because most of the investment site usually shows great service which is very tempting for investors. We can't blame them because just like us they also want to earn fast money.
9083  Other / Off-topic / Re: Earning a living with bitcoin? on: July 08, 2016, 02:59:24 PM
Price is below $700 at a moment which is not too high, so at current price I don't think that it is possible to earn a living with it as you at least need to earn 4 to 5 btc per month to live a good life and its difficult to earn that amount on regular basis.
You can earn a living with bitcoin if you just explore for the possible ways of earnign like selling your service which is a stable source of income and it also gives bigger payments rather than signature campaign but you need to make sure that your skill is on demand like programming, editing etc. There a lot of ways of earning like Signature campaign,Selling Service,Selling Goods,Trading both altcoin and bitcoin,Investment and there still more and it's up to you if you want to explore and discover it or not Wink.

Welcome Grin!

I hope that you will enjoy your journey with bitcoin Smiley. If you don't have capital but you have a lot of patience then it would be best if you start being active now and start building your post quality so someday after you reach at least member rank you can start earning 6 figures or more in bitcoin and slowly but surely it will increase more if you get a higher rank Cheesy.
9085  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to teach someone about Bitcoin on: July 08, 2016, 02:48:01 PM
For me I guess, you should let the person know first how you earn a bitcoin by showing some output just like building an interest on BTC, when a person build his interest with BTC that's the good start and learning is much more easier.
The really best way is to show them a good result that you had experience since that's the most influential thing you can do to make them believe. You know that quote to see is to believe. That would be the best way to apply it.
yes that is a good idea. we can teach to some one about bitcoin manually. and i can say that giving examples of our own experience we can easily teach to some one about bitcoin. but if we have no time then we can suggest him to search the information about bitoicn in websites.
Really teach people directly bitcoin will make them easier to understand because they see direct your thoughts are already using bitcoin in advance. Surely they will be easy to understand and if not years they would immediately ask, but if they are interested.
yes it is also true. but i think if we suggest him to visit the website related to bitcoin. where you can find the answer of all your questions. that is the best option i think.

The best way of it on inviting him to visit a website about bitcoin is by making him register here in forum and let him read all the threads here about bitcoins.
For sure he is going to understand that easily but always be there to guide him.
Yeah that's good idea because in this site he can  get all he needs to be able to learn all basic things about bitcoin and one of the things that he may consider is he can create topic and there are many members who are willing to help and it will easy for him to understand the things because of many opinions that can help to clear his confusions Smiley.
9086  Other / Off-topic / Re: In 20 years, what would you like to do with your bitcoin? on: July 08, 2016, 02:40:42 PM
buying a spaceship and fly away  Grin
lol, are you know how much "a spaceship" will cost you? how much you are expect btc price in the 20 years later? OP, i would like to sell my alt coins, because i'll keep re-buy alt coins with my btc during 20 years, so in the next 20 years, maybe i'll sell my alt coins.
Buying altcoin for a long term investment is not good because they are usually for trading purpose and they're usually pump and dump. If you ask me i will not use my bitcoins just to buy altcoins after 20 years hence i will just use my bitcoin to use it for trading because it's much better and also more profitable rather than buying altcoins and then selling after 20 years because maybe next 20 years your altcoin are died and almost considered as shitcoin.
9087  Other / Off-topic / Re: Do you still believe in bitcoin on: July 08, 2016, 02:26:17 PM
Yes i do. I believe we can have a great future with bitcoin.
I think the central bank will open their eyes with cryptocurency prosfectif.
And I'm pretty sure, the will be nice for everyone.
Yeah that's can happen because bitcoin is continue growing and each day the users are still increasing and if it's continue to grow i think banks would not do any hesitation to accept bitcoin for their company and it will be a great news for us because it will be a good start for bitcoin to slowly become a legal currency.
9088  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Block Reward Halving Countdown - Excited? on: July 08, 2016, 02:17:51 PM
In the past months i was excited but when i read some topic here about the incoming bitcoin halving it changed my mind because i realized that they right that most of the user's think that it's the perfect time to sell all their coins which is on the halving and if that happens it will result for a huge drop for the price Sad. But i'm still hoping for that scenario that it would not happen.
9089  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can Bitcoin make Banks disappear? on: July 08, 2016, 02:12:50 PM
It's a big NO because even though bitcoin will rise to the moon and gets a great volume of users it would still not enough to make banks disappear because it's one of the basic needs of a person and it would very hard for bitcoin because banks are too big and not easy to defeat.
9090  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Gambling and Trading Sites are awesome!! on: July 08, 2016, 02:05:54 PM
I would agree with Trading sites are awesome but on gambling? nah. i don't trust gambling sites because they didn't give me postive profit and they always give me negative one Sad. I mostly do altcoin trading especially this month because most of the coins are cheap and i think it's a great opportunity to buy a lot of altcoins and hold them for just a short time and i will just wait for the price of bitcoin to drop a little bit so my altcoins would rise to the moon! Grin
9091  Other / Archival / Re: Where you get Bitcoin ? on: July 08, 2016, 01:58:36 PM
I get my bitcoins mostly in signature campaign and some of my bitcoins came from investment, altcoin trading, selling some credits like steam, garena shells, prepaid load etc. And all of my bitcoins is on a cold storage because i'm holding it for a long term investment.
9092  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Which country does NOT use Bitcoin? on: July 08, 2016, 01:53:39 PM
In my country , the gov still think bitcoin is useless but it doesn't mean bitcoin is illegal here.
We can buy/sell bitcoin normally , but it's just matter of time.
Yeah we can't blame the government because i think it's because of the illegal transactions that they usually saw like buying illegal drugs, firearms and other stuff. But soon it will change IMO and someday your government will make bitcoin as another currency in your country Smiley.
9093  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoins existence has increased the spread of child pornography on: July 08, 2016, 01:47:28 PM
Yeah its need to stop and those kind of people are the one who adding bad image on bitcoin and resulting for many countries and other government to not to adopt bitcoin  Angry. I hope that this kind of activities will be stop by government soon so it will clear the bad image and let bitcoin to become a legal currency on most of the big countries  Undecided.
9094  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Before and After the Halving. on: July 07, 2016, 12:58:57 PM
Which is better: Invest my Bitcoin on legit mining sites and purchased power before the halving because it is currently cheap or save my bitcoin and trade it after the halving because its value might be doubled?
for mining maybe you should wait after halving, because after halving the number of reward for miners will be reduced.

currently better to buy and wait for halving, or trade it will always be good.
Well if you have already i miner its better to start mining right now because the block rewards still high than waiting for block halving to start mining you can only get reduced mined 12.5 btc per block so its better to start right now before  block halving ends..

If you do not have a miner, do not buy one if your electricity price is high. If you already have one, just use it.
Yeah don't invest on mining if your rate on electricity is high because it will not give you good profits. And if you already have mining hardware it's better if you mine altcoins like ethereum because it's easier to mine and also has a good price in the market even it's dropped a little bit.
9095  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Minimum to start on trading on: July 07, 2016, 12:49:20 PM
There should be no minimum - instead focus on a maximum you should be trading with. Never more than you can afford to lose!

I started trading with the dust I collected from faucets. Cents eventually became dollars, dollars were lost, gained...but now I'm up hundreds. Just gotta know how to play the game without risking too much!
Yeah don't put huge amount of money if you are just getting started in trading. Doing trading with a small amount can help you to gain experience and make better decisions.

It doesn't have to be a huge amount.  I've know a few who trades with 500K satoshis.  Familiarize yourself with the trade, learn little by little.  Don't stick to just one trading platform.  Profit doesn't have to be outright big but also take into account the fees required by trading sites so you won't end up losing your profits in fees.
That's true it's doesn't need to have a huge capital. I also start trading with low even lower than that 500k satoshi because it's a safe step for me because we can gain experience and also learn how the wild market works and after you learn the behavior of the market you can start putting big amounts Cheesy.
9096  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: I want to start trading on: July 07, 2016, 12:40:38 PM
If i was you i never want to trade because you will only get a bigger change to get scammed when you are trying to trade you know there are allot of scammers
in the bitcoin world wo also want to earn simply money so be careful.
I think he is pointing about altcoin trading and not trading bitcoin to other people. If you ask me if he really want to start altcoin trading it will best for him to start from small capital first so he can learn how altcoin trading works and also get some experience that will make him a better trader. Also for your post, he can avoid being scammed by other people by using bitcoin exchangers because i think it's safer than making transaction on other people like here or in social media because in exchanger's site it is sure that there is real buyers and not a scammer one.
9097  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: I have 5K€ to invest ! on: July 07, 2016, 12:35:08 PM
nice amount, i prefered you to buying mining hardware, but you must calculate the electric fee before buy it, because some country give high rate to cost per Kwh, if your cost under $0.15/kwh i prefered you to invest at gpu mining, mining ethereum is good way to invest your money.
I agree Smiley Buying mining hardware with that amount can help him a lot and because he will mine altcoin it's sure that is will be more profitable and easier to mine than bitcoin. But he needs to learn about mining first by doing research about the basic terms and possible problems that he will face. So he will be prepared and he will not regret his decision.
9098  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Investing in altcoins before bitcoin halving on: July 07, 2016, 12:26:58 PM
Hi, I'm looking for suggestion. Is it worth to invest into altcoins before halving? I'm not talking about investments into various shitcoins. Or it's would be better to wait until halving and after it react to following situation?

i can confidently say that almost all of the altcoins have nothing to do with bitcoin and bitcoin price. which means bitcoin block reward halving and any price changes in bitcoin will have almost no effect on their prices.

although there has been a couple of coins that were affected with bitcoin price in the past like Litecoin, Dogecoin and on some random occasions Ethereum but there is no rule for any of them.
I dont think it is very clever of you to invest into the altcoin because the altcoin wont rise allot you know and you are stupid because
the halving wont affect the price of the biotcoin only the miners will cause trouble with it.
Maybe halving won't affect price of altcoins, we only can predict. But are you trying to say that people, who thinks that bitcoin price after halving will grow is stupid? Well, that means that big part of this community is stupid.
IMO,  bitcoin price after halving won't rise to the moon. It will be slow process and price will slowly rise in long months.
That's right bitcoin price will not rise to the moon instantly because it will face problems first like price drop after that event because just what like other members expect that most of the user's mindset is to just sell their coins after halving because they only know that it's only the right time to secure their profits.
9099  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: do you accept bitcoins in your business on: July 07, 2016, 12:21:14 PM
My boss dont want t accept bitcoins and also not in the future because he is only fucosed on money and he dont see a future into that bitcoin
cryptocurrencie and i believe him so i will support him till the end of his company.
Oh.. you believe that the bitcoin don't have a future and my question to you is why are you wasting your time here? Because if you believe that bitcoin will don't have future, you will not waste some of your time. But in the end i always doubt for the people like your boss because i'm always thinking positive that bitcoin will live longer and continue to rise and it will reach our expectation to get that bright future Grin.
9100  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: I want to buy bitcoins on: July 07, 2016, 12:16:02 PM
If you really want to have bitcoins then they are right, you can buy it if only you have enough money of course. If you are planning to make profit, you are on the right path. Buy btc now and hold them for a while, wait for the block halving as it will give you benefits to multiply your coins.
Bitcoin halving doesn't give opportunity to multiply our coins, bitcoin halving only make the block mining reward to 12.5 from 25 and it will just cause for the price either it will go up or it will fall down but as of now it's expected that after halving the price will drop because many users will sell their coins because most of them are being brainwashed that it's just only the right time to sell their coins and also secure their profits, so if that happens it will result for a massive drop.
