The scam accusation by librty is a tough read "he said/she said" given that librty has negative trust. I was hoping for "No I'm not..." but given Jakez has gone offline around same time as my message, it'll be interesting if s/he comes back again. (The longer the silence, the louder it sounds like being true). |

Well this happens from time to time when you don't use an escrow. Now if you had, things would have gone much smoother. Lesson learnt i hope OP.
Only until you have an Escrow on the DT handing out rough justice to scare users into using his / her escrow service and double dipping both a fee to escrow and a mark up on the goods being escrowed. True but there are still plenty of trusted users like OgNasty, Tomatocage and master-P ( https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=855778.0) I also think this user https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=106010 is an alt of JameRD. I've traded with that person and have their PP details, so would be easy to cross verify. Can you shed any light on what proof you have that Jakez is a scammer? None yet and i didn't say he's a scammer. As i posted above , i 'think' that JameRD is Jakez alt. That is all. Well, Jakez is online, let's ask him shall we? |

Save 80% of your bitcoin and use 20% of my bitcoin. After I use the bitcoin, I will repurchse it again from exchanges.

Perhaps working backwards we can work out who JameRD is and expose him/his scam. right but what does it have to do with this topic? this topic is already incredibly confusing.... You'll have to ask Gleb Gamow who's post in this topic I've quoted (I can't tell what the relevance is either, but it's where the funds stop bouncing around and he's the one who mentions that exact wallet prior to the BTC 7 (from the scam accusation that brought me here) landing there some ten days later). |

I think saving is for the people who have money allready. So if u can allow your self to put some BTC on a side do it. But keep them close so u can use them in right moment if u need it. When ever price is high sell some, when ever is low buy some, cause this trend will continue for sure and who knows when price will be steady. So if u have some bitcoins use it smart don`t gamble it like do.
Suggesting people should buy and sell BitCoins as though they were shares in a company to trade on a stock exchange is counter intuitive to why BitCoins were created as a safe mechanism to trade (online). The online is in brackets because BitCoin is used online, but its intended market is everywhere. I'd definitely put BTC 1.1 away in a paper wallet - the BTC 1.0 could in 10-20-30 years time could quite likely buy you a house or be your retirement fund while the BTC 0.1 should cover fees encountered along the way (transaction fees aside) with any left over as some nice change in your pocket. |

Lava, any progress on that constant block re downloading for the android wallet?
Eating my data mang! lol. I could just dl it on wifi but... w/e lol.
I notice it seems to stop at a block at random for some time. I either shut it off and turn it on to start again or wait awhile for it to start updating blocks again.
